Four tyres purchased
I bought four tyres from this place not too long ago, and I have to admit, I was really impressed with the service I got. I made an appointment for the 28th of May, 2024, and dropped off my car before heading out for a walk. When I got back around 45 minutes later, I was surprised to see that they had already finished the job. The staff were all super efficient and skilled, and everyone I spoke to was really nice and friendly. I was really happy with how everything went, and I wouldn't think twice about going back there again.
Tire replacement and alignment
I went to Protyre for a tyre replacement and alignment, and I have to say, the service was top-notch once again. The staff knew their stuff and got the job done quickly and with expertise. Even though I didn't book an appointment, they sorted me out straight away, which I really liked. They didn't push any unnecessary extras on me, just focused on what was best for my wallet. 4 new tyres and tracking
Protyre is absolutely fantastic! They really took the time to explain everything to me and were completely transparent about the costs from the start. There were no unexpected hidden charges later on. The team who fitted my new tyres were so friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. Neil sorted out the tracking and made sure my car was in perfect condition. He kept me informed throughout and made sure I understood everything he was doing. Quick service, helpful staff
The people working at this place were so helpful and accommodating. Even though they were really busy, they were able to squeeze me in and fix my tire quickly and effectively. I was really surprised when they managed to replace my tire on the same day they found the puncture. Not only were the staff knowledgeable, but they were also really friendly, which made the whole thing really nice and easy. I would definitely recommend this place for their amazing service and professionalism.

I had a really good time at the Ashbourne branch. The staff there were so helpful and professional. They sorted out my tyre situation by suggesting a different brand that they had in stock since they couldn't find the ones I wanted. The service was fast and well-done, and I trusted their knowledge and skills.

The service down at the tyre shop was top-notch. The staff there were so helpful and honest, they fixed up my tyres instead of trying to sell me new ones that I didn't need. Suspension arms replacement and service
I had to get my car some new suspension arms so I scheduled a service and requested they take a look at it. They brought the car back on time and were kind enough to give me a lift home as I struggle with walking. The new suspension arms were put in and the service was finished by the afternoon. They came to pick me up to pay the bill, which turned out to be quite fair. My car now feels as good as new and I am grateful for the great service they gave me. Thanks!
Emergency tyre replacement
I was in a bit of a pickle when my tyre went flat during a family trip to Norfolk. Luckily, the folks at the depot really saved the day! I had been turned away by another garage, but Protyre came through for me by getting a replacement tyre from another location. The staff at Bury were quick and had me back on the road in no time. I was really impressed by their professionalism and how dedicated they were to helping customers in tough situations.
Quick & Efficient service
I've been a customer of Protyre for a good while and I must say, they never let me down when it comes to their prices. I always check out other places too, but Protyre consistently offers the best deals. The service is consistently excellent, with lovely staff and fast service. The only small issue I had was with my last appointment, as my tyres were a bit late in arriving, but they kept me updated throughout so it wasn't a big deal.

I went to the garage recently and it was great. I thought I needed to get a new tyre because of a slow puncture, but the team at the garage fixed it for just £20. I was really pleased with their honesty and fair prices. I've had new tyres from them before and always been happy with their service. I'd definitely recommend them to other drivers, especially women, as they are trustworthy and dependable.
20" tyres bought, quick delivery
Many other companies find it difficult to get hold of 20" tyres, but Protyre always has them in stock, at the best prices and with fast delivery. The staff are really helpful and know what they're talking about, which just adds to the great experience.
Motorbike tyre package
I bought a package of motorbike tyres from the website, hoping to get them fitted the next day. But, I got a call soon after, saying that they couldn't fit them because the technician was busy with MOTs. I was a bit disappointed as I had trusted the availability shown on the website. It would be really helpful if the website could always show the accurate services to prevent this kind of inconvenience in the future.
Wheel alignment service
I've been coming to this place for years, so I know it can get quite busy. I booked an appointment, the staff were really helpful but ran a bit late because of another customer. They did a wheel alignment for me and explained everything clearly. I'll definitely come back in the summer for new tyres for both of my cars.
Car service advice and repair
I took my car to the Matlock depot because it had a few issues, and the staff there were really friendly and knew what they were doing. They checked my car and told me what repairs were needed. They managed to fix everything on the same day, and I was really happy with the service. I would definitely recommend them.

Basic service but they did the job quickly and efficiently. They also highlighted some extra work that needed to be done for my car's MOT, which was really handy.
Slow puncture repair
I went in to get a slow puncture fixed and I gotta say, I was really happy with the service I got. They not only found the thing that caused the puncture, but they also spotted that the wheel balancing weight was making me lose air. It was great to see how carefully they checked everything and how much they cared about keeping me safe on the road.
Got my tyres replaced
They managed to fit me in straight away, even though I just walked in off the street. The service was really quick and they didn't overcharge me, which was brilliant.
New tyres fitted
I went to the garage to get some new tyres for my car, and the service was brilliant! The staff were really friendly and they got the job done in no time. They even checked the wheel alignment to make sure everything was spot on. I feel much better driving now, knowing my car is all sorted. I'll definitely be going back there for any more tyre issues in the future!

I went down to Devon Tyres & Servicing in Exmouth to get my tyre changed, and let me tell you, those guys were absolutely brilliant! They checked and swapped out my tyre in just 5 minutes after I got there. The service was so quick and efficient, and the staff were really nice and accommodating. I would definitely suggest them to anyone in need of a speedy and trustworthy tyre change.
