Christmas gift purchase and sample set

The leave-in moisturiser and curl booster gel are seriously so good! They make my curls look so natural and bouncy, better than anything else I've tried really. Although, I have to say I was a bit let down by the shampoo and conditioner. They made my hair feel kinda lifeless and dry, not the outcome I was hoping for. Thankfully, the leave-in and curl booster stuff totally save the day and make it all worthwhile, so I suppose it's a bit of a compromise.

I've just made my fourth purchase from this shop and honestly, their range for curly hair is amazing. I've been on the lookout for good products for my curls for ages, but this stuff has really changed the game for me. Difficult customer service experience
The customer service at this store is really difficult to reach. They provide a link but it doesn't work at all! All you can do is check your order status, which always shows that it's been shipped, but there's no tracking information available. I've been waiting for two weeks now! I filled out an email form, but I haven't heard back after two days. This might be the final time I order from here. However, I managed to find a different customer service email, and they responded promptly. There was a problem with my order, but they assured me that they would send it urgently and even include an extra gift. I have to wait for it to arrive, but overall I'm pleased with the assistance and the product. I have ordered from here before, and it's been a positive experience.

Estimated delivery date
It would be really helpful if the website could let you know roughly when your order is expected to arrive. It'd make it much easier for customers to organise and be ready to collect their delivery when it arrives. Just a small thing like that could make a big difference to how customers feel about their overall shopping experience.

I've got to admit, I was absolutely amazed by the Curl Booster and Curl Moisturizer products! I've tried loads of other stuff for my curly hair, but nothing has worked as well as these. My curls have never looked this good, and they stay that way all day. I'm really impressed and I'll definitely keep on using these products.

I bought the curl booster, curl moisturizer, and spray not long ago, but I wasn't happy with any of them, to be honest. The curl booster smells awful and makes my curls feel heavy, and the spray is really sticky. They've just been gathering dust on my shelves because I can't bring myself to use them. It's a shame to see pricey products like these being promoted so well when the quality is so poor.
