I absolutely adore this activewear brand! I've been a loyal customer for a long time and their stuff never fails to impress me. Not only do they care about the environment, but their clothes are also incredibly comfortable and stylish.
My favourite range from them is definitely the Enduro collection, especially the leggings and tops. They are ideal for my workouts and keep me cosy during the winter months. The Mallea range is also fantastic, so soft and perfect for exercising in.

I recently bought some socks and I have to say, I am really impressed. The updates on my order were clear and came at the right times, which I really liked. These socks are definitely better than other high street brands I have tried before. Unlike those socks, these ones actually have elastic in them so they don't slip down into the front of my shoes. Also, they are just the right thickness, giving me comfort and durability. It's true what other people have said - these socks are super comfy and definitely stand out. I've just bought some bamboo clothing from this company and I have to say, the quality is really good. The fabric is super soft, long-lasting, and eco-friendly, ticking all the boxes you'd want from bamboo clothing.
However, I did run into an issue with my delivery and had to contact their customer service team for help. Unfortunately, they took ages to get back to me which left me feeling annoyed and let down. While I understand the emphasis on product quality, good customer service is just as crucial for a satisfactory shopping experience.Item not received after paying for delivery.
I recently placed an order with this company and forked out extra cash for a specific delivery service. But guess what? The item didn't turn up when it was supposed to. Even though I kept getting these emails with tracking updates saying it was on its way, it never made it to me. Leggings quality inconsistency
The leggings I got from this shop are a bit hit and miss, really. Got a pair a few years back that were dead cosy and comfy, but the ones I got about a year ago in the same size are dead stiff and not nice to wear at all. They've even started coming apart at the seams, which is a bummer. And it's a shame there's no way to sort things out with customer service, 'cos you can only get in touch with them by phone.

I was given a pair of Enduro leggings as a gift, but unfortunately, they were the wrong size for me. So, I got in touch with customer service to sort out the return, and I have to say, the service was top-notch. The whole return process was really easy and quick, and I managed to exchange them for the right size in no time. On top of that, the new leggings arrived pretty quickly, and I'm really happy with them. They're not just comfy, they also look really good on. Big thanks to the team for looking after me so well!
ZeroRecycled Insulate Jacket XL for women
I bought a ZeroRecycled Insulate Jacket XL for women not long ago, and I was impressed by the good quality of the manufacturing and materials. However, I was let down by the way it was cut. The jacket didn't really fit a woman's body well - it was too tight around the chest and hips, and the armholes were too big. This made it awkward to wear and limited my movement. In the end, I gave it to my son, but even he felt that the fit was wrong because the shape wasn't quite right for either men or women.
Replacement jeans
A little while back I bought some jeans from this really cool shop, but unfortunately, they had a small issue - they were ripped! Comfortable and supportive boxer shorts
I've bought those boxer shorts a few times now, and I must say they are really comfy and supportive. They fit nicely in all the right places. The bamboo material is great at handling sweat, which is perfect for busy days. I was happy to see that they were rated highly for ethical business practices in a magazine I read. The only thing I'd suggest is maybe having them made in the UK like some other brands do.
Tight jeans disappointment
It was a really good company before, they had loads of bamboo clothes to choose from. But ever since Brexit and dealing with the EU, sending back stuff is almost impossible now. I wanted some help with sizing for a pair of jeans, but got a short response that was wrong. The size L they suggested was way too small, and now they're not even listening to my complaint. If you're in the EU, I'd steer clear of them.
comfy bras
These bras are incredibly comfy, honestly! It's so easy to put them on and take them off, and they keep everything where it should be - if you catch my drift 😉 I doubt I'll ever return to regular bras now. Also, the pale pink shade is really lovely, but I wish there were more colour choices available!

I've bought quite a few items of clothing lately and I have to say, it's been a pretty good experience. The casual tops, t-shirts, and socks I got are super comfy and they've stayed in good condition even after being washed a few times. However, I did notice that some of the tops were a bit on the big side, so I'd suggest having a look at the size guide before you buy.
Bamboo thongs
I've just received my delivery of bamboo thongs, and I have to admit, I'm really impressed! They are super soft and breathable, it's almost like I'm not even wearing any underwear. Fingers crossed that they stay this soft after a few washes, like the reviews I've seen suggest.

I ordered this top online, yeah? And then I got an email saying they refunded me without giving me a reason! I tried to ask them twice what happened, but got no response at all. Not cool, mate. Now I'm not sure if I want to shop here again!
Stylish workout clothing
I was first attracted to the cool styles from this brand, but I ended up let down by how practical the material was. Even though I liked how the clothes looked, I noticed that I got sweat stains really easily when I wore the top while working out. The fabric just seemed to absorb all my sweat, making me feel sticky and embarrassed. Now, I still wear my BAM top to yoga classes, but for running and cardio, I've switched to a different brand with better material.

Casual sweaters with 60% merino wool and 40% bamboo
I recently bought two casual sweaters that are made with a mix of 60% merino wool and 40% bamboo. I usually like this kind of clothing, but I was pretty disappointed with how the sweaters turned out after I washed them. Despite putting them on the "silk" cycle in my washing machine, the sweaters ended up shrinking and shedding loads of fibres. When I contacted customer service about this issue, they told me I should hand wash the sweaters, not spin dry them, avoid using a tumble dryer, and lay them flat to dry - all of which seemed like a lot of hassle for a casual item of clothing in my opinion. To make matters worse, they even sent me a comb to get rid of all the excess fluff and bobbles. Overall, I think these sweaters needed way more care than I would have expected for casual wear, which made the whole experience less enjoyable.
