    Makeup purchase for a special occasion

    I went makeup shopping at a popular department store in Covent Garden before a special event. I wasn't sure what to get, but luckily, a lovely sales assistant called Briody helped me out. She not only helped me pick the right products but also offered to give my little girl a mini makeover, which was so sweet. Briody made our shopping trip really special by making my daughter feel like a princess. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I'm so thankful for Briody's kindness. She really made our day!

    Who needs customer service or product quality when you can have someone like Vaios in your life? He really knows his stuff when it comes to beauty products. Vaios at the store in Norwich is a real gem - his passion and expertise are top-notch. He took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I felt good about my purchases. That man definitely deserves a raise!

    I've been a customer of this beauty brand for a long time, and I've been really frustrated trying to access my rewards for the past 6 weeks. I have £75 in rewards just sitting there, but I can't get to them because of technical problems. I've tried to get in touch with customer service several times, but I've only had unhelpful responses and no solution in sight. I've been loyal to this brand for over 20 years, so I never thought I'd be treated like this. The lack of care for loyal customers is really disappointing. If this isn't sorted out soon, I'll take my business elsewhere, maybe to a brand like Lancôme where they value their customers.

    I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't receive the promised 'Gifts' in your recent orders. It's so important for companies to keep their promises and make sure customers are happy. It's also not great that your emails weren't replied to - communication is really important for keeping customers happy. I get why you might be feeling unsure about ordering from the website again, especially since you love the products.
