iPhone15
I was looking for the latest iPhone15 model and unfortunately, it was sold out at the physical store. The staff there suggested I come back the next day to see if they had more in stock. I tried my luck the next day but still couldn't get the phone, so they advised me to buy it online instead. Even though I missed the thrill of getting the phone right away, the online process was smooth and quick. I just wanted to give a shoutout to the Tunbridge Wells store for their friendly and helpful service, they've always been great in my experience. Overall, despite the initial hiccup of the phone being out of stock, I was happy with how the staff handled everything.
iPhone X purchase
I bought an iPhone X from this store not too long ago and I have to admit, I was really impressed with the whole thing. Ordering it was a breeze, didn't come across any problems at all. The staff were brilliant, really friendly and knew their stuff, helped me pick out the perfect product for me. The prices were fair compared to other places, felt like I got my money's worth. The delivery was super quick and smooth, the product arrived in mint condition. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest this store to anyone else.
Lost photos on my laptop
So, you know, my laptop just decided to delete all of my photos and I was properly panicking, mate. I tried every trick in the book to get them back but I was completely stumped. So, I gave the iStore in Hereford a ring and this bloke called Nathan picked up. He mentioned they were a bit slammed but if I was okay with waiting a bit, they'd take a look. I popped into the shop and Nathan was so friendly, he managed to sort out the issue in, like, 10 minutes! The service was top-notch and the team there were dead sound and really efficient.
New iPhone purchase
My visit to iStore was really good. Even though I got there just before they were closing, Liam and Jas were both so helpful with getting me set up with my new iPhone. They knew their stuff and were really nice, which made the whole thing easy and fun. It's obvious they know what they're doing and genuinely want to give their customers the best service possible. I feel totally confident that if I have any problems with my phone down the line, Liam and Jas will be able to help me out quickly and easily.
MacBook next day delivery
I was really let down by my recent experience of ordering a MacBook from this shop. I went with this shop because they said they did free next day delivery, and that was super important to me because my old MacBook had died on me out of the blue and I really needed to get back on top of my business stuff ASAP. When I made my order, they promised it would arrive the next day, but then I got an email saying it wouldn't be here for a few more days. This delay caused me so much hassle and annoyance, as I was counting on the quick delivery to be able to work effectively.

I was really impressed with the super speedy and efficient delivery service I got from iStore. It's incredible how they managed to bring my order right to my door in less than a day since I placed it. The estimated delivery time was absolutely accurate, and being able to see where the driver was on his journey was a great extra. Apple Watch Series 9
I've been coming back to this shop ever since I got my Apple Air Pods Pro a couple of years back. The whole experience is always really easy, and my orders arrive super fast. The stuff I get is always in great shape, although my most recent buy, the Apple Watch Series 9, had a bit of damage to the box, most likely from the delivery. All in all, I'm pleased with my buys and will definitely return when I want to add to my Apple gadgets!

I had such a great time at the tech store! Went to the one in Colchester and was really happy with the service I got. Stewart Smith helped me pick out a new iPad and iPhone, and he was so helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me some useful advice to help me choose the right products. I left feeling really good about my purchases, all thanks to Stewart's knowledge and great customer service.
iPhone 14 Plus purchase
I recently bought the newest iPhone, and I was really impressed with the customer support I got from the team. At first, I ordered the iPhone 14 Plus, but then I found out the iPhone 15 was coming out soon. So, I emailed the support team to explain the situation. They were quick to respond and really understanding. They managed to cancel my first order without it causing any problems with my credit.
iMac diagnostic and repair
My iMac kept crashing and I was really worried that I'd lose all my important stuff! But the folks at the iStore in Hereford were super speedy at finding out what was wrong and sorting it out. Mat was great at explaining everything to me and the rest of the team were friendly and cheerful. The only downside was there not being enough seats when waiting for my turn.
iCloud account problem
The people working at the store were really helpful when I had a problem with my iCloud account. Even Apple couldn't sort it out, but the manager and staff at the store managed to help me. They spent more than an hour with me and went the extra mile to fix the issue.
MacBook Air
I bought a MacBook Air from the iStore recently, and I must say, it was all very easy. The website was simple to use, and I found what I was looking for straight away. iPhone 15 Pro Max
I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro as a Christmas present, but it was sold out for next day delivery. Luckily, they surprised me by sending an iPhone 15 Pro Max instead, which arrived just in time for Christmas. The customer service was amazing, they quickly sorted out the price difference. Really pleased with the service!
iPad 9th gen
I ordered my iPad at about 4pm on Halloween, the 31st of October. The next morning, on the 1st of November, I got an email saying it had been dispatched. It arrived later that day, and it felt like magic! Such great service!
iPhone X purchase
I recently bought an iPhone X from a store, and it was a bit of a letdown because of the bad customer service I got. I had scheduled an appointment with the support team for the following day, but when I got to the store, it was closed without warning. Apparently, they had closed for renovations the night before without telling customers like myself who had appointments. This lack of communication really annoyed me and was a waste of my time. I ended up taking my business elsewhere in the end.
