no car available and I had to grab an expensive last-minute replacement, which annoyed me. Customer support were slow and a bit dismissive, I sent a stack of emails and felt unheard. In the end the car was okay, but the runaround left a sour taste.
Ambushed by a mandatory toll plan at pick-up
I booked with QEEQ expecting unlimited mileage and no surprises, planning a week of client visits and a couple of weekend errands. At pick-up they insisted on a mandatory toll scheme at USD 35/day, no opt‑out, and threatened USD 25 per toll otherwise; nowhere on the site did it say Florida‑only restrictions. They forced it on me and refused to sort it out when I complained — unhelpful, poor customer service. Oddly, the car was spotless and had a full tank, which I didn’t expect, so that was a small win. Still, I won’t use them again.
Cold coffee at baggage claim
Sat at the arrivals hall with my 11‑year‑old daughter, coffee gone cold, watching cars go by — and no car for us. They collect flight details but still let you book beyond their 'late arrival' window, which is maddening; feels like they rely on people not reading the small print. We lost a $752 deposit. I messaged via the app, emailed, waited on the customer line until the call dropped — frustrating. Took ages to get any reply, and it wasn't perfect, but eventually someone did respond and helped a little, so not totally hopeless. Would be wary next time; I'd try a different firm first.
Halfway panic sorted
they spotted the dodgy charges from Goldcar and pushed for a full refund. The standout was Mr Jinko, who actually bothered to follow it through, chasing the refund and checking in. It wasn't instantaneous and it took a few nagging messages, but in the end sorted — which matters. Not perfect, because you shouldn't have to fight in the first place, but I felt covered. Really appreciate that follow-up from Mr Jinko.
Not worth the gamble
To be honest, I'd steer clear — they left us in a proper mess, though at least they did refund the deposit eventually. I hire cars a lot for weekend trips and to get off ferries after holidays, so reliability matters. We booked and paid a deposit for a car to pick up after a cruise, only to be told at the last minute there was no car because the local desk was closed on that Sunday. Communication was awkward — we were on board with poor internet — and QEEQ basically suggested we pay for a hotel or travel to Gatwick ourselves. After a lot of time and expense they returned the deposit, but the help was mostly words, not action. Annoying, but not completely hopeless.
Oddly sticky booking experience
I turned up at the Noleggiare desk about an hour early, thinking I'd get sorted quick, and my first thought was "hmm, all calm here." Then they made me wait so long that by the time anything happened the cancellation window had gone. I tried to explain my Canadian driving licence would be fine but they said it wasn't and refused to rent. I contacted QEEQ support and they wouldn't refund me — same reason, too late to cancel. Annoying, especially because I walked down the road to another office, hired a car for roughly the same price and that place accepted my licence and even offered full insurance. So yeah, frustrating and a bit underhanded, but in the end I had a decent hire; just wish the first place had been straightforward.
Bit of a faff, but handled well
I landed and the pick-up from the supplier was a right mess — extra charges, confusing paperwork and a lot of awkward waiting. Felt pretty stressed at first; that part of using the car was rubbish, honestly. I raised it with QEEQ.com afterwards and they actually listened, investigated and organised a full refund for the wrongly applied fees. The person who dealt with me, Mr Jinko, took the time to explain things and push the supplier, which made a big difference. Still, I wish the whole process had been quicker and a bit clearer — felt like unnecessary stress you could avoid. If you book through them, keep photos and receipts and chase if needed. Overall relieved and I’d use QEEQ again, but expect a wobble if your supplier is Goldcar.
Decent deals, dodgy pickup
Honestly, I’m not booking with Qeeq again — they let me down at the desk. I first saw Qeeq on a travel forum and even recommended it to a mate, so I booked a hire car about two weeks before travelling because the price looked decent and the site was easy to use. At the pickup desk they told me there were no cars and I'd have to wait three hours. I couldn’t do that, asked for something in writing and was flatly refused, so I walked away. Then Qeeq marked it as a no‑show and took the full charge. Dollar later confirmed I was due a refund but Qeeq took months to act; when it finally came through it was fine, just painfully slow. So, not perfect, would use the site to compare prices only and always double‑check with the supplier.
Not the car I booked
Got to the desk and the first thing that struck me was how different the car felt to the picture. I’d booked what was shown as a new Daihatsu Move but what they handed over was clearly much older — around 66,000 kilometres (about 41,000 miles) on the clock, faded seats with a few stains and worn trim. Customer service's reply boiled down to 'colour and year might differ', which is a poor answer; colour I get, a decade older than advertised I don't. On the road it was fine, no real mechanical faults, but the interior creaks and the general tiredness made it feel budget. Pickup also wasted time — 15 minutes waiting for a shuttle then another 15–20 minutes to their office, which chipped into our first day. I’ve used airport firms before and honestly they'd have been quicker. Annoying, but it did get us where we needed to go.
Stranded but grateful
I had to ring around and pay another company on the spot, then collect a car a few miles away. The bit that really got me was the lack of any helpful customer service — they were pretty much radio silent about sorting it or offering a refund. So yes, annoyed and cold (it was snowing and around -5°C), stuck for ages outside the terminal. One positive — a nearby hotel let us shelter while I sorted things out; genuinely kind and probably prevented it getting worse. I’m glad that part worked out, otherwise it would’ve been a proper mess. Would’ve appreciated a refund or at least some decent support though. Not terrible as a one-off if you have a fallback plan, but don’t rely on them if you can’t afford delays.
Unexpected extra charge, but the car was lovely
spotless inside, comfy seats, and it handled really nicely on the motorway — actually nicer than I expected after that stressful start. I used it straight away for an eight-day trip and, honestly, the driving experience kept improving: quiet cabin, smooth gears, and surprisingly good fuel economy. I’ve contacted Dryyve about the extra fees and I’m waiting to hear back, so the service side hasn’t been perfect. Still, the vehicle itself made the whole trip work and I’d say it saved the day in practice. My tip: double-check any extra-driver or daily charges before you hand over your card, and be ready to ask questions at the desk.
Small relief, big disappointment
our connecting flight was delayed, we phoned Qeeq to move the pickup to noon, they said they'd try — then changed the booking to 9am without checking. We turned up at Alamo just before midday and were told we’d missed the slot, even though we’d tried to sort it through Qeeq. The desk said the booking came via Qeeq so only Qeeq could amend it. The Qeeq rep was really unhelpful on the phone, kept refusing to change it back and basically left us to sort it ourselves. We ended up hiring another car at the airport, so we paid twice — not ideal and a real hassle when you’re tired and annoyed. I did send them screenshots and a message proving we’d contacted them in time and what their reply was, and they told me to email everything, which I did, but a month later I’ve had nothing back. On the phone they say they’ll look into it, but emails go unanswered. Oddly, Alamo said they wouldn’t charge us, so where the money went is a mystery. On the plus side, we did get a car eventually and the trip wasn’t ruined, so I’m relieved about that. Still, the customer service and the way they handled (or didn’t handle) the delivery was poor — and getting charged for something you didn’t get? Not acceptable. Would think twice before recommending Qeeq now.
Almost ruined, but we survived
annoyed but relieved — it could have been a right mess, yet in the end we still had a holiday. I booked an estate car through Qeeq for a family trip to Nice, expecting a bit more space based on the listing. We arrived and the local supplier, Ok Mobility, handed over something tiny that felt more like a city runabout than the estate I’d paid for. First impression at the desk was confusion and then cajoling: “same class” they said, while I tried to figure out where my suitcases were going to live. Long story short, after the “it’s the same” chat I was persuaded — forced, really — into an upgrade for €340. They also pushed a roadside insurance option that, according to them, would have made the upgrade even pricier if I’d refused.
I started using the car straight away for drives around the Côte d’Azur and, despite the rocky handover, the car itself was fine to drive. It was just much smaller than advertised — two cases fitted at best, not the three I expected, so our boot Tetris was an Olympic sport. My nine-year-old was given a booster-type seat that didn’t actually fit properly, which you really should check in advance if you’ve got kids. The airport desk was chaotic, one small transfer van for staff and a frankly unbothered driver made the start stressful — queueing, waiting 30 minutes for a replacement van, that sort of thing.
I’m thankful we didn’t end up stranded and the hire car did the job for the week, so holiday saved, but it left a sour taste. Qeeq didn’t step in much to help — seems like Ok Mobility call the shots locally. If you book through Qeeq and get Ok Mobility at Nice, double-check the category, question the fit of child seats, and be ready to argue or pay up. Lesson learnt, reluctantly grateful it wasn’t worse.Booking a car rental
I was really impressed with the service and the price protector program that this company offers. The savings I've made already have been great, and I'm excited to see how the rest of my trip goes with their services. I'm sure they'll keep up the good work and meet the high standards they've set.
Swift booking experience
I really love it when I book something online and everything goes smoothly, no issues at all. That's exactly what happened when I used this website to book a rental car. It was so easy, no surprises or extra costs. The customer service after I rented the car was fantastic too. I had some questions about my bill and they got back to me really quickly and were really helpful.
Car rental
Renting a car was really straightforward and easy. The staff were great - they explained everything I needed to know and made sure I had all the right documents. I'd definitely recommend this service to anyone who's thinking about hiring a car.
Rental cars in South Africa
So, I hired these cars in South Africa, you know? And everything was fine until I used Qeeq. They said it would take 1-2 MONTHS to get back my security deposit! But with the other two rentals, the deposit was back in my account within 3 days! I contacted them and they just said "not our issue", but seriously, all three rentals were from the same place! It's a total scam, better to avoid!
Airport car rental
I was waiting at the airport for more than an hour before I managed to reach out to the company on their WhatsApp group. Nobody told me beforehand about the delivery being delayed, and I ended up paying extra to get in touch with the dealer. The car I got wasn't the one I asked for, and the paperwork was a real hassle. On top of that, I had to pay an extra deposit at the counter. All in all, I wouldn't recommend using this service.
Car rental in Orlando
I came across this company when searching for a car rental for our trip to Orlando and thought I'd give it a try because the prices were really attractive. It ended up being a great experience. We got a nearly new Chrysler Pacifica in really good condition, and booking through QEEQ was easy and straightforward. I was a bit unsure at the beginning as I didn't know the company, but I was very happy with the service we got. I'll definitely use them again for our next trips.
Competitive pricing for car rental
To be honest, the service at all car rental companies is pretty much the same, so there's not really any standout differences. However, when it comes to prices, QEEQ is definitely the best choice. I managed to find the most competitive rates on their website, which saved me a lot of money compared to other rental companies. The booking process was really straightforward, and the whole experience was stress-free. I would definitely recommend using QEEQ if you're looking to save some money on your car rental.

I used to be a very loyal customer of easyrentcars.com (and later qeeq.com after the rebranding/taking over) for quite some years. I always liked the simplicity of their website... Read onBy: Dmitri Tsoy
