Desktop and laptop Computers.
Setting up my new office, I needed some desktop computers and laptops for the IT unit of the company. That desired, I was also in the look out for a supplier with the best offers since I was working with a tight budget. Refurb laptop purchase with advertised keyboard backlight
I bought a refurbished laptop from this store not long ago. I was excited because the laptop was supposed to have a backlight on the keyboard, which I was really keen on having. But when it arrived, I found out that the keyboard backlight wasn't there. I was quite disappointed because that was one of the main reasons I picked that laptop. I feel like the advert was misleading and it's annoying to not get what was promised.

But, I have to give credit where it's due - once I told them about it, they sorted it out pretty quickly. Yeah, so I got this portable console and the controller it came with was all messed up. I sent it back to get a refund and they just sent it back to me with the same problem. No explanation or anything. Not cool, man.

Well, I ordered a laptop from Laptop Outlet, yeah? It arrived on time and seemed nice, but you know what? It wouldn't even switch on! How can that even happen? We had to return it for a refund because they sent me a faulty one. It's disappointing because they should have tested it before dispatching it.
