Was sent the wrong item,when I had returned the item I was asked for proof of posting ,pictures of the item which I was sending back after giving this information I was repeatedly asked for proof of returns,they don't like giving you your money back
Clothes Haul
Terrible experience with this company. Firstly I was doubled billed for my order and the customer service is very bad and took weeks to sort it. Secondly, all the clothes were awful quality so I sent them all back, but still haven’t received an email or refund 10 days later.
2 tops 1 hoody 1 jogger bottoms
Expecting my order and cane today but noticed my address label was on top of someone elses address label , once opened not my order tried contacting by the form they have I don't hold out much hope of getting a reply. Why on God's green earth Do they not have a Contact Phone Number or assistance by online chat. Very frustrating..upto now not a great start first impressions

Two size 12 tops
Fast delivery and cheap so thought would give it a try. First order food but only ordered t shirts. Second order was two fitted tops I’m always a size 12 have been for years. Got these and omg think they will fit a five year old way too tight. And one of the tops smelt of washing powder so defo not new. After reading the appalling returns service think will just give them to my daughter to wear she’s a size 8 might get into them !
Two separate orders
Ordered many things in two separate orders. Returned everything due to poor quality although it arrived quickly and correct. Main issue was when items were refunded, both orders were returned for less money than was owed and both needed chasing.

negative someone else's order sent . Mine cancelled customer service disgrace in handling of issue.
dresses
Terrible company, very clever as have no contact number. I've been trying to get my money back from returned goods for a month. Sent numerous emails and nothing. I've grudged giving them one star for service. Zero star service is all they deserve.
Totally going through the same as you atm. Total shambles of a company. You cannot speak to anyone. Send a message and they say they'll get back to you in 24 hours! What a joke! 5 days on and still waiting for a reply. Can't even send them messages now as for some reason when I hit the send button, nothing happens. Coincidence maybe, as I keep trying g to complain.
I’m in the same boat as you, I’ve had items missing from my parcel and I haven’t had a response from customer services for 4 days and I’m still waiting. I had the same issue with not being able to press the send button as I keep complaining.
Oh my goodness I thought I was the only one. I’m literally in the Same boat. They didn’t even send a quarter of my order. Items missing no response and this has been going on for 4 weeks. I feel like I’m begging now. I am taking them to small claims. Enough is enough
Spent £68 on clothes they sent me 7 items of underwear. Sent these items back. Wrote a bad review on Trust Pilot and still no resolution. They respond with apologies but don't actually do anything. Thought their prices were too good to be true.

Dress, Jumpsuit and Corset Top.
I order 3 items online. A Purple dress, a light pink jumpsuit and a black corset top. I was very disappointed when my order arrived the corset top had broken straps, the dress was grey and the jumpsuit was a disgusting grey toned orange rather than the light pink I order and wasn’t even level at the top with the stitching visible where it’s been badly sewed together. I made the decision to send my order back for a refund which was tracked and received the other end at the beginning of the month but it’s been over 21 days I still haven’t received a refund and the customer service team isn’t replying to me. The order wasn’t cheap either so I’ve been scammed out a lot of money.
Sent an American UK Sizes
Not only are my $10 earrings missing, but my order from the .com store, in USD, is actually in EU sizing.. So the size 6 that i ordered is actually a US 2. No mention of that on the website. No contact from the store when I asked for them to cover return international shipping (its $25-35). Absurd. DO NOT BUY if you are American.
Dresses
Sent a dress back 21 days ago and another at the weekend as both items come up small. One was a 10 but closer to a size 6!!!
Still no refund or acknowledgement of receipt on first item despite emailing 3 times yet a return to another online company posted at the same time was refunded in 5 days.
God knows when I will get my money back for both items..

I have had quite a few problems with this company ordering things on next day delivery and they don't arrive .sending things back and they don't get them .ordering items and items being missing. I like the clothes and the deals but Hermes that they use are just an absolute disaster
Clothes
My wife purchased clothes but didnt end up liking them rubbish quality. She returned them via royal mail but never got a refund. All she was told to do was to send a picture of proof of return. We both have been ordering online for years whenever we had to return something we never have had to keep such proof so she didn't this time either. I’d understand if they clearly stated no refund would be processed unless such proof was given but they hid it in small print which i feel is a bit sly. So in the end they took our money most likely received the return and we got nothing back. Disgusting customer service and will never order again.
Los Angeles hoodie
This was a bad experience as far I was concerned the sizing is way off I would take the size down. When I did get it delivered it was huge I’m a UK size 10 and it said my size on the size chart would be medium it drowned me, and the fact I need to wait 2 weeks for my refund was ridiculous it should be sorted out with in days 5 business day maximum. The clothing was cheap the writing on the jumper was faded a definite no from me!
Grey panel jeans
I read the reviews on the sizing, true to size so I ordered a size 8 pair of jeans (stressing because most online stores have weird sizings) and I absolutely love them. Good fitting and quality.
However, still waiting on my refund for “next day delivery” it didn’t come next day, I ordered before the specified time, it came two days later. Pointless really because my point is I could of really needed them for something!little dress sale

They are disgusting scammers that have stolen my money and scammed me again when I tried to resolve the issue through PayPal.
I recieved a faulty dress and sent evidence of it which was accepted by them.
I was promised a refund if I closed the dispute.. I should’ve known better how scammers operate.
I will be leaving realistic reviews of this scamming company on every single site possible, I have already left one on trust pilot.
I will also be contacting the Consumer Ombusdman to report this company and their fraudulent activities.

I ordered 2 of the same wrap dress in different colours. One of them turned up without the top half and the other turned up without the bit to tie it up. Devestated, don’t order from here.
