    Found the wanted books

    I run a stationery shop. I needed some books in my shop and could not get them in local stores. I decide to check online and found them in Firebox. I ordered for them, made the payment, and got them delivered. The website was easy to navigate and payment options were quite effortless. I got the books and called my client to come back to pick them up. I sold everything in just a day. I had to order another one. I love the idea I could get the books easily on the website and be delivered to my location. Quite inexpensive.

    I bought something from Firebox recently and I have to say, I was really impressed with their service. I ordered a quirky gadget on a Sunday evening and was informed that it might take 4/5 days to arrive because of Covid. But, to my surprise, it arrived just 2 days later! They kept me updated with cheerful emails which really made my day. It's obvious that this company puts a lot of effort into looking after their customers. I would definitely suggest Firebox to anyone who wants cool and fun items.

    My experience with buying online from this platform was really annoying. I tried to get my delivery sent to my work address because I'm hardly ever home when they deliver. Even though I gave clear instructions and asked for delivery during working hours, the courier didn't follow through. They kept taking the package back to the depot, even though our place is open from 7am to 7pm. It was super inconvenient for me because the item never actually arrived. Plus, the customer service team couldn't help at all - they just kept saying the item was on its way, so I couldn't even get a refund. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I won't be using this service again.

    Unreceived parcel

    I placed an order and paid for it on the 28th of November, but it's now the 24th of December and my parcel still hasn't arrived. I've been keeping an eye on it through Yodel since the 2nd of December, and it has been stuck in one place for weeks. I got in touch with Yodel for assistance, and they directed me to contact the seller. I've sent several emails and even requested a refund, but I haven't had any responses. The customer service is really poor, and I'm feeling very frustrated about this whole situation.

    Fun gift for company event

    I bought a little gift for a work event, hoping it would be enjoyable, but I was really let down by my experience. The website didn't show that the item I wanted was actually out of stock. After I bought it, I got an email quickly saying it wasn't available, with no info on when it might be or when I could get it. I've asked for a refund and cancellation now, and I'm keen to see how they deal with it. It's been a really bad time as a customer, and now I'm not sure if I'll come back to shop here again.

    Whiskey escape game lock refund

    I have to say, my experience with Firebox hasn't been great. I received some faulty items, and even though Dejan said I would get a refund, it never came through. Then Sharon sorted out a refund, but for the wrong item. I've tried getting in touch through emails, WhatsApp, and online messages, but I'm getting nowhere. The lack of communication and not fixing the problem is really frustrating. If it's not sorted soon, I'm thinking about contacting trading standards and leaving bad reviews. I'm also going to make sure Klarna cancels my purchase because I'm not paying for this faulty stuff.

    I bought this really cool thing from those dodgy folks online and you won't believe what happened - they said it was out of stock after I'd already paid for it! I had to wait ages for a refund and now I'm skint just before Christmas. I mean, seriously, who does that?     I bought a kitchen gadget from this company back in December, but I never actually got the product. Thankfully, I managed to get some money back from PayPal, although it wasn't the full amount. The thing that really let me down was the fact that the company just didn't bother to keep me in the loop. They never let me know what was going on or even responded when I tried to get in touch with them for more information. As a customer, I think it's only fair to expect better service and communication when things go wrong with my order.
