Leather boots with a leather interior
I got myself a lovely pair of leather boots with a leather inside from the store not long ago. Even though I was given clear instructions for sizing, I made a mistake with choosing where to pick up my order. But they sorted it out quickly and gave me a prompt refund. I really have to give a big shout out to the customer service team, especially Aurélie, for their amazing help and professionalism. I was so impressed with the quality of the boots that I ended up ordering another pair, the Saint-Hubert model, which totally blew me away with its luxurious leather inside. All in all, I'm really happy with my buys and the great service from the store.

I needed to get some quality work boots. I work on a construction site, so I wanted something of great quality and affordable too. So I went online in search of a store I could trust to buy from. After going through all the options, I was given. I decided to shop from Le Chameau. I placed an order for a pair of rubber boots. Within a few days it was delivered to me and it was exactly what I wanted. The quality was impressive and the price was quite affordable. I am satisfied with Le Chameau products and will shop with them again whenever I need any of the products that they sell. I recommend Le Chameau to anyone looking to buy quality work boots.
Comfortable and versatile boots
The ordering process was really easy and I decided to splash out a bit for next day delivery, which came super quickly. I liked the fact that these boots come in different calf sizes and have zips on the sides for easy putting on and taking off. Although they were quite pricey, I've worn them twice and they're really comfy. The real challenge will be if they last long, as I've had trouble finding wellies that don't fall apart quickly. I'm optimistic that spending more on these boots will be worth it in the end. I'll come back in 5 years to give a more definite review.
Wrong size, unhappy about no exchange service
I had a great time shopping, but unfortunately, we ended up with the wrong size boots. I was really looking forward to wearing them, but they were way too big for me. To make matters worse, there's no option for exchanging them, which left me feeling pretty upset. I thought I could use a voucher code to save some cash, but it turns out it's no longer valid. Now, I can't afford to buy the right size, so I'll have to send them back and get a refund. It would be so much better if there was a way for me to exchange them or at least get a discount on the correct size.
Wellies purchase
I bought a new pair of wellies from this company not long ago and I have to say, I was pretty chuffed with how easy and quick everything was. They arrived in a jiffy, but sadly they were a bit too snug for me. So, I sent them back and now I'm hoping they sort out a refund sharpish. Side buckle boots
The side buckle boots I bought were really nice and fit well, but the problem was they were uncomfortable when I tried to cross my legs. The buckle on the side dug into my other leg, making it really painful to move around easily while wearing them. It might not bother some people, but it was really annoying for me and I wish I had known about it before buying them. Looking back, I should have gone for wellies without a side buckle because this issue made wearing them uncomfortable every time. To make matters worse, I wore them on a muddy day and couldn't return them.
