Hi. Jackson here. I had the passion to learn so many things but I didn't want to go to college knowing it would take a lot of my Time. I then decided to find a way by which I can learn online from the comfort of my home. Then I got to know about Brilliant. I had keen interest in mathematics and computer science. They offered great courses that took me through the fundamentals of what I needed to know. So many training resources were available to speed up my learning process. And I also got access to interactive lessons. It was all super-packed

Brilliant has been really helpful for my son while he was getting ready for his Calc2 course, and he's kept using it for his other subjects too. It gave him all the resources and practice he needed to do well in his studies. My time with this company was absolutely horrendous. Thought I was getting a free trial but instead got bombarded with constant requests to pay for a fancy premium subscription. The payment options were a nightmare to find, hidden behind loads of ads. Felt like a complete con and left me feeling let down and annoyed. And to top it off, the content was just average at best, making me think even worse of the company.

Although Brilliant didn't have exactly what I was looking for right now, I must say I was really impressed with how they handled my refund request. The team was extremely helpful and sorted everything out quickly and effectively. This whole experience has definitely made me think about coming back to Brilliant in the future when it's more convenient for me. I'm grateful for their great service and dedication to making customers happy.
Free trial cancellation mishap
I completely forgot to cancel the free trial for my kids, but luckily Brilliant was really quick to reverse the charge when I realised. I was so relieved at how understanding and empathetic they were about my mistake.
