Bed purchase
I bought a bed from this company not long ago and I must say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. Even though I had to wait a bit for the bed to arrive, I liked getting updates every week on when it would be delivered. It made me feel like they hadn't forgotten about me and my order. And to top it off, the bed actually turned up a whole month earlier than I thought it would, which was a lovely surprise. When I did have to get in touch with customer service once, they were so friendly, really helpful, and sorted out my question straight away. All in all, I'm super happy with how everything went as a customer.
Bed Assembly
My experience with Arista Living started pretty badly as I was missing parts and had damaged pieces for my bed. I left a one-star review, feeling frustrated. But when my husband got in touch with them, the Managing Director himself contacted me. He sorted everything out by sending the missing and damaged parts, keeping me updated through a group chat with the supplier and delivery team. He made sure that everything was assembled correctly. I'm happy to say that I'm now content with the service I received, and grateful for their efforts in resolving the problems I initially faced.
Divan bed purchase
I am absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase of a divan bed from this company. The customer service team was fantastic, keeping me updated every step of the way from when I placed the order to when it was delivered. I especially liked being able to customise my bed with different options to fit my room decor perfectly. The quality of the bed surpassed my expectations, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Bed delivery and assembly
The bed I bought arrived really quickly, like super fast! The assembly instructions were dead easy, me and my dad put it together in a flash! The ottoman thingy is like magic, it opens and closes so smoothly! My new bed looks like a princess's bed in my room, I absolutely love it! I would definitely recommend it to all my friends.
Bed frame purchase
The customer service I got when I was sorting out problems with my bill was really great. Amy was so helpful and made sure she dealt with my concerns quickly and effectively. Even though I was finding it hard to think clearly because of my head injuries from my time in the Marines, Amy was really patient and understanding. Thanks to her help, my problems were sorted out easily, and I'm really thankful for her amazing customer service.
Quality beds
I just bought a couple of beds from this company and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it all turned out. There were some hiccups with shipping at first, but Darren, the Managing Director, really stepped up to sort things out quickly and make sure my order arrived on time. The beds are top-notch quality, which is why this is now the second time I've bought from them and will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.
Luxurious bed purchase
I recently had a super comfy bed delivered to my place from this company, and I have to admit, I was a bit annoyed with the delivery service at first. But boy, was I impressed by how the Managing Director stepped in and sorted everything out. It just goes to show, it's not only about the product, but also about how they handle problems that really makes a difference. The bed itself is top quality and has really made my new room pop.
5 mattresses
I bought 5 mattresses from this company and I am really happy with the quality. They are super comfy and even better than I expected. I decided to use them in my air B&B after hearing good things about them and I have not been let down. The mattresses arrived well-packed and the delivery was really fast. I will definitely buy from them again and I will definitely recommend this company to others. Thanks for such a great experience!
New bed bought
I waited ages for the bed I ordered, like 8 weeks! Turns out there was an issue with the delivery company, but after speaking to the boss man, Darren got it all sorted and the bed finally arrived. He was really helpful and made sure everything was sorted. We exchanged lots of emails to fix things, but in the end, it all worked out. This was my second bed from them, and despite the long wait, I would still shop here again. The bed is great quality and reasonably priced.
Poor quality bed
I bought a bed from this place about a year back, and it's been an absolute disaster. The slats are really weak, they break if you just try to sit or get into bed. What's more, the main metal beam in one of the posts has cracked, making the whole thing wobbly and unsteady. I've tried emailing the company to sort it out, but I've had no reply at all, which is really annoying and has left me feeling let down by the whole thing.
Bed order missing parts
I ordered a bed and was hoping it would arrive on time, but the dispatch date passed with no sign of my full order. After 5 frustrating weeks and many attempts to contact the company, I finally got a response, only to discover they had only sent a third of the items. They blamed the dispatch company, but when I checked with them, they said the company hadn't even fulfilled the order. Despite my efforts to get the missing parts, the company hasn't been in touch. I had to open a dispute with PayPal, and fortunately they were helpful. Sadly, I still don't have the full bed I ordered, and the company's lack of communication and responsibility is really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend their services based on my experience.
Unresponsive and undelivered bed
This company keeps ignoring my emails, even after I've sent them multiple times. I paid for a bed that never showed up, and I'm feeling really annoyed with how bad their customer service is. I'm going to do something about it for sure, they shouldn't be behaving so unprofessionally.
Kingsize ottoman bed in soft grey velour
I recently bought a king-size ottoman bed in soft grey velour and I have to say, I am really pleased with it. The bed is incredibly well-made and has exceeded my expectations. Compared to other ottoman beds I have from a popular store, the Arista bed is definitely superior in every way. The design is really beautiful and the velour material gives my bedroom a touch of elegance.
Bed quality issue
I bought a bed about 2 years ago, and annoyingly, the middle support beam has broken twice now. This highlights a big problem with the quality of the product. Despite sending several emails in the past 2 months, I haven't heard back from them at all. I just want them to send me a replacement part, and I'm happy to pay for it. It's really disappointing how they're not dealing with this issue promptly and how there's been a lack of customer service.
Bed with headboard
I'm absolutely loving my new bed with the headboard! Ordering it online was a breeze and the delivery arrived pretty quickly. The bed looks really stylish and cool, I can't take my eyes off it. It was definitely worth the money! Although I had to wait a little while for the delivery, it was totally worth it. I would recommend this company 100% to anyone in need of a new bed.
Purchased a bed, delayed delivery, damaged legs, sticky and noisy headboard
I bought a bed at the beginning of 2022, but it wasn't in stock. It took a long time, but I finally got it in September that year. When I put the bed together, I saw that two of the wooden legs were damaged. I emailed the company right away to ask for new legs. Unfortunately, getting the replacement legs was really difficult. I had to send many emails and reminders to sort it out. When the new legs arrived, they were even worse than the old damaged ones. And to make things worse, the headboard was sticky and made a loud noise whenever someone moved on the bed. I contacted the company again about the headboard issue, but they didn't give me a good answer. So now, I have a bed that's not what I expected, with a noisy headboard. I won't buy from this company again after this experience.
Bed frame purchase
Fantastic design, at a good price. There were a few delays at the warehouse because of a supplier issue, but the communication was really good and clear throughout. All in all, it was a really great experience and I would definitely recommend it!
