Late Delivery
I ordered some items on the 19th of April and up to now, I haven't got them. I've emailed customer service many times but haven't heard anything back. I also asked to cancel my order but they haven't responded to that either. It's really frustrating and disappointing dealing with this poor level of customer service. I had higher expectations from a company with such a good reputation.
