Elite superking mattress
I've only had the Elite superking mattress for about 3 weeks now, so it's still early days. I opted for the next gen model with the new grid technology, but when I unzipped it to take a peek, I couldn't spot the blue grid memory foam layer that was advertised. Maybe it's hidden between the layers of springs. I was also anticipating a bit more softness and sink when lying down, as it's rated 7.5 on the firmness scale. Despite these initial observations, I'm generally satisfied with the mattress. It hasn't made me overly hot on nights, but it's worth noting that I haven't experienced a particularly warm evening yet.
Lower back pain relief mattress
I bought this mattress hoping it would help with my chronic lower back pain, because it had great online reviews. Unfortunately, it hasn't completely lived up to my expectations. Although my back pain has improved a bit, I can't help but feel that trying out mattresses in a shop would have been a better idea. Still, I have to admit that the mattress is really comfortable, and my sleep quality has improved. The support it gives my legs is great, and after three weeks, the initial rubbery smell has gone down a lot. I've given it 4 stars for these reasons, and I think it's worth a try.
Super king size mattress
I splashed out on the super king size mattress and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfy it is! It totally surpassed what I was expecting, and I've been enjoying some top-quality sleep ever since. The size is spot on for me and my partner, we've got loads of space to stretch out and have a proper rest. The only downside was the delivery - they turned up without giving me a heads up first. But, even with that blip, I'd definitely suggest this mattress to anyone looking to catch some Zs!
Comfortable bed, on-time delivery, well-packaged
I have to admit, I was really pleased with how quickly my new bed arrived and how well it was packed. Everything went smoothly from placing the order to getting it delivered with no problems at all. Emma Ottoman bed purchase
I recently bought an Ottoman bed with a headboard, and it was supposed to arrive on May 22nd. Unfortunately, I only got part of my order and I'm still waiting for the headboard. The delivery instructions were not clear, so I can't put the bed together and I've had to sleep on the floor. It's been really frustrating and disappointing, especially since the bed was quite expensive.

Comfortable mattress purchase
I am absolutely over the moon with my new mattress! It arrived super quickly, only took 2 days. The mattress is so comfy, I'm getting a great night's sleep now. I'm thinking of buying the topper next for sure.
Standard flipper topper, Super King size
At first, it was alright, but it didn't last long. Two years ago, we bought a regular foam mattress topper in a super king size and at first, it felt comfortable. However, after a year of using it, the foam started to lose its support. Now, in the second year, it has sunk in the middle, forming two uncomfortable dips to sleep on. We've had to take the topper off because it's not giving us a good night's sleep anymore. It seems like it's just a basic piece of foam with a cover, but it was quite expensive. Sadly, the topper hasn't lived up to its promise of lasting comfort, and we wouldn't purchase it again or recommend it to others due to its poor quality.
Two mattresses delivery
My experience buying two mattresses from this company has been a nightmare. They messed up the postcode on the package, causing the delivery driver to go to the wrong address. To make matters worse, the two mattresses, ordered together, were sent on different vans. One driver left without waiting, so someone had to catch up to him and bring him back. Although the product is good, the office staff and one lazy driver really let the team down with their unprofessionalism.

I've had a bit of a rough time with a popular mattress company recently. I've bought two mattresses from them in the last four years, but both of them lost their support in less than a year and a half. So, in March, I decided to return the second mattress for a refund. Finding the right mattress turned out to be a lot harder than we thought. We kept getting bombarded with all these 'upgrade' choices, which made it really tough to make a decision. Even though we were given a delivery date, the mattress just turned up out of the blue when we weren't even in, so it had to be redelivered the next day. Soft mattress, broken website, fake reviews, terrible customer service, broken website.
Hey, so I bought this mattress and it was meant to be firm but it's actually really soft! It even bends on the sides, which is so frustrating. And when I tried to complain, their website and email addresses were down so I couldn't even vent my frustration! On top of that, they post fake comments to make themselves look better. When I tried to return the mattress, their customer service was the worst. I was on the phone for ages and they couldn't even process the return on their website. They told me to trust them that they did it manually, but I didn't receive any email confirmation, what if they're lying? They're rubbish.
Expectation vs Reality
I was really looking forward to getting my new mattress after seeing all the great reviews on social media. Unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The size was smaller than what was advertised at 140cm x 190cm and there was some noticeable piling on the memory foam topper. The quality was a letdown overall, as the mattress felt a bit flimsy and didn't provide the support I needed.
