    Espresso Machine MiCalite - Poor Quality

    I bought the MiCalite Espresso Machine recently and I have to say, I was really disappointed with it. I had been using my old machine for over 4 years and it always produced great results, so I thought it was time for an upgrade. But this new machine is just not up to scratch. The froth filters don't fit properly into the holder, which means I'm not getting the frothy espresso I love. It seems like the pressure is too low, so the coffee just doesn't taste as good as it used to. The contrast in quality between my old machine and this new one is massive. I'm definitely going to return it as soon as I can.

    I recently bought a bean to cup coffee machine from this company and I have to say, I've been really impressed with the quality of the product. The price was the best I could find online and the delivery was quick and efficient too. After watching a few YouTube tutorials, I soon got the hang of using the machine and now I get to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee every morning.     I've just bought the machine and I was a bit gutted to see that it didn't froth up my coffee the way I like it. Good thing I had some extra filters that helped make the coffee nice and frothy. It wasn't the best first go with the machine.

    TrueBrew automatic coffee maker

    I bought a TrueBrew automatic coffee maker not long ago, and to be honest, I've been really let down. After using it for only 6 months, the piston jammed in the upright position, making the machine totally useless. When I reached out to customer support to try and get it sorted or get a new one, I found myself in a frustrating and long-winded situation. Even though I'd registered with the original receipt on the day I bought it, they told me to register all over again and send the receipt by email. So, I did as they asked, but then I was left waiting for a whole week before being told that a replacement was on its way that I needed to send the faulty one back in.

    Jump to today, and I've just had an email saying it's going to take 7 to 10 business days for the new machine to arrive. It looks like it's going to be more than a month before I can enjoy a decent cup of coffee again. What a nightmare!

    I recently bought an espresso machine from you and unfortunately, after only a few weeks of using it, it started having problems with the brewing. I got in touch with customer service and they quickly arranged for it to be sent back for repair. However, once I got the machine back, the same issue happened again not long after. When I asked about getting a refund, I was told that because I chose to have it repaired first, I couldn't then request a refund. This wasn't made clear to me when I first asked for help. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole thing and probably won't shop with you again.

    Faulty product, warranty issue

    I bought something from this company and, not long after, it started leaking. I tried everything they said in their videos to fix it, but they said they can't help because I got it from a store they're not partnered with. I wasn't told there was no warranty when I bought it, in fact, it said there was. They seem a bit dodgy and the product is definitely not reliable. It feels like a risk buying from them.

    Problematic espresso machine

    I bought an espresso machine not too long ago, but it's been an absolute nightmare. So, every time I try to make a cup of coffee, the machine ends up with grounds and coffee everywhere. When I contacted customer service about it, they didn't seem to care and told me that it's normal for the machine to be a bit high maintenance. I'm really let down by their response, it feels like they're not taking me seriously and just want me to deal with the mess.

    When I got the coffee machine, I was so excited to have a lovely cup of coffee in the mornings. But then it all went downhill when I tried to descale it. The instructions were so confusing and didn't help at all, so I just felt really annoyed and confused. I tried calling the hotline for help, but no one answered, which was just really frustrating. I ended up feeling stupid staring at the machine that I couldn't even use, and I was really disappointed with the lack of support from the company.

    Faulty milk jug with coffee machine purchase

    I bought a coffee machine not too long ago, but was disappointed because the milk jug it came with had a crack in it. This meant that milk would leak and go bad, which was really frustrating. I got in touch with customer service, and they promised twice to send me a replacement, but it never arrived. What annoyed me the most was that they couldn't give me any clear information about when it would come, just told me to stay home sometime between 4 and 8 weeks. I think it's totally unacceptable for them to be so vague and unreliable with their service.

    The service we received was absolutely shocking, to be honest. They claimed they had processed the refund for the faulty coffee machine my dad purchased, but we still haven't received it after three whole weeks! The staff and manager were completely useless, they didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. To top it all off, Andrea was incredibly rude and didn't offer any help whatsoever. It was a nightmare dealing with them!

The customer service has been terrible – I asked to speak to a manager but I got nowhere and never got the promised callback. I have no idea when my order will arrive because they never give me any updates or information.

    Broken coffee machine

    I'm really frustrated with this coffee machine. It keeps playing up and I can't get a decent cup of coffee. And don't even get me started on the awful customer service. I've been trying to get in touch with them in Germany but no one's getting back to me. How can they be so lazy?
