Poly tunnel cover purchase
I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to share my experience with ordering a poly tunnel cover. I was really impressed with the quality and customer service I received. The whole process was really easy from start to finish. The measurement guide they provided was spot on, so I knew exactly how much I needed for my project. I put the new cover on last Saturday, and I have to say I was really happy with how it turned out, especially since it was my first time doing something like that. The cover was great quality, just like they promised, which is always a relief when you're buying online. The delivery was quick and my package arrived safely at my work. Gardening gets better with First Tunnels equipments. I grow vegetables in the garden behind my house. And for a while I never understood what was happening cos for each time, the Vegetables don't grow at it optimal level. I tried conducting a few research but all were in vain and it felt frustrating to me. I then stopped a while thinking the soil needs to recover but hey, when I started, it wasn't so much a difference from where I stopped.

I bought a polytunnel from this company not too long ago, and I have to say, the ordering process was smooth sailing. Placing my order was a breeze, and whenever I had a question, their customer service team got back to me pretty quickly. However, the delivery was a bit of a letdown. I didn't get any heads-up that my order was on its way, so I was taken by surprise to find it plopped in my front garden when I got back home. The website had said it would take 1 to 3 days to dispatch, but a little heads-up would've been nice, just to be prepared for the delivery.

I bought a fruit cage from this company recently and I have to say, their website made everything really simple. It's easy to use, with lots of info about the different product options. The delivery was super quick and the delivery driver was fantastic. He not only got the items to me quickly but also took them right where I wanted. Putting the fruit cage together was a piece of cake, thanks to the clear instructions on YouTube. All in all, it was a really great experience dealing with this company.

I bought a 12 x 15ft tunnel recently and I have to admit, everything from ordering to delivery was top-notch. I've just bought a bunch of stuff for our polytunnel, like a fresh polythene cover and some accessories. Everything was really good quality, and ordering was easy and quick. The instruction booklets were clear and simple to understand, and the customer service I got was top-notch. I did run into a few problems with my orders, but the staff were super helpful and sorted everything out fast. All in all, it was a great experience shopping for my polytunnel supplies.
Online order of a tunnel kit
The website was really easy to use when I was placing my order, but I do wish they had given me a clearer idea of when my delivery was going to arrive, especially around holiday time. The delivery driver only let me know they were outside my door, which was okay as they did ask before leaving my package. The packaging was done well and the instructions were easy to understand, but I did find that there were a few screws missing from the kit. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, just a shame about the communication and missing parts.
My cool cover
My cover is really great! I got a massive one, 9m by 9m. At first, I was a bit concerned that it wouldn't be enough, but turns out I have loads left over! It's just right for my garden.
Super strong polytunnel
I recently purchased a really robust polytunnel and had to buy some additional brackets for my staging supports as seagulls were causing a nuisance by pecking holes in the roof! I ended up using some brackets to create an external hoop above the doors to deter them. It was quite tricky to reach the center of the ridge to apply the repair tape for the holes. However, everything is sorted now as the extra brackets arrived promptly, and my staging is in great condition.
