    Long wait, call out cancelled, car to nearest garage

    Even though I'd been kept waiting for ages, they suggested that I attempt to start the car before they canceled the call-out altogether. They then recommended taking the car to the nearest garage, despite the fact that I'd already had an RAC mobile mechanic replace the spark plugs earlier in the week, based on the advice from the previous call-out.

    Car breakdown

    My car conked out so I rang the breakdown service. They sent a lovely chap called Sam who couldn't sort it on the spot, so he towed it to a garage. He was ever so helpful and made sure we understood everything. They even forked out for an Uber to get us home! Top-notch service all round.

    Breakdown assistance received

    I had to call for breakdown assistance when my bike broke down unexpectedly. Luckily, the patrol was prompt in responding and let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he sorted out the issue quickly and efficiently. His friendly and professional approach helped me feel less stressed about the situation. I was really impressed with his expertise and knowledge. It's clear that he embodies the excellent service standards of the company.

    Breakdown assistance

    I recently had a breakdown on a busy road and had to wait a painfully long 5 hours for assistance. The wait felt like it would never end, especially on a busy road in the New Forest. Even though I understand I wasn't top of the list, waiting for 5 hours is just too long. Thankfully, Lee eventually arrived and he was a real lifesaver. He was really friendly and helpful, even though he couldn't fix the issue right there and then. He made sure I got home safely and sorted out a repair for the next day. It turns out we actually had a mutual acquaintance, small world, eh? All in all, the breakdown assistance experience was a real rollercoaster with a frustrating wait, but a happy ending in the end.

    Don't bother spending your money on the inspection service from this company. I paid extra for photos but the report I received had loads of issues missing. Tried to get a refund but had to deal with awful customer service and was refused the chance to speak to a manager.

    Tyre replacement complaint

    I am really disappointed with the service I received for a basic tyre replacement. I made a complaint and started a claim over a week ago, but there has been very little communication or solution to the problem. I have tried to chase it up multiple times, visiting the garage three times and making lots of phone calls. Unfortunately, the slow puncture issue still hasn't been fixed, and I'm feeling annoyed and unsatisfied. It's worrying that such a simple job has turned into such a long and unsatisfactory experience. It seems like the company doesn't place much importance on keeping customers happy, judging by my recent experiences.

    Home assist service for a non-starting car

    I recently used the home assistance service for my car that wouldn't start, and I must say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The mechanic, 1657, turned up on time and kept me informed every step of the way. He was friendly, knew his stuff, and took the time to figure out the problem - which in the end was a dodgy starter motor.     Emergency roadside assistance

    I had a really frightening experience recently when my car broke down on the motorway in the middle of the night. As a woman on my own, it was pretty scary. But the person I spoke to at the call centre was so calm and understanding, which helped me feel a bit better. Then Brian from the roadside assistance team turned up and fixed the problem super quickly, he was really kind and supportive which made a big difference in such a tough situation. The app also kept me informed the whole time, which was helpful. All in all, I can't complain about the service I got in that emergency situation.

    My experience with the insurance claim assistance from the service was pretty good overall. So, I had a problem with my automatic vehicle, it was showing a fault. The service representative turned up quickly and had a look at it. They chatted with a colleague and checked the onboard computer for fault readings. Turns out, it was an intermittent electrical fault. Even though I was a bit worried to begin with, they reassured me that it was fine to drive and I'd be able to get home. I wasn't sure at first, but I decided to trust them and made the 300-mile journey back without any problems.

    I was really annoyed with how much they kept trying to get me to use their online and app services rather than just helping me out over the phone. It was such a hassle trying to set up what I needed, and whenever I tried to reach out online, it just didn't work. When you're in a pinch and need help urgently, you shouldn't have to depend on online services that might let you down. They should really focus on making their phone service better and quicker to help folks like me who are in need.

    Breakdown recovery and replacement battery

    I was really let down by the breakdown recovery service from my insurance company. The wait times were terrible, and I was just left hanging around for hours with no updates on when someone would show up. Being a woman on my own made it even more worrying, so I ended up having to splash out on a pricey taxi to get home and leave my car by the roadside. When I went back later, all they could offer was a new battery at a sky-high price, which just made me even more annoyed about the whole thing.

    Bike insurance purchase

    The person I spoke to about buying insurance for my bike was really helpful and gave me lots of useful information. But when I needed to make a claim, the service wasn't so good. The person who came to check out the damage to my bike didn't seem to know what they were doing and told me to ride it to the mechanic, which I thought was a bit risky. I also wasn't given a courtesy bike even though I pay for that every month. I'm really disappointed with the lack of support and professionalism from this company. I'll probably switch to a different provider when it's time to renew my insurance.
