Fishing essentials
I popped into the shop the other day and, as usual, the staff were really helpful and knew loads about the products. But, I was a bit let down to see that they were running low on some key items like pellets and terminal tackle. With such a limited stock, customers might end up going somewhere else for these crucial items, even though the shop has a great selection of specialist tackle. It would definitely help if they made sure they had enough of the basic fishing gear in stock to keep their customers happy.
Fishing gear
I popped into the shop the other day and was really impressed with the variety of fishing gear they had available. I managed to get everything I was after, and also came across a couple of new things that caught my attention. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions. Their love for fishing really shone through, which made my shopping trip enjoyable and informative. Big thanks to the team for their top-notch customer service.
Sleeping bag purchase
I recently bought a sleeping bag and it was absolutely brilliant. The delivery was super speedy and the company couldn't have been more helpful. Next on my shopping list is the Prologic bivvy Avenger, which I'll be ordering on Monday for just £129.00, along with the condenser wrap. All in all, I'm chuffed to bits with the service and would highly recommend using this company.
Camping table with a dent
I bought a camping table from this place, but when it arrived, there was a huge dent on the table top, which was really annoying. I tried to email them about it, but the email address didn't work, so I had to look for another one and eventually managed to get in touch with them. They were really quick in sorting it out and even refunded me some money for the damaged table.
Chair return
I had to take back a chair because it was missing some bits, but all the staff were really friendly and helpful. They were all so smiley, polite, and knew what they were talking about. I just wanted to give a big thank you to Fishing Republic for being great and selling amazing stuff.
Bait boxes order
I bought some bait boxes from this company not long ago, but when they arrived, they were missing the lids. So, I contacted customer service and they said they'd send me new ones. However, when the replacements came, they had the wrong lids - solid instead of the advertised perforated ones with ventilation holes. I got in touch with customer service once more, but they told me that the boxes are meant to come like that and offered to take them back.

I popped into this shop the other day to pick up some fishing gear, and I have to say I was really impressed with the range of stuff they had in stock. I managed to find everything I was after and even a few extra bits that caught my attention. The quality of the gear was top-notch, so I reckon I'll definitely be heading back there again in the future.

I bought some fishing gear from a store recently and I have to say, the customer service was fantastic. The guy working there, who was quite tall, was really nice and he knew a lot about fishing gear and good spots to fish locally. He give me some great advice and I enjoyed chatting with him. Thanks to his knowledge, I felt confident buying the gear.
Cadac Grillochef purchase
I bought a Cadac Grillochef on sale from this shop not long ago. I ordered it on a Saturday evening of a bank holiday weekend and was so happy when it arrived by Tuesday morning. It came just in time for our camping trip, so we could bring it with us in our motorhome. I'm really pleased with the quick delivery and the quality of the product.
Fishing equipment
I absolutely love popping into that fishing shop in Crewe, the people who work there are so friendly and really helpful. They always manage to give me a good chuckle, especially Dave, he's my favourite, he always cracks me up! 😂
Damaged items in order
I'm really disappointed with my recent order as I received three items that were damaged or broken. The quality was so poor that one of the items was held together with sellotape. I've spent about £300 on similar products from different stores, including Fishing Republic, but based on this experience, I won't be buying from them again.
Tent and sleeping bag
I was so excited to order a tent and a sleeping bag for my next camping trip, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare! It took forever for my order to finally go through, and then the sleeping bag got refunded with no explanation or apology. Honestly, it's just not cool at all!
My order never arrived
I ordered my fishing gear on the 14th of May, but it never arrived. I got in touch with them, and they promised to give me a refund, but I'm still waiting for it. It's really disappointing!
My recent order
I've just made a purchase online and had a bit of a problem. I used PayPal to pay, but ran into a frustrating error on the website. It's happened to me before, but luckily my order arrived last time and is on its way this time. I know technical stuff can go wrong, but it's annoying to keep seeing the same problem without a fix in sight. Can you please get it sorted out soon?
Online fishing equipment purchase
The online shopping experience was pretty average. The website was alright to get around, but there wasn't much choice when it came to products and the prices weren't that great. The checkout process was a bit awkward and it took longer than I thought to get a confirmation of my order. Also, there weren't enough details about the products, so it was hard to decide what to buy. All in all, I wasn't really impressed with the online shopping experience.

I ordered a sleeping bag, paid extra for next day delivery, but never got it. Didn't even get an email confirming the order. They kept promising it would arrive, but it never did. In the end, I had to cancel the order and ask for a refund. Their customer service and communication were awful.
Ordering fishing gear
I recently placed an order for some fishing equipment and honestly, I was really looking forward to using it. However, it's been a whole week now and my order still hasn't even been shipped from the warehouse! I mean, come on, how difficult can it be to pack up a few fishing rods and lures? I've tried contacting customer service multiple times, but all they keep saying is that the warehouse team is "investigating". It's starting to feel like they're taking forever to sort it out, and I just want to go fishing already. I can't believe it's turning into such a hassle just to get my hands on some new gear!
New Bivvy
I bought a new bivvy on your website not long ago, but had a bit of a problem with the ordering process. I paid through PayPal, but then got an error and didn't get an order number or any confirmation. I tried to reach customer service, but couldn't log in to my account. It's been really stressful and frustrating, and now I'm trying to get a refund. I'd recommend that others think twice about shopping here to avoid the same issues.
