Interactive toy purchase
The interactive toy I bought was such a let-down. It was supposed to be all trendy and interactive, but the video syncing was just terrible. And don't even get me started on the manual features - they were a nightmare! It was like I'd wasted money on some fancy toy that didn't deliver on its promises. Not only was it too small to actually enjoy, but the random movements just didn't do it for me at all. You could tell they hadn't really checked how it felt to use, so it just ended up being a total waste of time and cash. All those positive reviews online must have been paid for, because the real thing was nowhere near good enough. And to top it all off, you couldn't even return it after trying it once! Talk about feeling tricked by the manufacturer.
Onyx 2 purchase - disappointing sensation, compatibility issues
I recently bought the Onyx 2 and I have to say I was really let down by the sensation it gave. I had to do a hard reset and resync with the feel me app quite often, which was quite annoying. Also, the VR app compatibility was a big disappointment as it didn't work properly. On top of that, the customer service was not great overall.

I bought this item thinking it would be great for me and my wife to use to add some excitement, but I was really disappointed. We tried it with both the small and regular sleeves, and honestly, there was hardly any sensation. I could feel a slight vibration from the motor, but that was pretty much it. It was a real shame and felt like a complete waste of money. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
Shipping Issue
I recently ordered something from this company and had a big problem with the shipping address. Even though I gave them the right details and tried to fix it quickly, the parcel was still going to the wrong place. This made me really frustrated and I ended up having to get the police involved because it was a serious issue with getting my order delivered.
Esca vibrator
I've had so many problems with the esca, it's ridiculous! It keeps disconnecting and repeats vibrations non-stop, no matter what. I tried logging in and clearing cookies, but nothing worked. In the end, I had to get a different vibrator because no one could help me fix it. Avoid wasting your money on this product.
Disappointing dimensions
I bought a product and the dimensions were way different from what they said. It was so off that I thought it would be better to use a Pringles can instead. When I contacted customer support to express my disappointment, they told me they don't do refunds and just tried to push more products on me. Luckily, I paid with a credit card so I can try to dispute the charge and hopefully get my money back because Kiiroo doesn't seem to care much about customers being happy. I really recommend avoiding this company altogether since they don't back up their products or their promises in their ads.
Cancelled order due to poor customer service
The customer service is absolutely awful - they don't offer support at weekends, so you end up having to pay a fee if you need to cancel early. My advice would be to steer well clear of this company because their support just isn't up to scratch.
Delayed order, poor customer service
I ordered something from this company about 15 days ago, and they said it would be delivered in 10 days. But guess what? My order still hasn't been sent out. I'm so annoyed at the lack of communication and updates from their customer service team. I've sent them loads of emails asking for an update, but all I get back is either silence or a generic reply that doesn't actually help. It's really disappointing to see a company that I trusted with my order not taking responsibility and acting unprofessionally.
Slow Delivery
The delivery has been a complete nightmare. I ordered my item two weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up! The tracker is saying the courier hasn't even gotten hold of it yet. Waiting this long is really getting on my nerves. I get that Brexit and customs problems might be causing delays, but this is just not on. I really hope that when it eventually does arrive, it's worth all this waiting around.
