Ukulele purchase
I came across this great store called Donner Music and thought it would be a good idea to pick up a ukulele from there to start playing again. I spotted a ukulele that had really good reviews and was even on sale, so I couldn't resist buying it. It was delivered promptly and looks gorgeous, not to mention it sounds fantastic. I didn't need any assistance from the staff there and the payment process was quick and simple. I reckon this store is excellent and I'd definitely recommend it to all my friends!
Donner hush i guitar
I bought the Donner hush i guitar for my daughter's Christmas gift. Unfortunately, on Christmas day, after just a few hours of playing, the bottom string broke and the other strings started buzzing. I paid £239 for it, so I was really surprised by the low quality. I've tried contacting the company several times via email but haven't heard back from them at all. I'm really let down by both the service and the product quality. The only good thing was that it arrived pretty quickly.
Donner Hush X guitar
I've been playing music for a while, and I have to say, I was pretty let down by the Donner Hush X guitar I bought recently. When it arrived, it was in a bit of a sorry state - the wings were wobbly and the pick-up switch selector was loose. Although it's easy to carry around and plays alright, the problems I found made me feel like I paid too much for something that seemed like it was slapped together quickly in a factory. If you're thinking of getting one, I'd definitely say to steer clear of this model. No one wants to end up feeling as disappointed as I do right now.
Guitar strings
My guitar strings turned up a bit after I thought they would, but I gotta say, the customer service team really looked after me when I got in touch by email. They responded quickly and sorted out my issues in a jiffy. I'm really happy with the guitar strings I got and the top-notch service I received.
B1 Bass purchase
I bought a B1 Bass from this music shop not too long ago and I have to admit, it really went above and beyond what I was expecting. The bass is a fantastic 303 clone that is very user-friendly, producing high-quality sound and being very easy to use, which is amazing. Even though there was a little problem with the unit, the company dealt with it quickly and provided a great customer service. I am really impressed with how everything went and I would definitely suggest them to anyone else.
Guitar pedal purchase
I ordered a guitar pedal late one evening and it arrived the next Friday afternoon. The whole process was really smooth and hassle-free, I was really happy with how quickly it was delivered and the quality of the product was great.
Piano purchase
I saw some bad reviews, but I still went ahead and bought a piano from this company. It turned out to be a really disappointing experience. I placed an order and paid a lot of money, but the piano never arrived. I tried getting in touch with the company several times, but I couldn't reach anyone - the phone just rang out or went to voicemail. I felt really frustrated and let down by their poor communication and service.
Electric guitar purchase
I bought an electric guitar from this shop recently, but I've been really disappointed with the whole experience. I placed my order, waited patiently for delivery, but then I was told the courier had lost the guitar. After a long delay, they promised to send a replacement, but I'm still waiting for the logistics team to sort it out. It's so frustrating to think that the guitar was supposed to be sent from a warehouse in the UK, but the delay seems to be because of issues in China, where it was originally from. If this isn't resolved in the next two days, I might just ask for a refund. I'm just really let down by the service, to be honest.
Acoustic foam panels
I ordered these awesome foam panels and they were really good value. However, some of them didn't expand properly. I decided to email them with some pictures two months later, and they got back to me really quickly. They apologised and said they would send me replacements, but unfortunately, they were sold out. Instead, they offered me a refund, which I think was a fair outcome. Overall, I was impressed with their speedy and friendly customer service, so I would definitely recommend them!
Guitar strings
My experience with this company was an absolute nightmare. I bought some guitar strings that ended up being the wrong size. I tried to send them back within the 30-day period, but they never gave me the RMA or return address. I sent them so many emails, but never heard back from them. It's really annoying when a company says they accept returns but then makes it so difficult for customers to actually return items. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them unless you're prepared for a lot of stress.
Drum set purchase
I bought a drum set for my son from this shop, and after only 3 months, the snare drum stopped working completely. I contacted them to get it repaired or replaced under warranty, but they told me they don't have any spare parts for the products they sell. The replacement from China will take 35 working days, which is almost 2 months. My advice would be to spend a bit more to get a product that the seller properly supports, as this shop will happily take your money but won't provide any support afterwards.
Three guitar pedals on Black Friday sale
I recently bought three guitar pedals in the Black Friday sale and I have to say, the whole process was really smooth. The website was easy to use and I found exactly what I wanted without any trouble. Checking out was simple and I got a confirmation email right away.
The delivery was surprisingly quick, arriving in just three days. I liked getting updates about the shipping through the Shop app, as it kept me in the loop about when my order would arrive. When the package got to me, I was happy to see that everything was well packaged and in great condition.

Purple Shredder Guitar
I bought this cool Purple Shredder Guitar from the shop, but guess what? The strings just kept snapping after a few times of playing! So, I thought I'd drop an email to their customer service team to sort it out, but they're taking ages to get back to me. It's so frustrating, feels like I'm talking to a brick wall! Definitely wouldn't recommend getting anything from this place if you're after decent customer service.

I recently bought some guitar pedals from this company and I have to say I was really impressed with the whole experience. The pedals came quickly and were packaged well. But I had a problem where I thought two of the pedals were broken. I got in touch with customer service and a guy called Mowaffaq helped me out brilliantly. It turned out the issue was with the power supply I was using, not the pedals themselves. Once that was sorted, the pedals worked even better than I expected, especially for the price I paid. I'm really thankful for the great customer service and the high quality of the products I received. Thanks so much!
Guitar for beginners
I bought a beginner's guitar not too long ago and I have to admit, I really do love it. I'm new to playing the guitar, but I think the sound quality is brilliant. Although, sometimes I do notice that the strings sound a bit twangy, so maybe they could be a bit better quality. But for the price I paid, I reckon it's a great bargain. The design is really nice and the sound overall is pretty impressive. I've got my sights set on a jazz style guitar in cherry red and some Strat style guitars for when I have the funds for them in the future.
Keyboard purchase
I recently bought a keyboard and it arrived quite fast, which was nice. It was really easy to set up, but the instructions were a bit confusing. They could have definitely been improved, especially the diagrams. It would have been better if they were clearer.
Gift purchase query
I had a bit of trouble when I tried to buy a gift for my granddaughter from your website. I wanted to send the product straight to her, but I couldn't find a way to add a different shipping address. Even though I have three addresses registered, I could only pick one when I checked out. Changing the billing address wouldn't work either, as I didn't want my granddaughter to see the invoice. This situation made me frustrated and I couldn't finish my purchase smoothly. But, I want to make it clear that this one incident doesn't match my past experiences with your company. I've been a regular customer and have bought from you many times without any problems. I even told my friends and family about your services on Facebook because I've always had great service and good value for money. I hope that this issue can be sorted out so you can keep up the high level of service I've come to expect from your brand.
Keyboard purchase
I recently purchased a keyboard and it was absolutely fantastic. The price was brilliant, it arrived promptly and was securely packaged. Once I attached the legs, it was up and running without any issues. The photos online really didn't do it justice - it's much prettier in person!
Donner DED-400 Electric Drumkit
So, you know, I got this drum kit, right? When I first got it, everything was great, arrived super quick and was amazing to play. But, after some time, the snare drum stopped working and I discovered the cable was broken. Donner sorted out the cable and the cymbal but the snare drum was a problem. They offered me a refund which I was fine with. But then they kept saying they'd send the snare drum, then they said they shipped it but they didn't, it was just more of the same stuff. And then they made me wait for an extra 10 days, which was really frustrating. When I eventually got my refund, it was through a purchase payment that gave me a fee and delayed my money. I had to contact Paypal to fix it, they were the ones who actually helped me out. Donner just kept making mistakes and calling me by different names in their emails. I'm not sure if they really learned anything from this experience.
