Footwear
Very nice and inspiring shoes made and sold by Clark. It is a total "yes" for me. I mean that type of shoe one buys and have his or her mind relaxed, knowing you have bought yourself quality shoe, well designed and made to last for long. Clarks is certainly a place that all the above describe and even more. I have personally bought some shoes from the company and the above descriptions were the features, which I enjoyed a lot and still using till date. I have also recommended family and friends to Clarks and everyone who has bought from the company is a happy person. I'm pleased making my footwear from Clarks and I like their business position which stands on quality.
Sandals purchase for grandson
I popped into the shop the other day to pick up some sandals for my 21-month-old grandson. A lovely sales associate named Lynn helped us out and she was absolutely wonderful. Even though my grandson had never had his feet measured before, Lynn knew exactly what to do and was so patient and kind throughout the whole process. She made the whole experience really pleasant for both of us. We came away with a gorgeous pair of sandals that my grandson proudly showed off around Cwmbran. I couldn't be happier with the service we got from Lynn that day, her customer care was exceptional. Thank you once again, Mrs. Helen Watkins.
Shoes for my daughter with specific foot condition
I went to a shoe shop with my daughter who has a foot condition, and I have to say, the service we got was just amazing. The sales assistant who helped us really took the time to listen to what my daughter needed and put in a lot of effort to find her a shoe that would be comfortable. She knew her stuff and really went out of her way to make sure we were happy before we left. I honestly can't thank her enough for all her help and how professional she was. I would definitely urge anyone looking for special footwear to check out this store.
Scuffed Sandals Purchase
I was a bit gutted when I saw scuff marks on the leather straps of the sandals I bought recently. I mean, I worked hard for that cash, so I was expecting better quality. But, the customer care team really impressed me. Linda B was amazing, she helped me through the whole returns and refund process. In the end, I decided to keep the sandals after they gave me a little discount. The lower price now makes them worth it, even with the scuff marks. All in all, I'm happy with how everything turned out and the great support I got.

I just wanted to share how amazing Libby was when I visited the store at Cribbs Causeway. She really went out of her way to help me find the perfect sandals for my daughter, especially after the first pair I got didn't fit properly. Her advice was so helpful and I'm really grateful for her assistance. The whole shopping trip was enjoyable and everything went smoothly.

Don't let those nice smiles and welcoming vibes fool you at this place - they're just a front to hide the fact that their products aren't up to scratch. The staff might seem all friendly and helpful, but no amount of sweet talking can change the fact that those shoes didn't last more than a month before they started falling apart. Save yourself the hassle and take your money somewhere else.

The staff in that shop were brilliant. Robyn and Nicola were so helpful, going the extra mile to help me find the perfect shoes. They took the time to show me all the different colours and explain how the sizes fit, so I ended up ordering a few sizes to try on. Thanks to them, I walked out of the shop with not just one pair, but a few pairs of shoes - some bought there and some online. They were really patient with me, despite my uncertainty, and never made me feel rushed. Their patience was really impressive.

During my recent trip to the shop, I had a really great time. Julian, the guy helping me out, was absolutely amazing and really exceeded my expectations. I recently bought a pair of women's shoes, but they turned out to be a letdown when I discovered a hole in the sole after just 9 months of wearing them. When I complained to the company, they told me that they only replace shoes within the first 6 months of purchase - not what I would have expected from shoes that cost £80.

He measured her feet and managed to find the perfect pair of shoes. He also gave us some handy tips on how to take care of them. I popped down to pick up some shoes for my cousin's wedding and it was a blast! There was a wide selection of shoes and they had some great discounts. Sue in the shop was amazing in helping me find the best pre-walking shoes for my little one. She was so patient and happy, and even searched through everything to find shoes with Velcro straps. I was really impressed with the service and would definitely suggest this shop to anyone needing good children's shoes.

I have to say, the service at this place was absolutely fantastic. Deniqueka and Sanaa were a pleasure to deal with - so friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thanks to their assistance, my husband managed to find the ideal pair of shoes to go with his outfit. It's so nice to encounter employees who truly care about their customers and are willing to go above and beyond to help them. We will definitely be back for more shopping in the future.
