Faulty jeans, excellent customer service
I recently had a bit of a problem with a pair of jeans I bought - the zipper was faulty. Can you believe it? I got in touch with customer service and they were so helpful. They said they could give me a refund but I asked for a new pair instead. And you know what? They sent it out without any issues. Aymar, you're a star! Thanks for the great service. You've won me over as a loyal customer.
Black top
It was around 3:15pm and she was absolutely amazing! She quickly sorted out a replacement for me and you know what? The replacement was delivered in just 12 hours. I've never had such fantastic customer service, felt like pure magic! Massive thanks to Julie, you're a superstar.
Recent returns issue, outstanding help from Customer Service
I had some trouble returning my order because of a problem with Royal Mail. At first, I was really frustrated because I didn't know what to do. But then, Julie, a customer service rep, helped me out a lot. She quickly dealt with the problem and sorted everything out for me. I want to say a big thank you to Julie for her amazing help in making sure my order got sorted and I got my refund. Her professionalism and speed really made a huge difference in how I felt as a customer.
Issue with refund

My recent online purchase
I was so annoyed when I tried to return something but it wasn't coming up on the return portal. I decided to message instead, which was actually quite convenient for those of us who don't like dealing with emails. Dress purchase

Bought clothes, needed to return
I bought some clothes and needed to return them, so I tried to use the app, but it was all a bit confusing. I texted for some help, and Manuel and Marirose replied really quickly and helped me get it all sorted. Thanks a lot, you guys made it so much easier for me!
Broken zip on dress
I bought a dress from this company, but it came with a broken zip. I got in touch with customer service and had a chat with a lovely lady named Mary-Grace. She was really helpful and sorted out the problem quickly. At first, I was going to exchange the dress for a new one with next day delivery, but when I tried it on, I realised it didn't suit me. Mary-Grace arranged a refund straight away without any fuss. The customer service was amazing, which is why I keep coming back to this store for all my outfits.
refund issue
I had a problem getting my money back, but I talked to this really nice lady on Facebook and she sorted everything out quickly! Their service was top-notch, and I'm really happy with it.
Faulty item replacement
I had a problem with my order the other day when I received a pair of jeans with a seam that had come undone. I got in touch with customer service and Mary S was so helpful. She sent me a replacement pair right away without any extra charge. I was really happy with how quickly and efficiently they dealt with the issue.
Returned items complaint
I recently sent back 5 items using their courier service, but when they got the package, they said there were only 2 items in there. Even though I definitely put all 5 items in a big bag, they're insisting there were only 2. It's annoying how they're not helping and won't even think about the possibility that something might have happened to the package. I really need this sorted out as it's worth £100, and that's money I can't afford to just lose like that. The fact that Boohoo isn't talking to me or helping me out is just really disappointing.
Cute dress and some shoes
Oh my gosh, I just had the most amazing experience with them! Like, I had a problem with my order and this really lovely girl named Marirose sorted it out for me straight away. She even mentioned their eco-friendly products, which is super cool! I've been shopping with them for a long time and this was definitely the best service I've ever had!
'Tall' trousers
I'm quite tall, standing at over 6'2", so it's always a struggle to find trousers that are long enough for me. However, I recently came across a brand that offers a 'Tall' range, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The chinos I bought are not only the perfect length, but they're also stylish and reasonably priced. They have a wide variety of styles to choose from, so there's something for everyone. I did have to return a couple of pairs that didn't fit, but the return process was quick and easy, and I got my refund promptly. The customer service I received was top-notch - the staff were really helpful and attentive throughout my shopping experience. I'm really happy with my purchase and the service I received, and I'll definitely be shopping there again.
Two dresses ordered
I ordered two dresses not long ago, but they didn't turn up which was a bit disappointing since that doesn't normally happen. Tracksuit return issue
I've been with the company for many years now, but I recently had a really frustrating experience with my order. I sent back a bunch of tracksuits but was told they only received one item. Even though I told them I sent everything back, they said CCTV footage only showed one item being returned. I find this hard to believe because I sent back a big parcel with lots of stuff inside. They said two people saw the footage and agreed only one item was returned, but they didn't show me this so-called evidence. I'm disappointed and annoyed that I'm not getting a refund for the items I sent back.
Clothing items
I've been shopping with this company for a good while now, and I've had some good and bad moments with the quality of the clothes. But the thing that really makes an impression on me is the great customer service from the team. Not too long ago, I realised a belt was missing from a jacket I bought, and the customer service rep sorted it out quickly and got me a refund for the missing item. I think the level of service I received is really top-notch, and it's made me trust this brand even more.
