    Expensive coat purchase

    I bought this coat not too long ago and it set me back quite a bit financially. But then, in the January sales, I spotted the exact same coat going for a fraction of what I paid. It got me thinking about whether the coat was really worth what I shelled out, and it left me feeling pretty let down. On top of that, the quality of the coat didn't live up to what I was hoping for, so now I'm thinking about returning it if I can. This whole experience has really made me doubt the brand's quality and pricing in the future.

    I bought some stuff online the other day but had to send it back because it didn't fit right. I showed the company proof that I sent it back, but they say they never got it. I've been trying to get in touch with them by email and phone, but they're not replying to my emails and my calls keep going to voicemail. It's really annoying to not get any help trying to sort this out. I might have to get legal help to deal with this situation.

    I want to share my experience with this online store. I thought it would be easy to use their click and collect service, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. The item I ordered never arrived at the collection point. When I contacted Customer Services, they tried to blame the delivery company, saying they didn't deliver it. So, I talked to the delivery company myself, and they had no idea about my item. It's obvious that someone isn't telling the truth here, and the communication and accountability from this shop are just not good enough. I'm still waiting for my refund, and it's pretty frustrating having to deal with this mess.

    Wasteful purchase

    I've ordered some stuff online, but I ended up accidentally ordering the same things twice back in April. I've been chatting with the customer service team for ages now, trying to sort out a refund, but honestly, it's been a proper nightmare. Even after loads of emails back and forth, I still haven't got it sorted and can't even manage to speak to someone on the phone. As someone who's been a loyal customer, this whole situation has been really disappointing. I'd recommend other people to avoid this company completely.

    Luxurious clothing purchase

    I used to really love this brand, Jaeger, but honestly, their clothes have gone downhill big time. They used to use top-notch fabrics like wool, silk, and cashmere - but now they're trying to flog cheap polyester blouses for a whopping £130! I just can't get on board with that, I appreciate quality in my clothes. I've still got pieces from their old black label range and they're a proper nod to the amazing quality Jaeger used to be all about. It's a real shame to see a brand that used to be so classy and elegant now more bothered about cutting costs than making top-notch gear.

    Overpriced collar stiffeners

    Jaeger sent me the wrong item, and now I'm having to go through a lot of trouble to get the right one. I was on the phone for ages and had to drive to return it before they would send me what I really wanted. This is not the level of service I would expect from a high-end brand like Jaeger. They didn't even offer any compensation for the inconvenience.

    Trouser suit purchase

    I bought a trouser suit from this brand not too long ago. Honestly, I was really let down by the quality. It was obvious that the suit had been put together poorly using cheap materials.     I really enjoy coming to this shop. Some of the staff here can come across a bit rude, but most of them are really lovely and helpful. The clothes they have on offer are right up my street - super cool and stylish. If I've got some spare cash, I'll definitely be treating myself to something from here. I always make sure to have a look at the prices too, sometimes they've got some great bargains going on. All in all, this store has definitely got my seal of approval!

    I recently returned an item to the store, and even though I tracked it and saw that they received it, I never got any confirmation. I sent four emails following up, but all of them were ignored. Every time I tried to call, I just got an answering machine saying no one was there. It wasn't until I decided to reply to one of their social media posts and call one of their physical stores that they finally got back to me. They blamed Covid for the delay and eventually gave me a refund. This whole situation has really put me off and now I'm not sure if I want to shop there again.

    I recently bought a shirt from Jaeger and I was really disappointed with it. I used my loyalty discount but the fit was all wrong - way too big. I waited over two weeks for an exchange, but when I got in touch with Customer Service, they told me that Jaeger doesn't do exchanges. So not only did I end up with the wrong size, but I also didn't get my loyalty discount back, which was really disappointing. I've been a loyal customer in the past, but this experience has really put me off and I won't be shopping there again. I'd advise others to steer clear of Jaeger because of their bad customer service and policies.

    I've been a Jaeger customer for a while now, so when I heard they were being sold to Edinburgh Woolen Mill, I was worried about what changes might come. However, after checking out EWM and comparing their stuff to Jaeger's, I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised - Jaeger's high standards are still there. I've been stocking up on Jaeger clothes, just in case, but every order I've placed recently has been spot on. The customer service team have been great, dealing with any issues I've had quickly. Here's hoping Jaeger keeps up their brand and quality in the future.

    I bought a top from this place and it tore after only wearing it a few times. I wasn't even being rough with it, but a seam just fell apart. I paid so much money for it, even though it was on sale at a fancy "designer outlet". I can't believe the poor quality! From now on, I'll just stick to buying cheap stuff from Amazon.     I popped into your store in Marlow the other day and I must say, the service I got was top-notch. The staff there were so friendly, helpful, and patient - it really made my shopping trip a breeze. But, I also visited your store in Windsor and it was a totally different story. The staff there seemed quite uninterested and I had to go up to them for help, even though the store wasn't very busy. It was a real letdown compared to the great service I had in Marlow.

    I recently bought something online and was a bit annoyed with their return policy. Even though they still sell stuff online, they're not giving refunds for items returned within 14 days. That's not on, and it's made me feel really annoyed and unhappy with my shopping experience. Customers should be able to return things and get their money back if they're not happy with their purchase. It's a shame the brand has stopped doing this, and it's made me think twice about shopping with them again. Hopefully, they'll think again and put customer satisfaction first in their policies.

    Dress purchase for an event

    I was really looking forward to wearing the dress I ordered from this company for an upcoming event, so you can imagine my disappointment when it didn't arrive after a week. I got in touch to ask about it and was shocked to find out that my order had been cancelled because of a supposed problem with my payment card. I was sure my payment had gone through okay online and I had enough money in my account, so it didn't make sense to me. When I asked why they hadn't let me know about the issue, they said they only deal with problems if customers contact them first with a reference number. It's just unbelievable to me that a company would ignore such basic customer service rules.

    Two piece suit and wool sweater purchase

    I bought a suit and a wool sweater last year, and I have to say, I've been really let down by how they've held up.     When a company offers variety of products, it is always interesting shopping from there because your choices are likely to be met especially if a company is one with a track record. When I happened to know about Jaeger , I went deeper to dig out information about the company and was surprised to know it existed since 1884. That alone was enough to believe that Jaeger must have been dealings on quality products. That boasted my confidence and I began to buy from the company. As expected, I wasn't surprised to see the products I bought from the company as quality and durable. Talking about products like casual tops, jumpsuits, blouses, knitwear, jackets, trousers, bags, jewellery and more. I'm thankful for Jaeger.
