I tore open the parcel mid-breakfast; Thyroscin has quietly helped my dodgy thyroid for months. I've only just begun the selenium, so I'll wait a few weeks. Delivery was quick, customer service friendly though a bit slow.

I ordered an item on Friday morning, before noon, and paid £5.99 for next‑day delivery because I needed it for Sunday. At first it looked OK — I got a Royal Mail tracking number — but checking on Saturday it said the parcel hadn’t even reached my local depot. No customer service phone, nada. Felt stuck and a bit cross (and embarrassed for trusting it). Really disappointing, to be honest. Won’t shop with them again, sorry.

Walked past it on Instagram and then my mate sent me a link — thought I’d give it a go. Arrived sooner than I expected, nicely packed, and customer support replied quickly when I asked about a missing scoop. I’ve only tried it two days and got a mild headache and a queasy tummy, so fingers crossed that eases off. Overall pleased, just wish a scoop was included.
A right palaver, but not all lost
30–18:00; honestly, we get thirty parcels a day so it’s not as if we’re awkward. I kept asking for delivery notes, or at least a phone number to speak to a person, and that was the maddening bit — silence, or “we’ll wait for return” a few times. Anyway, after some proper nagging (and a long email thread) they did eventually sort a refund and offered a replacement courier; not ideal, but better than nothing. So I went from very sceptical to begrudgingly pleased. Would I try them again? Maybe, if they’ve fixed delivery. For now: good kit, clumsy delivery and decent-ish customer service once you make a fuss.
Unexpected kitchen staple
Oddly enough I picked this up because it claimed to be really pure — filtered and all that — and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The grains feel finer than my usual coarse sea salt, so it dissolves quicker on toast or in a mug of water first thing. I’ve been using it for seasoning meals and as a quick electrolyte in the morning; it’s mild, clean-tasting and not bitter. Didn’t notice huge differences from my old salt, but pleasantly surprised and would buy again.
