Meal Plan
I really liked the meal plan that the company provided me with during my weight loss journey. The different dishes they offered were really good and made it easier for me to stick to a healthy diet. Though, there were a few times when I had to change my plan because some of the lunches weren't suitable for taking to work, which was a bit of a pain. Losing weight is definitely tough, especially during the holidays when there are sweets everywhere. Even though I faced some challenges, I know that my struggles with losing weight mostly come from finding it hard to change my habits. Overall, I think the meal plan could work well for anyone, but it's up to each person's commitment and hard work in the end.
Weight loss, easy meal planning
I managed to lose between 16-19 pounds in my first 28 days using the meal planning app. It was really handy being able to switch up meals easily, and the filter made it simple to find recipes. I usually stick to three meals a day as I don't always have time for snacks or I'm just not hungry. One drawback is that I wish I could note down when I eat something outside of the plan, and some of the meals taste a bit robotic and don't really go together. I often end up adding my own seasonings because if I follow the recipes exactly, the meals can be a bit bland. Also, the workout feature is still being worked on, so there's no way for me to track the exercises I've done.
Weight loss journey
Wow, it's been 10 days since I started this weight loss journey and I can already feel a difference. I haven't lost as much weight as I wanted, but I definitely feel better overall. It's like I'm finally giving my body all the nutrients it needs. At first, it was a bit overwhelming with all the new recipes and foods I had to start eating and cooking. I had to go to 3 different shops just to get everything I needed to get started. It's been challenging, but rewarding too. I can see the changes happening and it's motivating me to keep going and make the changes I need to live a healthier life. I can't wait to see where I'll be in another 10 days!

I really enjoyed the information in the book! It covered all aspects of staying healthy in both body and mind. The food plan was fantastic as well, providing me with different choices and clear guidance on what to follow.
Ebook and Dietary Supplement
I had a really terrible time with this company. The customer service seemed to reply quickly, but honestly, they weren't much help at all. They messed up quite a few times - things like sending me the wrong invoice number and confirmation which had someone else's details on it. On top of that, they charged my credit card and bank account more than once, causing me a lot of stress that I didn't need. I paid for a three-month supply of the dietary supplement, but they only sent me 107 units instead of the correct amount. It's been a real struggle trying to contact them to cancel my order and get my money back. This whole thing has made me feel like I've been ripped off and really let down.
Weight loss ebook purchase
I've tried so many diet plans in my life, so I was a bit doubtful about trying another one. But I have to say, the customer service from this company was really impressive. They didn't just send me the weight loss ebook quickly, they also made sure to suggest that I check my profile to make sure they considered my allergies, intolerances, likes, and dislikes. That level of attention really impressed me.

Oh my goodness! I recently discovered this amazing app that has completely transformed my weight loss journey. Dealing with health issues and medications that make it difficult to lose weight has always been a struggle for me, but thanks to this app, I've managed to shed 15.8 pounds already! It's incredibly user-friendly and has really helped me manage my tendency to binge eat. Now, I pause and think before mindlessly eating food. I'm more mindful of my portions and make sure to weigh everything I eat. I'm so excited to flaunt my new body in a swimsuit at the beach this summer!

I thought the meal plan was really worth it because I could see results after putting in the effort. If you're ready to dedicate yourself to sticking to the plan and resisting the urge to snack on unhealthy processed food, then I believe this programme could work well for you. The app they give you is simple to use and helps you keep track of how you're doing and plan your meals. The recipes for the meals are straightforward too, so it's easy to stick to the plan. And I found the personalised book they include really motivating and it helped me to stay focused and achieve my goals.
Wellness plan
I've been sticking to a wellness plan for a few months and the difference it's made is incredible. I've not only shed some weight, but I've also noticed a big improvement in my health overall. Ever since I started following a gluten and lactose-free diet, I no longer have heartburn, my sinusitis has gotten better, and I feel more hydrated and full of energy. These changes have really improved my life, especially now that I'm 60. I'm so thankful for how much better this plan has made me feel.

I bought a weight loss program from this company not long ago, but I was a bit disappointed as it didn't quite live up to what I was hoping for. The stuff in the program didn't really match up with the way I like to eat, so I found it hard to stick to. Then, to top it off, I was shocked when I saw that they had taken extra money from my credit card without even telling me or asking for my permission. I'm not happy about the fact that they weren't clear about the payment details, so now I'm looking to get a refund for the charges.

I was lured in by the idea of getting a personalised meal plan, but it didn't live up to what I hoped for. Even though I answered the quiz truthfully, the meals and snacks they suggested weren't really to my liking. It was even more frustrating that I couldn't just buy the ebook on its own without having to sign up for the entire app plan. Definitely going to cancel my subscription by the 13th of May.
Subscription cancellation
The customer service was brilliant, they replied quickly and were very professional which I really liked. Even though I'm cutting it short, I would definitely consider coming back in the future.
Short term agreement
Don't bother spending your cash on this. They lure you in with cheap prices, but then, lo and behold, they end up charging you for nada. Don't forget to cancel after a month or they'll just keep pocketing your dosh!
Contact information request frustration
I recently had a frustrating situation where I was asked for my contact information, even though they already had it on file. I thought it was a bit of a waste of time and didn't really make sense. It made me wonder about how well they pay attention to details and look after their customers. It would be good if they could have one person in charge for each new order, with their own phone number, so things can run smoother and any issues can be sorted out quickly.
Frustrating online order
I tried to buy something on the website and I just couldn't seem to get my card details right. Every time I entered them, they just kept changing by themselves. It made me wonder if the company was even legit and left me feeling really annoyed and sceptical. It's just really frustrating when you're just trying to make a quick purchase. I won't be bothering to order from them again, that's for sure.
dodgy subscription, wasted money
I can't believe what this company did to my mum! She doesn't even know how to use a computer, and they were taking money from her for an e-book she didn't even want. I had to step in and cancel the subscription to get her money back. It's terrible how they pretend to be something they're not and cheat honest people. I really hope they face the consequences for being such con artists.
Overcharged, never received item
I'm really angry about the service I got. I bought something for $12 but they took $75 from my account. To make things worse, I never got the item. Also, my emails were ignored and when I tried to log into my account on the app, it was deleted. It's a clear scam and I can't believe they're getting away with it. After waiting over a month for a fix, I have to contact my bank now.
Ebook purchase
I received my ebook really fast and started the programme while waiting for my physical book to arrive. The plan is simple to follow and the recipes are delicious! I had a question so I sent them an email, and they replied very quickly. I'm now in my second month of the programme and I'm really enjoying my Beyond Body journey!
