I purchased 10 door handles from DHC. They arrived in a timely manner and I was very happy. Until I opened the box to realise that the door handles just come with the handles and a bar. There is no latch with the handle so the door handle is useless without it.
I have tried to call DHC 6 times but 3 of the times no answer and sat waiting for 1 hour. Theother 3 times the message tells you that they are not taking calls between a certain time. I tried web chat, they are always busy. I tried emailing customer services twice and no response. All I want to know is what latches to buy with the door handles. The door handle does not tell you that you will need a latch and so I have now spent £65 on handles I cant use because the DHL company wont answer my calls to advise.
I am so frustrated at the experience of DHC, I will not be buying from them every again.
