I recently got myself a new pair of cycling shoes from Bikester and I have to say, I am really impressed with them. The Sidi Trace 2 MTB shoes I found on their website were at a great price, so I decided to sign up and buy them. I got an electric bike that's fancy
So, I recently bought this really great electric bike from Bikester and I have to say, it's absolutely fantastic! Even more impressive is the fact that it's £500 cheaper than bike prices in the UK - what a bargain! The communication from Bikester in Germany was excellent, they kept me informed every step of the way. It did take a bit of time to arrive, around 15 working days, but that was fine because they had already informed me about the delivery timeline. As for the bike itself, it's incredibly well constructed and really comfortable to ride.
Black Friday deal bike
I recently managed to grab myself a bike for a bargain price on Black Friday. It did take quite a while to actually arrive - a full two months in fact! I mean, that's a pretty long wait, especially with all the Christmas chaos and strikes going on. But, now that it's finally here, I'm really chuffed with it. It was definitely worth the wait, a great deal all round. It seems like smaller orders get delivered much quicker, so I might just give them another go in the future. All in all, I'm feeling pretty satisfied with my purchase.

As a person who's had a hard time finding bike shoes that fit properly, I was really pleased with the pair I bought from that website recently. They not only came quickly but also fit like a glove, which doesn't usually happen for me. I'm guessing the delay was because of customs problems, especially with imports from Germany lately. I got my e-bike and it was all in working order, really simple to put together. I'm loving the bike, it feels strong and is definitely quicker than my wife's e-bike. It's a good deal for the money.
Got a broken bike
I ordered a bike from them and when it arrived, it had issues. I let them know immediately, and they responded by saying I needed to get a friend to film me riding the bike uphill in order for them to help. They also said I had to pack up the bike myself to return it. Overall, the customer service was really disappointing.
Expensive boots
I bought some fancy boots from an online shop not long ago. But, when they turned up, the tag had been ripped off and there were marks and glue stains all over them. I got in touch with customer service straight away, hoping they'd sort it out. But all they said was to send the boots back in perfect condition, without even saying sorry for the hassle.
Serious Gravix Pro Bike
I bought the Serious Gravix Pro bike back in February-March and I have to say, I'm pretty let down by its quality. The brake cables snapped in April, even though I hardly used it. The switching gear was wonky right from the beginning, causing the chain to keep falling off. Plus, a couple of spokes have already come loose from the rims in just a few months. It's a shame that this £1500 bike from bikester isn't living up to expectations in terms of durability and performance.

I've just got my new bike from Bikester and honestly, it was so easy! This is the third time I've bought a bike from them and I just love how they make everything so straightforward. The discounts they offer are great and the best bit is that the bike practically comes already put together. It feels like Christmas morning every time a package from Bikester arrives at my door!

So, I recently got some new bike parts from this shop and it was really great. However, I encountered an issue with my bike's bottom bracket, which was making this irritating creaking sound. I tried various things like greasing it, drying it, and even changing all the parts, but nothing seemed to work. When I reached out to Customer Services for help, they turned out to be completely unhelpful. I sent them photos and videos, followed up multiple times, but still didn't receive any response. Not a great experience at all!
