Comfortable barefoot shoes
I've always had trouble with shoes being too tight, which has led to my toes getting squished and misshapen over time, especially my big and little toes. This has made it difficult to find comfy shoes, as I prefer ones with rounded, wide toes. But ever since I started wearing barefoot shoes, my toes finally have room to breathe and it's made a huge difference for me!
I was a bit worried about how wide the shoes would look when they arrived, but once I put them on, they actually look really stylish and not clown-like at all. The quality and comfort of the Belanka shoes, especially the white sneakers I bought, are top-notch. Huge props to the shoe designers for putting foot health and comfort first! I absolutely adore these shoes! They're super comfortable and stylish. I've purchased a few pairs and they're all fantastic. However, I was let down by their customer service. I wanted to find out if my favourite shoes, the "City" ones, were going to be restocked, but they either ignored my messages or gave unhelpful responses. I'm really disappointed, especially considering I've bought 7 pairs from them! It's frustrating not to receive a clear answer - I just want to know whether I should wait for the "City" shoes or explore other options. It's such a pity that their amazing shoes are being let down by poor customer service. Come on, get it together!
Recent shoe purchase
I recently had a great experience with the customer service team at this company. I made some mistakes while ordering and needed help fixing them. The customer service representative I spoke to was really polite and knew their stuff. They took the time to explain everything to me and sorted out all my issues quickly. I was impressed that even though we sent lots of emails back and forth, everything got sorted in just one day. The next day, my parcel was sent out, which was faster than I expected. If only all shops could have such amazing customer service! I'm really thankful to the team at this company for all their help. I can't wait to come back for more shoe shopping in the future.
Shoes
I recently bought a pair of shoes from this company and unfortunately had a bad time with the customer service. The return period was really short compared to other places, which made me think they did it on purpose to make it hard for customers to return things. Even though I followed the return instructions correctly, my return was initially rejected, and it took my partner getting a bit confrontational to finally get a refund. The shoes were good quality, but the strict return policy was disappointing and left a bad taste in our mouths about the company. Customer service is super important for any business, and I reckon this company could do better in that department.
5 pairs of sneakers and one pair of sandals
I've just received my order of 5 pairs of sneakers and one pair of sandals from BeLenka. I'm absolutely delighted with the quality and comfort of the shoes I got. I suffer from a bunion, so it's always hard to find shoes that are both comfy and stylish, but the ones I bought are just perfect. They're not only beautiful and elegant, but most importantly, they're super comfy. And the best thing is, no one even believes they're barefoot shoes because they look so trendy! Even my 12-year-old son is loving his barebarics. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was a bit unsure about ordering at first after reading some bad reviews, but I'm happy to report that everything went really well. Leather shoes purchase
I got myself a nice pair of leather shoes from this company recently, but I was really let down by the service I got. When my package arrived, I found out that two things were missing from my order. I got in touch with the company about it, and they said they wouldn't refund me. They reckoned their CCTV would prove that the missing items were packed with my order and that the weight of the package matched up. But I don't think it's right for me as a customer to have to take the blame for their mistakes. In the end, I had to go to Paypal to get my money back. Dealing with all of this was really annoying and it gave me a bad impression of the company's customer service. I won't be buying from them again.
Ankle boots purchase
I recently bought a pair of ankle boots from this company and, to be honest, I wasn't very happy with my experience. I get the return policy and all that, but it would be nice if they were a bit more flexible, especially since they have warehouses in the same country as me. What bothers me the most is the lack of responsibility when it comes to dealing with valid complaints. In my situation, the boots I got were totally different from the ones I saw in the pictures online, and they were basically unwearable because of a design flaw. Even after I brought it up, the company wouldn't admit their mistake or help me out, which left me feeling like I wasted my money. It's really disappointing to see a company caring more about making money than making sure their customers are happy, especially when they're not even giving them what they promised.
BeLenka children's shoes
I bought some BeLenka kids' shoes from a shop, but they started falling apart after only a few times of wearing them. The customer service was helpful though, and they let me exchange the shoes for a new pair. Sadly, the new pair also had the same problem - the sole started coming off after just 3 hours of wearing them. When I got in touch with BeLenka directly, they told me that the shoes aren't really meant for activities that stress the sole, even though that's not what we were using them for. It's been quite frustrating, especially because my son likes the shoes but they keep falling apart easily.

I just got myself a new pair of barefoot shoes and I have to say, I am absolutely blown away by how comfy and well-designed they are. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship is top-notch. I couldn't be more pleased with my buy.
Trailwalkers
I recently bought the Trailwalkers from BeLenka, hoping for a sturdy and eco-friendly hiking shoe. The material on top, the width of the toe box, and the overall fit of the shoe were just right - comfy and secure for those long walks. But, after only 200km, the soles were completely worn out, meaning I had to sadly get rid of a perfectly good pair of leather uppers. It was disappointing to realise that BeLenka doesn't have a program for re-soling, making the shoes not very eco-friendly in the long term. If only they could switch the soft rubber soles for something more long-lasting like the Ranger soles, these would be the ultimate shoes for hikers.
BeLenka Barefoot boots UK website
I was really let down by my experience with the BeLenka UK website. I had some problems when I was trying to order a pair of barefoot boots and it was all to do with the payment process. Even though the website said I could use Paypal, I could only put in my credit card details. When I placed my order, I wasn't sure if the payment had actually gone through because it just took me back to the credit card page without confirming anything. I tried to get some answers by using the online contact form, but I still haven't heard back from anyone. All in all, I don't feel very confident in the service offered by the website after this experience.
Comfortable and pain-free shoes
The shoes I bought from BeLenka are so comfy and pain-free, they're the best I've ever had. I used to have toe pain and blisters from shoes of other brands, but now I can go on long walks with my dog without any hassle. The design and quality of BeLenka shoes have really changed my day-to-day life. I've got a few pairs now and they never fail to make me happy.
Two pairs of shoes
I ordered two pairs of shoes over 2 weeks ago and still haven't got them. I can't get hold of the company at all, and the only contact I have is an email for shipping and tracking. They say they're a UK website, but the lack of communication and slow delivery is really annoying. If I could cancel my order, I would, but I'm stuck with no way to get in touch. It's been a pretty disappointing experience overall.
Difficult parcel retrieval
My experience with this company was really disappointing. I couldn't get my parcel from the pickup shop because they only held it for 2 days before sending it back. I definitely wouldn't recommend using their services and would suggest looking at other options like VIVOBAREFOOT instead. On top of that, I wasn't happy with their choice of shipping provider, GLS.
