I recently bought some furniture from this company, and even though there was a hiccup with the delivery, I was really impressed with the customer service I received. The delivery company, Jigsaw, split my order into multiple deliveries without telling me, and a big part of my order never showed up. But this guy called Billy from the company sorted everything out quickly, rebooked the delivery with a different courier, and made sure I got all of my stuff in the end. I was so grateful for Billy's professionalism and how he made sure I was happy with everything. In the end, I'm much happier with how everything turned out.
Unboxed furniture after 6 months storage
After we unpacked our furniture that had been in storage for the past six months, we were really chuffed with how good the quality was. But we did spot some faint marks on two of the seat covers. Instead of leaving it, even though we'd had it for quite a while, we thought we'd get in touch with customer services for help. They really knew their stuff and were quick to offer to send us replacement covers. The way they handled the problem so well left us feeling impressed and happy with the customer service we received.

I bought a rain cover from this company not long ago, but I ran into a problem with it. When I got in touch with customer service, I was really pleased with the help I got. I had a chat with a staff member who knew their stuff and sorted out my issue quickly. They asked me to send a few pictures of the problem and then sent me a replacement as soon as they figured out what was going on. Garden furniture purchase
I recently bought a garden table and chairs from this company and it was a disaster. I paid £1400 and only got 2 chairs at first. Then, after a week, I got the other 6 chairs but the table was damaged. Total incompetence! I tried to get help from customer service but they just ignored me. The delivery date of 30th May passed without my table arriving. Eventually, I spoke to someone at the company who just told me to report the issue on their portal. Their service is pathetic! Don't use this company at all!

Quick and efficient purchase
The buying process went smoothly and quickly, but I was a bit let down by the lack of updates after I placed my order. It would have been nice to know when my order was going to arrive instead of being kept in the dark. However, I was happy when it turned up on time and in perfect condition. The product was fine and everything was there, which was a relief. In general, it was an okay experience, but they could do better with keeping customers informed.
Furniture set for my bedroom
I recently bought a new furniture set for my bedroom from this store, and it was an absolute nightmare! Ordering was a breeze, but once they had my money, everything went wrong. My order never arrived, even though it was supposed to be delivered twice! I attempted to reach out to them via email and phone, but it was no use. The customer service reps were sorry, but didn't offer any solutions. The managing director even called to say sorry, but there was no improvement. All in all, a dreadful experience and I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company!
