    Family gathering toys

    I recently popped into the White Rose store in Leeds and, once again, it was a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Jane, were so helpful and gave top-notch service. I managed to pick up plenty of toys for a family get-together in July, where lots of kids will be around. I've been to this store quite a few times and always managed to find what I needed at a good price. I've never been let down by my purchases, and Jane's help has been really valuable in finding what I want. She's always attentive and knows all about the deals on offer. I really appreciate Jane's knowledge and commitment to giving great customer service.

    Ear piercing appointment

    I had an appointment for an ear piercing at the store recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The staff, Callum and Sadiah, were professional and knew what they were doing. They were also very careful about hygiene, making sure to wash their hands and use wipes, which I thought was great. But what really stood out to me was how great they were with customer service. They helped me through everything, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel at ease even though I'm not that young. It was a really good experience and I couldn't have asked for anything better.

    They just collected everything adorable and fancy in this world. Most important, this is one of the best place to choose gifts for friends and family. Cost is very affordable and lots of offers there are
    I have gifted lot of my friends from here, they have small but cute gifts.
    There are bracelets, soft toys, Mugs, Headbands, purses, bags, jewellery collections, watches, rings,necklaces, acessories and actually ,,,( oh god..) lot of stuffs :)

    Ear piercing for toddler

    I saw something awful the other day at the shop - a little kid was having her ears pierced and she was absolutely beside herself, begging them to stop and crying her eyes out. It broke my heart to see the parents and staff just carrying on as if nothing was wrong. I think forcing a child to do something like that when they clearly don't want to is a form of abuse and is just not right. Everyone who was involved in that should be ashamed of themselves for allowing it to happen.

    I bought some earrings and hair accessories online not long ago and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole thing. The order I got wasn't complete and some of the stuff was actually damaged. I got in touch with customer service about it, but it took them over two weeks to get back to me. They said one of the items I wanted was out of stock, even though they never charged me for it. And as for the damaged item, well, they didn't even acknowledge it, even after I sent them pictures of the damage. I tried to sort it out with them, but they never got back to me. Overall, it was a really frustrating and disappointing experience.

    I wouldn't bother getting your ears pierced just for the free earrings here. The staff always make it difficult to get the code for redeeming them, it's a bit of a hassle. It feels like a bit of a scam, so save yourself the frustration and skip this promotion.

    Two items purchase

    I recently bought two items from this shop, but only got one in the package. I was charged for both, but the other item was missing. The lack of communication and customer service has really annoyed me. They never responded to my emails or online queries, leaving me with no solution. I tried messaging them as a last resort, but they were slow to reply and not very helpful. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience overall. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

    I recently bought a pair of earrings for my granddaughter from this store, and honestly, it was a total disaster. Those earrings were far too small, and they caused her ear to get infected and embedded. Can you believe that? It was really traumatic for a young child, and I am just shocked that the staff didn't have the right training to prevent this kind of thing. You'd think it would be pretty basic to know how to pierce ears properly with the correct size studs. My poor granddaughter had to go through so much pain, take antibiotics, and deal with emotional upset all because they didn't know what they were doing. This really shouldn't have happened. They should be ashamed of themselves.

    I bought some earrings and hair accessories from this store not long ago. Sadly, the stuff I ordered back in April never showed up because they ran out of stock. I've been trying to get my money back for those items, but the customer service has been terrible. Even though I've sent loads of messages, I haven't heard anything back and the customer service number doesn't work anymore. It's really annoying being kept in the dark with no solution in sight.

I was too nervous for my daughter to say anything at the time, but later we went to a professional body piercing person and he said, "No way, those ear piercings are in different postcodes!" I tried reaching out to them on Instagram, in the store, and through emails, but got no response! Not cool at all!

    Oh my gosh, I had the worst experience picking up my order from the store. When I got back home, I realised that some of my items were missing! Can you believe it? The shop assistant didn't even bother to mention anything when I collected my package. And when I reached out to customer service, they simply ignored me! It feels like they don't care about their customers at all. To add to that, they ended up charging my card twice without my consent! I had to contact my bank to sort everything out. It was such a nightmare!

    I had a go at ordering online for Click & Collect from a store in Kent, but the website wouldn't let me finish the payment and show me the order summary. I noticed that Claire's website has tech issues that stop customers from completing their purchases. I gave it a try twice but couldn't get past the payment stage, so frustrating! They really need to sort out their online system if they want to make sure customers are happy and keep returning.

    Overpriced accessories

    I'm really fed up with the poor customer service from this company. It's so frustrating that I can't get in touch with them on their website, via email, or by phone. When I went to the store for help, they just told me to send an email. The promotions they have are just ridiculous - "Buy 3 and get 3 free" is a con when the price of one item already covers the cost of two. And don't even get me started on the "Free earrings for a year" offer when you get your ears pierced. It's all tricks and deception with this company, and I've had enough trying to get hold of them. If they keep ignoring me, I'll have to contact trading standards. I'm not going to let a company that sells £10 hair bands that are much cheaper elsewhere take advantage of me.
