Wedding makeup
Last week I popped into the shop at Westfield to have a look at some makeup for my wedding. I didn't plan on making any purchases because I'm not very good at makeup and don't know my shade. This lovely lady called Sandra noticed I was a bit lost and offered to help. She selected two great shades for me and even applied them to my face. She used all these cool products and it actually looked really nice. I confessed to her that I had no clue how to apply makeup, and she patiently showed me how to do one side of my face. She was so kind and understanding, even when I started to feel anxious. Sandra was really knowledgeable and sweet, she made me feel a lot more confident about makeup application. Her customer service was exceptional, it really brightened up my day!

I traveled to Los Angeles and I realized I had forgotten to pack my makeup tools in my bag. I was so downcast because I love wearing makeup and the thought of buying a new different set was pretty annoying. I looked up online for a store where I could get quality, affordable makeup tools. I came across Morphe and decided to shop from them. I ordered make-up tools, the prices were quite affordable and their products unique. It was delivered to me within hours and I love their products. In fact, I am ditching my old makeup tools. I will shop from Morphe again whenever I need any of the products that they sell. I recommend Morphe to anyone looking to buy quality make-up and cosmetic products.
Eye shadow palette
I bought an eye shadow palette from the store the other day and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service. The staff, in particular James, really went out of their way to help me choose the right products. Sara and Amayah showed me some great techniques that were really useful and I left the store feeling really happy with my purchase. When I went back a few days later, James was there again, welcoming me with a smile and giving me some more great advice. Overall, my experience at the store was brilliant and I was really grateful for the amazing service from the staff.
Jelly eyeshadows and eye pencils
I've just bought two jelly eyeshadows and a set of eye pencils from this shop, and I must say I'm really impressed. The delivery was super quick - my order arrived just two days after I placed it on a Sunday. And the fact that they offer free delivery is a big plus. The prices were also really reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the products. The jelly eyeshadows are especially lovely and go on really nicely. I definitely recommend giving them a try if you're looking for new eye products.
Jaclyn Hill palette order
I am absolutely fuming! I ordered the Jaclyn Hill palette, expecting it to arrive before Christmas, but it still hasn't shown up! I've sent them loads of emails, but no one has bothered to reply. And to top it off, I can't even call them because there's no phone number provided! It's not on, I just want my palette or a refund!
Eyeshadow palette
I ordered an eyeshadow palette from this company not too long ago. I placed my order on the 23rd April and then sent an email the very next day with a question about my product. Unfortunately, despite sending several more emails to follow up, I didn't receive a response until the 8th May when I was finally told that my product had been shipped. I also tried calling customer service, but I was put on hold for an hour without hearing anything back. This whole experience of poor communication and disappointing customer service has left me feeling really let down.
Special offer travel makeup brush set
I bought a travel makeup brush set from you recently, with a special offer. I got an email saying there would be a little delay in the delivery because of high demand and Covid restrictions. But even though it was delayed, I found it nice to get updates every couple of days about where my order was at. In the end, the product arrived in good time and it was even better quality than I expected. However, I've been getting emails about more delays with my order, which can be a bit annoying.
Recent order experience
I had a bit of a problem with my order recently, the delivery got delayed because of the courier service. But, when I got in touch with the customer service team, they were really helpful. Adela in customer services sorted everything out quickly and effectively. Her friendly and professional attitude was much appreciated. She did a great job and managed to get my parcel sent out again with priority delivery without any extra cost. I was really happy with how they handled my issue in the end.
Hyped up for my order
Even with all the drama, I decided to go ahead with my order. The temptation of new makeup products was just too strong to resist, despite all the scary stories I had heard. And you know what? My order actually arrived quickly and everything was safely packed inside. Nothing was missing or damaged, it was just pure makeup happiness. So to all the doubters out there, maybe you're just not as fortunate as I am.

Eyeshadow Palette
I recently bought an eyeshadow palette on the 9th of December, but so far nothing's arrived even though they've already taken my money! I sent them an email, and their response was that it apparently got lost during delivery. Can you believe it? They haven't offered a refund or sorted out anything. Morphe, you really need to give me my money back. The customer service is shockingly terrible! If I could, I'd definitely give them zero stars.
Palette set and brush set
I've just bought my daughter a palette set and a brush set for her birthday. I paid extra for next day delivery but it still hasn't arrived. The tracker keeps giving mixed messages - one says it's been delivered and another says it's on its way. My daughter still hasn't got her package, despite there always being someone there to sign for it at her place. On top of that, I can't get hold of customer service except via email with a 48-hour wait for a response, which is just making this whole thing even more frustrating.
Makeup brushes
I was really anxious when I ordered my makeup brushes as I saw some negative reviews, but then I received an email saying my order would be delayed. The following day, I got another email saying my brushes were dispatched, and they arrived the day after! The customer service was excellent and they kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you so much, I am extremely pleased.

I bought an eye shadow palette online not long ago and was really let down with how things turned out. Even though I ordered it early, the delivery took much longer than expected and I wasn't kept updated on what was going on. It's not right, especially since I even paid extra for quick delivery. Now, it looks like my daughter won't get her present in time for Christmas, which is really disappointing. The whole ordering process lacked clarity and efficiency, which is quite disappointing.

Black Friday makeup order
I bought loads of makeup in the Black Friday sales, but then my package went missing. I've tried reaching out to customer service a few times, but they haven't been much help. It's so annoying because I was so excited to give the makeup to my daughter as a Christmas gift. Looks like I might have to purchase everything again and cross my fingers it all turns up this time. 😭
