Great Vendor
Julian Fashion has been one of my favourite brand for men’s wears and shoes, women’s clothes, shoes and accessories for both genders. . Great choice of styles, colors, sizes and designs. Excellent, prompt and fast delivery service including great prices. I would have to go to in search of three or four brands to find all items that I found under one roof from Julian Fashion.

The customer service at this place is amazing! So, I bought some fancy Italian designer clothes online, but unfortunately they didn't fit properly. No big deal though, I got in touch with the customer service team and they really helped me out. They even found a missing hanger and sent it to me with my next order. That's some excellent service they have there!

I was really let down by how little the company kept in touch with me. I got in touch to ask about the total price of my handbag, with all possible extra costs included, and they gave me one figure. But when it arrived, I was surprised to see that I had to fork out an extra $160USD. It really bugged me that they weren't upfront and we weren't on the same page. The customer service team took ages to get back to me, which just made things worse. Basically, I had a pretty rubbish time with their communication and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone else.

I bought a shirt from this place, but honestly, it wasn't great. So, I decided to buy another one from a different shop, and it was so much better. But when I went back to return the not-so-great one and get a refund, they only gave me half the money! I don't think that's fair - I just want all my money back, you know? Please don't go around cheating people out of their hard-earned cash.

I had a bit of a nightmare with the customer service at the shop the other day. I asked for a return label for something I bought and I've been waiting for a couple of days now, but still no sign of it. I've tried calling them, but no one's picking up. It's pretty frustrating to be honest. It doesn't exactly give a great impression of the company, does it?
