lovely experience shopping from Denton
I needed to shop for me and the kids, it's been a while I did and I know the kids need a change of wardrobe badly. I don't have the luxury of time, so needed an online store where I could shop and get all I need to be delivered to my doorstep. Micky, recommended Lands'end and I was relieved. Finally, help came. I placed an order for all I wanted after shopping from Lands'end. The items were beautiful and the prices were quite affordable. It was delivered to me and exactly what I wanted. I am satisfied with their products and will shop from them again whenever I need any of the products that they sell. I recommend Lands'end to anyone looking for a trusted online store to shop for quality adult and children's wear.
Thick fleece for Spring
I have to say, I was really impressed by how quickly my package arrived after I placed the order, only took a few days. Their website was easy to use and I found it super straightforward to look through all the different products. The fleece I ordered was really high quality, just as I hoped it would be. However, I was a bit surprised by how thick and warm the fleece was, especially since it's meant for the Spring season. Not their fault at all, but I'll need to exchange it for something a bit lighter. Luckily, their returns process is simple, so I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
Light summer linen jacket
I recently bought a light linen jacket for summer from this clothing company after not shopping with them for a while. The jacket I got was just like they said on the website and came pretty quickly. However, I was a bit let down to discover that the size M 14-16 was a bit tight on me even though it should have fit based on the size guide. So, I sent it back and got a bigger size L 18-20, which fit me much better. All in all, the jacket is fab and the service was decent, but they could do with better sizing info.

I was really excited about getting my clothes order from this company online, but the delivery was a letdown. I bought two sleeveless tops from this shop and honestly, I was really disappointed with the quality. The armholes were way too big compared to how they looked in the picture online. I've shopped here before and never had any issues, so this was quite a shock. To make matters worse, the new brochure has a completely different image that's quite misleading. It's frustrating that when I asked for a refund on the postage, I didn't even get a response from customer service. It left me feeling unappreciated as a customer and really annoyed.

I've just bought this really nice piece of clothing from this company and I was so pleased with the lovely person I spoke to on the phone when placing my order.
