lovely experience shopping from Duncan
Emily and I were expecting our first baby together, and I wanted to get the best for my baby. After purchasing all there is to purchase, I still felt I still needed some baby items that would give my baby the emotional wellness and fun he needed. I went online to search for where I could get quality and intelligent things that babies love. I ordered a doll pram and high chair that has a fantastic design from Cosatto. It was delivered to me within 24 hours and their customer service was top-notch. I will always shop with Cosatto for any of the items they sell when I need one. I recommend Cosatto to anyone who wants prams and highchairs that are of good quality and have a fantastic design.
Buggy purchase
I recently bought a buggy from this company and I must say, it was a positive experience overall. The delivery was surprisingly quick and efficient, which is always a bonus. When the buggy arrived, I was pleased to find that it was well-made and looked great. I've only taken it out for a spin once, but I'm happy with how it performed. The only drawback I've noticed is that the seats are a tad too narrow for my liking. However, despite this small issue, I would definitely recommend this product to others.
Woosh Trail Bureau
I just got the Woosh Trail Bureau travel system and I'm really pleased with it. The pram is top quality and looks lovely. I actually started with the Wow Continental Bureau when my daughter was born, and now that she's a bit older, I decided to add the Woosh Trail Bureau to the mix. It's so easy to push and moves smoothly over pavements. Although, I did find the bell a bit irritating on my first outing, so I took it off. In general, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Giggle 3 in 1, black, and then another colour
Yeah, so I bought this stroller in black, but I didn't really like the colour when it arrived. So I had a chat with this really helpful person online, and they sorted out for it to be collected and replaced. Then I ended up getting the same stroller but in a different colour, and it arrived the very next day. The frame seems sturdy and all, but the baby hasn't arrived yet so I haven't had a chance to properly try it out. Seems good vibes so far though!
Replacement item ordered
I recently had a problem with something I ordered from this company, but when I used their online chat, I talked to Rachel who was so helpful in sorting it out. She quickly organised for a new item to be sent to me, and now everything is sorted. I’d definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for great customer service.
Car seat purchase
I bought a car seat recently, and although it looks nice, I'm a bit worried about how safe it is for babies. The seat doesn't recline far back enough to give proper support to a baby's head when they're sleeping. I've tried taking out padding and putting it back, but the issue persists. I've had to pull over several times to adjust my baby's head, which is not only inconvenient but also risky. Considering what I paid for it, I was hoping for better safety features for my little one. It would be a much improved product if it had better recline for supporting babies.
Whoosh 2 stroller
The Whoosh 2 stroller is spot on for parents wanting a compact, top-notch stroller with loads of extras. It's great for bigger toddlers - my 2-year-old, who's the size of a 3-year-old, sits in it really snug. And not only is it handy, it's also dead stylish and has got lots of compliments. I'd definitely suggest this stroller to anyone after something easy and handy to use. Thanks for making such a strong and lovely product.
Midnight jungle high hair and pram
I recently bought the midnight jungle high chair and pram from your company. I ordered them on a Thursday and got them delivered the very next day, on Friday. I was really impressed with how quickly they arrived. The items, especially the woosh 3 and noodle 0+ in midnight jungle, were really beautiful. They not only looked great but were also really easy to put together. I'm really happy with the quality of these products.

Fox whoosh stroller purchase
I bought the Fox Whoosh stroller and it is absolutely brilliant! The website was easy to navigate and the price was surprisingly low. The delivery was fast, and I even received a free cup holder and rain cover. My grandson had one of these 9 years ago and it's still in great condition - amazing durability! Overall, it was a fantastic deal and I am really happy with my purchase.

I got myself the Woosh 2 pram because my previous one was just way too big for my car. I needed something much more compact. Luckily, I stumbled across the Woosh 2 in this really cool store, and it arrived in no time at all. It's been brilliant, we're using it all the time now!
Cosatto car seat
Recently, I bought a car seat from this company and had a bit of a problem. When I tried it out with my child, I realised that the seat kept reclining back instead of staying upright. This got me worried about safety, especially if it happened while driving. So I got in touch with the company, but I wasn't too happy with how they handled it. The customer service rep didn't really give me a clear answer and didn't reassure me about safety. Now I'm still not sure if the car seat is safe to use, and I'm pretty frustrated and worried about it.
Funky car seat
I'm over the moon with the cool car seat I got for my daughter! It looks amazing, and she thinks she's a proper grown-up in her new seat. The Ninja 2 i-size is really fun and colourful, which she's thrilled about. It arrived super fast and was really easy to set up. I'd definitely suggest this car seat to any parents looking for one!
Boot organizer for BMW i3
This is absolutely brilliant! It fits just right in my mum's BMW i3 boot and still leaves loads of room for other bits and bobs. The quality is top-notch, you can tell it's gonna last for ages. And the design is so clever, I can fit all my things in and keep everything tidy. It's a total lifesaver!
2 in 1 stroller purchase
The 2 in 1 stroller we bought looks great, but that's where the good stuff ends, sadly. It feels like it was made by someone who never had kids. One big issue is the baby can't lie down properly in it - their legs end up bent. The rain cover is a weird fit, making the stroller look strange. There's no good place to attach a bag, it just keeps slipping down the handle. The cup holder is useless, can't hold a drink properly. Basically, we paid a lot for it but it's not up to scratch, so we're really disappointed with our purchase.

Cosatto purchase 2 years ago
I bought a pram from this brand 2 years ago after trying it out at a baby show. The pram has been amazing! My daughter really enjoyed looking at the patterns when she was a newborn, and it's been really practical to use. The customer service online was quick, genuine, and super helpful.
Delivery and collection of items
I wasn't too happy with the way the items were delivered and collected. Had a few issues along the way, especially when it came to getting a refund. But, you know what? Despite all that, my overall experience was actually pretty good. The stuff I got was decent quality and did the job just fine.
Travel system purchased with missing changing bag and incompatible car seat.
I bought a travel system that was supposed to come with a changing bag, but mine wasn't there. Also, the car seat I got doesn't fit with the pram frame, which was disappointing considering how much I paid. I emailed customer service more than 3 weeks ago but I still haven't heard back from them.
