Cute clothes
I was really buzzing when my mate told me about this shop that sells clothes dirt cheap! My mind was blown when I saw all those fashionable outfits going for just a few quid. But my excitement turned to disappointment when I clocked there were no clothes for blokes! I mean, seriously, why can't we lads have access to budget-friendly threads too? It's just not right!
Failed online purchases
I tried to buy something on their website recently, but it was a nightmare. I used three different cards to pay, but the transaction didn't work, and they took the money out of my account anyway. The website just kept saying, 'something went wrong, please try again.' I tried five times, and every time, the payment went through, but I got no confirmation and the checkout page stayed the same. I've tried to contact their customer service by email and on social media, but I haven't heard back from them. It's been stressing me out a lot and frustrating me all week.
Issue with delivery
I had a little issue with my delivery recently, but it wasn't the company's fault. The customer service I got from a lady called Whitney was amazing. Whitney really went out of her way to help me sort out the problem and she did it all with such professionalism and efficiency. I was really impressed by how much she cared about making sure I was happy as a customer.

Problematic Return Process
I had a really bad time trying to return something to this online shop. I sent most of my order back and was told I'd get a QR code and email for the return, but I never got them. I sent loads of emails to customer service, but it took ages to hear back. When I eventually got the code, it was already too late to send the stuff back!

Delivery is absolutely shocking , I ordered yesterday and I have still not received it . I got next day delivery and I'm here on a website at 20:49 complaining about my delivery . NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN . the fact that my PLT order came quicker and they are both in Manchester I'm just not happy. THIS BRAND WAS WAYYYYY OVER-HYPED FOR NOTHING.
Spotty dress
I ordered this dress in a size 16 as I normally hover between a 14 and 16 and I can't get it past my hips. It's lightweight but lovely, all the seams are well sewn,the shape really nice but the sizing appalling. Such a shame but I like chocolate too much to be a size 10 and that's what size the waist is.
Take your money and run
Bought an item on line, money was taken from the account but wrong item delivered. Returned it but they say they have no record and refuse to refund...crooks of the highest order, DO NOT USE
My 15yr old daughter placed an order £30 ok not loads but was to her ,never received order despite emails, now over 3 months ,told her never to order from this site ,shocking, terrible, no reply to where order went ,they took her money but didn't send items

I ordered my dress on the 29th of July for next day delivery for my moms party I checked delivery update around 3pm for it to say it was delayed and will be with you in 24hrs well that wasn't good for me as my moms birthday was at half 7 I suffer from anxiety and this made it loads worse as I started to panic because I had nothing to wear I don't go shopping because of my anxiety and that is why I order offline all this just made my day miserable I had to rush about and go shopping which I hate with my partner to find something else to wear I have emailed them and I'm getting no response just saying they need more to to see what has gone wrong ect please telling me to wait another 72hrs are they serious I don't need the dress no more and I would just like a refund back I've mentioned this in all my emails explaining but I just keep getting the same email back from them which is so frustrating I've always ordered from this site and now I won't be ordering from here again this is how its made me feel just not on...
Well you only have to look at the name of the CEO is know that it makes sense to call them crooks.. Disgusting , the way they treat customers.. I have written to my MP and want THEM investigated..But you know what,snakes like these will just open up in a different mane.

unbuttoned and stuffed in very small plastic bag. Very unprofessional. The size is smaller than the 16 I always buy. Returning is too much bother.

Hoodie, too and joggers
My items took two days to come which was great, ordering was easy. When they arrived the parcel had been opened and sealed again and my joggers were missing (although the money had been taken) all three items were on the delivery note as being inside) I have sent at least seven e mails now and all I get is an automated reply. I either want my joggers or a refund. Won’t be using this company again.
I spent £150, never received items, no refund in sight
I ordered 11 coats from the website at the end of December. I never received these items. I have sent customer services many emails about getting my refund. They reply saying they are contacting their warehouse to get more information. I was patient with them for a month. Now I am just frustrated and upset. I want my money back for items that I never received. If the I Saw It First team see this, please reply to me and send me my refund of £143.39.
