Cool clothes
I've been ordering things online from this one place for a while now and honestly, it's been absolutely amazing! They stock all the top designers, the prices are great, and the customer service is fantastic. Recently, they even set me up with a personal shopper who's been helping me find all the awesome stuff I love. And can you believe it? I actually got to visit the physical store last week and meet my personal shopper face-to-face. It was an incredible experience! The store was so posh and the clothes were all meticulously curated. Ermes and the whole team there really made me feel like a VIP. And the items I purchased? Oh my goodness, they were absolutely perfect in every way!

I was in London for a function and I needed designer wear for the function. I didn't have much time and being new to the city I didn't know where I could get one. I bought some really nice gym clothes for my twin sis from this shop not long ago. They had a good variety, with brands like Swaty Betty and Adidas by Stella McCartney. The stuff got to Lisbon pretty fast and was wrapped up nicely, even came with a fancy black dustbag with the store's logo. I had a good time shopping there and I'd definitely suggest it to anyone after some trendy workout gear.

I recently had a bit of a rough time dealing with the customer service over at Browns Fashion. I splurged on a fancy bag from them, but ran into some problems soon after. When I tried to sort it out with their customer service team, I gave them my receipt, but ran into a problem because of an email mix-up. That really got on my nerves, you know? I mean, I expected better from such a well-known fashion store.
The bag's brand was actually willing to assist, but unfortunately, they couldn't do much since it was purchased through Browns Fashion. It would have been nice if they had bothered to ask for more info about the bag's condition before brushing off my concerns. Returns process
I had a really bad time with trying to return something at this shop. I was waiting for three weeks to get the DHL labels for sending my item back, and even after I sent lots of emails to customer service, they didn't reply at all. I tried to call the shop a few times, but even after three tries, they still didn't give me the labels I needed. This level of inefficiency and lack of communication is not on, and it's really put me off. I would recommend going somewhere else, like Matches Fashion or Net-a-Porter, where things are handled much better and more reliably.

Perfume for wife's birthday
I recently bought a perfume for my wife's birthday from this shop, but the wrong one was delivered. Even though the packaging said it was the right one, it wasn't. I emailed customer services straight away with photos of the wrong perfume, but didn't get a reply until I phoned them. It took them 3 days to start sorting out the return and refund, which was annoying because they usually don't accept returns for perfume. Despite calling and emailing multiple times, I didn't get any more help. So, I had to buy the correct perfume from another shop for my wife's birthday. I'm still waiting for a decision on the refund for their mistake, even though I know my rights as an online shopper.
Clothing item
I found it really useful to check out the pictures of the item being worn by a model from various angles, and it was great to know the size of the model too. This really helped me decide whether to go ahead and make the purchase. However, I do think there could be some improvements made to the exchange process, as well as more updates on when items go on sale or are running low in stock. Also, I reckon there should be more choices for shipping available, and it would be nice to have free shipping for orders over a certain amount, like say £100. It can get annoying to spend a decent sum of money and still not be eligible for free shipping.
White t-shirt
I had a really bad time with Browns Fashion. Their website was a nightmare to use and just not user-friendly. I ended up purchasing a pricey white t-shirt that came all marked and stained. I tried contacting their customer service for a replacement, but they never got back to me. The way they handled it was so poor and it left me feeling really let down. I wouldn't advise anyone to go with Browns Fashion, maybe give Matches or Mr Porter a shot instead.
Gucci women's schoolbag
I bought this really nice Gucci women's schoolbag from an online shop not long ago, but it turned out to be a disaster. The delivery address was in Macau, and even though they said they shipped it, I never got the package. It got sent back to the sender for no reason, and now they won't give me my money back! How can they say it's my fault for not getting something that never even made it to me? It's completely absurd and unfair.
