    Car booked in Lanzarote

    Hey, so, I recently hired a car in Lanzarote and it was really great! Everything went smoothly apart from the fact that we didn't realise we needed to check an email for the car's condition. It did have a few minor dents and scratches, but it worked fine so it wasn't a big deal. We took some pictures just in case, but it turned out we didn't need them because when we returned the car, a friendly person checked it quickly and confirmed everything was okay.

    I know some people moan about having to pay a hefty deposit or getting insurance, but we sorted out our own cheaper insurance and understood that the deposit wouldn't be taken unless there was a problem. So, really, no need to stress about it, you know?

    If there had been any damage, I guess it could have been a bit of a hassle to get the money back, but we were fine with that, to be honest. The car was fine and the service was good, minus the email situation. I would definitely use them again!

    Hybrid car rental

    I was a bit worried about renting a car from this company at first because of some bad reviews I'd seen online. But I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The staff, especially the girl at the desk, were really nice and efficient when I picked up and dropped off the car. They didn't push me to buy extra insurance, which was a relief. I went for the cheapest option, which was a hybrid, so it was great on fuel. Overall, I had a really good time and would definitely think about using this company again. I had already bought insurance online, which made everything easier. I took videos of any scratches on the car and returned it with a full tank. It was good to see my refund processed quickly too.

    Key & Go service

    I've actually used the Key & Go service from this company twice now. The first time was in Florence and the second time was in Ibiza. One thing I really like about it is that you don't have to wait in those long queues for your keys. They have these "vending machines" that make it super easy to get your keys quickly. All you need to do is upload your ID and license online before you arrive, and you're all set. The cars I rented were always clean and in good condition, which is really important to me. Another great thing about the service is that it includes insurance with zero excess, so it's really reassuring to have that peace of mind during your rental.

    Repeat customer, Key'n Go service

    Booking Reference 2500645. I've used this service for the third time now and I've been really impressed each time. I'm quite fussy about car hire companies, but I can honestly say that I won't be using any other company now that I've discovered this one. The Key'n Go service is so convenient and covers everything you need, so there's no need to spend ages checking the car when you pick it up. The whole process is really smooth - just go to the machine, enter your booking reference, and collect the keys (you might even get to choose your car). My experiences so far have been fantastic, and I'll definitely be using this company again in the future.

    What a rip-off! We sorted out our rental car beforehand and shelled out an additional fee when we arrived, only to find ourselves slapped with unexpected extra charges on the spot. The person on duty was so rude and couldn't even lay out a clear explanation of the final cost. In the end, we had to hand over more than three times the initial fee, alongside a crazy sum for fuel and a massive security deposit. Don't bother with the stress, just head to a different rental company like we did.

    Slick talkers pushing pricey insurance

    I had a dreadful time at that car rental place. As soon as I got to the counter, it felt like I'd been through it all before - they were pushing their expensive insurance on me, even hinting at affecting my credit card. The staff practically held back the car until I agreed to take the insurance. I've dealt with rental companies that actually pay attention to what customers want, so I won't be returning to them. It's their loss, not mine.

    Renting experience was never like this before

    When I first rented a car to London from my native nearby city, it was a very bad experience . I lost good money on that, really troubling.
    I was bit hesitant, I don't why exacly but then my brother assured me that it is jus in my mind.
    I turned towards Goldcar, they assisted me very well, unlike before.
    I was impressed by the range of car rental services and various vehicles they have.
    also the kind of services, booking was easy, just fill a form, I got a call. Done
    It was lot cheaper than I THOUGHT, now I feel to choose rental car and especially goldcar for all of my long route trips or any such expedtiion.

    Car rental experience in Malaga

    I rented a car in Malaga and I was really impressed by the amazing customer service I received from Nico at the service desk. He took the time to go through everything with me, from picking up the car to dropping it off, making sure I had all the details I needed for roadside help, and even making sure I knew what type of fuel the car needed. The car was in fantastic shape and the return process was simple and speedy. I would definitely suggest this service, especially if you get the chance to have Nico help you out.

    Easy and affordable rental

    Even though I had seen some bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with the car rental company. The staff at check-in were really helpful and didn't push me on insurance as I already had my own. The car was in pretty good shape, considering the dusty area it was in. I made sure to keep it clean while I had it. When I returned the car, the staff told me they would automatically release the bond, and they only put a temporary hold on my card.

    I had a bad experience with a car rental company recently. It was really frustrating because when we tried to pick up the car, they wouldn't accept my partner's license, so that was a headache and a waste of time. And on top of that, they tried to add on extra charges for making changes, which made the total cost way more than other rental places. I was not happy at all with how inflexible and sneaky they were. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

    This company is really dodgy with their pricing. I rented a car from them and was totally taken aback by all the extra charges they sneaked into my bill, jacking up the rental price.     Smaller car, bad condition, pushy insurance sales

    We went to hire a car and it was an absolute nightmare! They ended up giving us a smaller car than we originally requested and it was in really poor condition. The most frustrating part was that they kept insisting we get their insurance, claiming we wouldn't be protected at all without it. Despite us already having insurance through their website, they were so insistent on us purchasing more. It was incredibly irritating!

    I recently hired a car and they attempted to sneak in some additional insurance charges right before the agreement. When I brought back the car, they ended up billing me for a small scratch on the wheel, and they wouldn't even provide me with a claims form! I wouldn't recommend renting from them, they're fraudulent! Make sure to decline all insurance options, otherwise they'll find ways to charge you for every little thing, regardless of fault. It's mentioned in the rental agreement that minor scratches don't have to be reported, but they still demanded payment from me. Just not right!

    Dishonesty and ruined holiday

    My time with that company was just awful. When I went to pick up my car at the airport, they straight up lied to my face about the rental agreement. It was a total nightmare and completely ruined my holiday. How can they even think it's okay to run a business like that? Seriously, do yourself a favour and steer clear of that company.

    I went ahead and paid for a car rental online, but when I got there, I ended up waiting in a queue for more than an hour before being told there were no cars left. It was really frustrating and disappointing to experience such unreliable service.
