I had a bit of trouble at first with my order from Currentbody, but their fantastic team sorted everything out and even gave me some great beauty tips. I really think they're the best in the beauty industry. I've tried lots of different beauty gadgets, but I keep coming back to CurrentBody because their products are just top-notch. Right now, I'm using the Nuface mini and I'm really impressed with it. My skin tone has already improved since I started using it, and to top it all off, I got it on special offer. All in all, I can't sing CurrentBody's praises enough.
LED mask replacement

But, luckily, the folks over at Currentbody's customer service team were super quick to sort things out for me. They replaced it for me without any fuss or bothering me with loads of questions. They were really quick and kept me in the loop the whole time. I really can't fault them. I've been using my LED mask regularly and I'm thrilled with the amazing results I've been seeing. Dealing with Currentbody has been an absolute breeze.

I recently bought the Red Light Therapy Mask and it arrived quickly, just a few days after I ordered it. The packaging was really fancy and made me feel like I was spoiling myself with a spa treat. But to be honest, when I actually used the mask, I found it a bit uncomfortable. My eyes are really sensitive, so even with them closed, the red light was too strong for me. I had to buy some silicone goggles separately to be able to use the mask comfortably.

Theragun massage gun purchase.
I bought a massage gun from Currentbody not long ago and wasn't pleased with what I got. A couple of years back, I had bought the same model and had no complaints. But this time, the product only came with one battery instead of the two it had before. I was puzzled as to why there was a difference in the batteries when I ordered the same model. It was a let-down to receive less than I was anticipating, and I wish they had made it clear on the website that the number of batteries had changed.
LED Face Mask
I've used Currentbody several times now and I'm pleased once again with my experience on their website. It's really informative and gave me all the details I needed to choose the right product. I did some research and went for the LED Face Mask. It's only been a couple of weeks, so it's early days, but I can already feel that my skin is softer and better.

Second hand item
I bought something from Currentbody not too long ago, and I was really let down because what I got was second-hand instead of brand new. I got in touch with them about a week ago to try and sort out an exchange, but I still haven't heard back from them about it. I've been trying to reach out to them through their online contact forms, asking for them to give me a call so we can talk things through, but they keep saying no. The fact that their phone line is always out of action is incredibly annoying, as it means I can't even have a chat with someone from the company. All in all, my experience with them has been awful.
LED mask purchase
I was really let down by Currentbody as a customer. I bought an LED mask from them which turned out to be really poor quality. When I left an honest review sharing my negative experience, they mysteriously deleted it. This is not on and shows a lack of integrity on their part. Customers need to be able to rely on reviews on a website to help them make smart choices when buying things. Deleting negative reviews just breaks that trust. Because of this unethical behaviour, I won't be buying from Currentbody again.
Product arrived on time
The product arrived quickly, which was good, but the packaging wasn't great. The outer packaging wasn't strong enough, leading to the item being partly exposed when it got to my door. I was a bit let down by the lack of care taken with the packaging, as it put the product at risk of being damaged.

I've used Current Body several times and it's always been so easy. The website is really easy to use, they deliver quickly and the returns process is hassle-free. The customer service has always been amazing, going above and beyond my expectations, and their range of products is great. Overall, my experiences have always been top-notch and I never hesitate to go back to the site.
Custom duties issue
I've just bought something online, but it got stuck at customs. I tried contacting customer service for help, but they haven't got back to me yet. Now my order's been delayed, and I might have to pay extra for customs fees.
