Online purchase of a product
I recently bought something online and I was really happy with how it all went. The website was really easy to use and I found what I wanted straight away. Paying for it was quick and simple, and I got an email confirming my order soon after. The only bit that wasn't so good was trying to track my order once it had been sent from Ireland. The tracking info didn't get updated until it got to the UK, which made me a bit unsure about when it would arrive. But all in all, I was pleased with how much it cost and how easy it was to get hold of the product.
First order at Craigmore
This was my first time ordering from Craigmore, and I have to say, it was a really good experience. What caught my attention was the great price of the product I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of communication they gave me about the progress of my order. The way they packed my items with care and the quick delivery also impressed me. It was a really smooth and efficient transaction that left me feeling happy as a customer. Delivery query
I was really impressed with the customer service from this company. I had a question about my delivery and they replied almost straight away with a really helpful answer. It's great when companies are quick to respond and offer assistance, so I was really happy with how they handled it. Ordering from them was really easy and the prices were very reasonable. Great customer service
I was really pleased with the customer service I got at that shop. They kept me updated on when my order would arrive, which was great. But what I really liked was being able to use Klarna to spread the cost of my purchase. It made everything much simpler and more convenient.
Karcher K7 Smart Control
The Karcher K7 Smart Control is quite pricey, so I was a bit unsure about buying it. However, after looking around, I found that Craigmore Online had the best deal. I decided to go for it and I was really pleased with the service. Ordering was easy and they kept me updated on my order. It took about a week for delivery, but it arrived in perfect condition. I'm really pleased with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to shop with Craigmore Online again.
Purple leaf gazebo purchase
Make sure the frame is square before you try putting on the roof, it's a real pain otherwise. It was easier to line up the screw holes by not putting on the side clips of the corrugated sheets. Getting to the screw holes up high in sections 5/6 and 3/4 was tricky, but loosening the bug netting in the top roof made it better. All in all, a lovely gazebo that needs three people to put together.
Pressure washer
Craigmore was really good and I just love the pressure washer I bought. The staff there really knew their stuff and helped me decide which one to get. But gotta say, the delivery service from Parcel Force was a bit disappointing. The delivery was late and the package was a bit of a mess when it arrived. Still, all in all, I had a good time shopping at Craigmore.
Order of gardening tools
My first buy from Craigmore was a set of gardening tools, and I'm really pleased with the whole thing. The website was easy to use, ordering was smooth, and my stuff came within a week. The tools were great quality and just as advertised on the site. All in all, a really smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
Spare parts purchase
I have recently bought some spare parts from Craigmore and I have to say, my experience wasn't great. The delivery took ages, which was really annoying as I was really looking forward to getting the parts. When the package finally turned up, I was so disappointed to see that it was badly wrapped and had leaked some kind of chemical liquid. Not only was it frustrating, but it was also a potential hazard. And to top it off, it took a lot longer than expected for them to dispatch my order, even after I had emailed them for an update. Overall, the whole process just left me feeling really unhappy and inconvenienced.
Electronic device
The ordering process went smoothly and I was pleased with the competitive pricing offered. However, I was rather disappointed with the delivery experience. When my parcel arrived, it was left outside in the rain without even giving me a heads up, despite me being home at the time. To make matters worse, the package was opened and it seemed like someone had rummaged through it, even finding the instruction manual floating in a puddle. Although the manual was available online, the lack of care during delivery was quite off-putting. I would recommend using better packaging to hide the contents and opting for a more respectful courier service for future deliveries. I haven't had a chance to use the device yet due to the bad weather, but I am hopeful that everything is in good working order.
A bit late delivery
Oh man, I was so annoyed with my recent order. I mean, it literally took them 8 days just to ship it out! And then, another 8 days for it to come back due to some issue. Can you believe they didn't even attempt to deliver it to me? I had to call them up, and only then did I manage to get a refund once it made its way back to Craigmore. They do have some neat stuff, but my delivery ordeal was just terrible.
Clothing for men
I recently ordered some men's clothing from this company and I have to say, I was really let down by the quality. The material was really cheap and flimsy, and the stitching was all over the place. It definitely didn't look anything like the pictures on the website. When I got in touch with customer service to raise my concerns, they were really rude and not at all helpful. All in all, I wouldn't advise anyone to shop with this company.
Pressure washer accessories
They were really good at keeping me up to date on when my order was due to arrive, which was a massive weight off my mind. The pricing was fair and they even helped me sign up for an extended warranty. I'll definitely be going back to them for more Karcher parts in the future.
Quick delivery, no tracking available
Overall, my experience with Craigmore was fine. However, the lack of tracking updates from DPD was really annoying. I placed my order hoping to track it, but unfortunately, that wasn't possible. It would have been useful to have more visibility on this.
K7 pressure washer
Oh my gosh, I just ordered a K7 pressure washer from Craigmore and it arrived really quickly! I was so pleased with how fast it came, and the product works brilliantly too. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future. Thanks a lot Craigmore!
Quick and efficient service
I was really impressed with the service I got at Craigmore. The staff were so helpful and really went out of their way to help me with my problems. I liked that I could easily speak to a real person instead of just dealing with machines. It made the whole experience much better and smoother.
