    Had this show that my group was at the planning level and during one of the meetings, I attended with this jacket I bought from Free People. Our members showed interest for the jacket and suggested it to be the outfit for the event. We had to contact the company and surprisingly, Free People had enough stock to supply us. We ordered and within 3 days, it arrived. We tested to ascertain fit and those that didn't go well were returned and new ones sent again. Attending the event with the jacket created a special scene for us as "people of the day". Quality products from Free People and excellent customer care service. I give it to them and hope they don't change standard ever.

    Skiwear purchase

    I bought some ski clothes - bunny slope ski pants and a puffer jacket - on the 27th of February 2022. They turned up quickly on the 2nd of March 2022. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items, they were even better than I expected, and I'm really happy with what I bought. The customer service was great, and the delivery was super quick. Only thing is, the colour of the puffer jacket was a bit brighter in real life than it looked on the website, but it's not a big deal. Overall, I had a good shopping experience at this store.

    I was a bit unsure about ordering at first because of some negative reviews, but I really wanted this jacket. I decided to take a risk and ordered two sizes to try on. Surprisingly, they arrived very quickly. I ended up keeping the Dolmain one because it's incredibly pretty. Returning the other size was easy too, as I didn't need a printer and the delivery bag was reusable. I used Collect+ to send it back and received my refund the very next day. The service was fantastic!

    I hadn't been here shopping for 3 years as they gave me bad service last time, but I thought I'd try again. I placed three orders last month and was actually quite impressed with how things have improved. The delivery was quick, and when one item came without a tag, I chatted with someone who sorted it out and made a note for my return. So far, the returns process has been okay. I hope they keep up this level of service.

    Incorrect item received

    I recently bought something online, but unfortunately got the wrong item. I sent it back straight away and let them know about the mix-up. The refund for the item I returned was sorted quickly, but the refund for the wrong item is still up in the air. I've contacted customer service a few times and they keep saying it'll be sorted in 24-72 hours. It's been 6 days now, and still no refund. Whenever I ask about it, I either get no reply or just a generic message saying to wait another 24-72 hours. The lack of responsibility and poor communication from customer service has left me feeling really frustrated and disappointed with the whole situation.

    Phone theft, unhelpful staff

    So, you know, I went to this shop with my folks and someone nicked my phone. It was a real disappointment because I was just having a browse with my mum and then my phone went missing out of nowhere. I asked the staff for assistance, but they weren't very helpful at all. They didn't even bother to check under their things to see if my phone was there. It was really annoying. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. Definitely best to steer clear, trust me.

    Online clothing order

    I recently ordered some clothes online, thinking they'd arrive pretty quickly. But after waiting for 9 days and still no sign of them, I was pretty annoyed. The customer service just told me to wait another three days, which wasn't much help at all. I felt like I was just wasting my time and money. This whole situation has made me think twice about shopping with this online store again.

    Varied quality, overpriced items

    I found that the stuff I bought from this shop was a bit hit and miss. Some bits were super well-made, while others seemed a bit shoddy. The prices were definitely up there, so I'd only really splash out if there was a sale on.

    Dealing with the customer service was a bit of a let down. I tried to give them a bell on a weekday morning and heard a recorded message saying the lines were shut. Luckily, the live chat was pretty quick to respond, and they helped me out with a return. The online returns portal was on the blink, so I had to get the agent to sort it all out for me. They stuffed up initially and chose the wrong item to send back. After having a word with them, they fixed it. But getting a QR code for the return was like pulling teeth. They suggested sending me a returns label, but I'd have to cough up to send it back myself since I don't have a printer.

    I ordered something for Christmas but it got sent to the wrong place. The GPS said the courier delivered it to the wrong address! I emailed them to get it sorted out but they haven't even answered me. How am I supposed to get my present now?

    I bought something online and paid extra for it to come within 5-7 workdays, but it's been 8 days now and still no sign of my order. I got in touch with customer service about it, and they told me to wait another 2-3 days for them to look into it. I'm really frustrated with this delay, especially after shelling out extra for express delivery.

    I recently tried to buy a blouse online but had some problems. When I was checking out, I got an error message that stopped me from finishing my purchase. I tried using the online chat to get help, but I got sent to the US site even though I clicked on the UK link. The person I talked to couldn't help me, and I felt frustrated. So, I emailed the company for help, but all I got was responses that didn't solve my problem. It felt like the customer service team wasn't really reading or understanding my messages because each reply wasn't helpful. Even after I tried to explain it several times, I still got unhelpful responses that just made me more frustrated. It's disappointing to have such bad communication and poor support from a company that's meant to be good. I have to warn others not to deal with this company because their customer service team doesn't seem to know how to help when you need it.

    I've had a few times where my orders got cancelled because of account restrictions. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service but still haven't heard back. It's a bit of a letdown because I really like their clothes, but it's annoying when I can't actually buy anything.

    Issue with order cancellation

    I'm really let down by the customer service I've had from this company. I've sent loads of emails and had live chats, but all I've got back is dishonesty and incompetence. I asked for a simple change to an invoice for a cancelled item three weeks ago, but it still hasn't been sorted out properly. The service I've received is just not good enough and it's really put me off this brand.
