Splendid dresses that fit perfectly
My friend, Taylor got herself pregnant by her BF. Unexpected, she neglected herself all in the name of pregnancy.
Looked unkempt and appeared dirty to whoever cared to access her. Seeing that I concluded I wasn't gonna get pregnant

Speechless and enthusiastic, I made research myself and ordered all kinds of maternity clothes online which came on time.
I'm confident about my looks now, with New Look helping out. Their clothes are very high quality, world-class products.

I popped into this shop not too long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got. Parcel delivery issue
I'm a bit gutted about my recent purchase because there was a bit of a mix-up with the delivery. The package got left outside my door and someone snatched it. But I have to give credit where it's due - the customer service I got when I got in touch with the company was top-notch. This really sweet girl called April was so nice, she totally got my problem and sorted it out quickly. She sorted me out with a refund straight away, which was a relief. Even though things got off to a rocky start, April's service was spot on and I'm really grateful for her help.
Wanted to Exchange without receipt
I went to the store to exchange my clothes for a different size, but they wouldn't let me do it because I didn't have my receipt. It's so annoying because all I wanted was to get something else instead!

I recently got a faulty item and had to swap it, but I couldn't do it online. The item I wanted to swap had gone up in price since I first bought it. I had a bit of bother with my refund when I sent back some stuff worth £60. They weren't giving me money back for 2 items. I messaged customer service on WhatsApp and at first, I was miffed with all the robot replies. But all I had to do was type 'speak to human' and then I got through to a lovely person called Katy V. She sorted out my worries super quick, told me what might have gone wrong, and fixed it fast. I'm happy with how things turned out now and really thankful for Katy's help.
Summer dresses
I recently bought some summer dresses from this shop and I was really impressed by the customer service I got. The lady, I think her name was Peta, was so helpful and really went out of her way to help me with my questions. She listened to what I liked and gave me some great advice that helped me choose the perfect dress. It's so nice to come across staff who really care about making sure you have a good experience as a customer. This good experience has definitely made me want to keep shopping there.

Emma K was really helpful and sorted out the problem quickly, giving me a new one without any fuss. It was a relief to have such a good experience with customer service, especially with a dodgy product. I felt like they listened to me and fixed things right away, which I was really grateful for.
Stolen parcel
So, you know, someone actually pinched my parcel from my doorstep, can you believe it? But then I had a chat with this really nice person named Izzy from the store, yeah? And guess what, within a day, they got back to me! They sorted out my refund and sent me some new stuff really fast. Izzy totally saved the day, I was so happy with how they dealt with everything. Big thanks to Izzy!
My top I ordered
Oh my gosh, I bought this really cute top from here and it was so adorable. But then, when it was supposed to be delivered, it got delayed and sent to this strange pick up place. I couldn't even go collect it because I have some disabilities. But New Look were incredible and refunded me immediately, even though it wasn't their fault. The silly DPD courier messed up, ugh!
Online order experience
I've recently ordered something online from this store, and it was a bit of a nightmare. This is now the second time I've ordered something and never got an email to confirm it, so I don't have a clue what's going on with my purchase. And to top it off, my parcel has been delayed for the second time because of so-called "unforeseen circumstances." The whole lack of communication and transparency is just not on. I can't believe how bad the customer service is - it's like it doesn't even exist. Trying to talk to an actual person is a mission impossible, you have to go through so many hoops it's ridiculous. Dealing with a robot just to see if you're allowed to speak to a human is so frustrating and makes you feel like you're not even being treated like a real person. For such a big company, the way they handle customer service is just shocking.

I was really surprised by how great the customer service was when I had a problem with my order. The staff went out of their way to help me and sort everything out. I was so grateful for their help and it definitely made me want to keep coming back as a customer.

Online order refund delay
I popped into the store to make a return and they said I'd get my refund in 8 working days. But when I waited and nothing happened, I had to message Customer Services on WhatsApp to ask what was going on. It's frustrating that we have to chase them up to get our money back, especially after waiting so long already. It looks like it's not just me - others have had the same problem getting their refunds on time.

The jumper I bought was really comfortable and looked really cool. The customer service from the lady named Emmalene was really good too, she sorted out my issue quickly and the emails she sent were quick.
Dresses purchase
I chose to buy two dresses from this shop - one was a bargain in the sale, and the other was a bit more expensive. I used my student discount, but when I went to pay, the total was way more than I expected! I tried to cancel, but they wouldn't let me, and then they said they changed the price of one dress AFTER I clicked to pay! How is that fair? The whole situation seemed really shady and the customer service team weren't helpful at all.
Problematic return process
I had a nightmare trying to return an item, but April was really helpful and supportive. She talked me through the whole process, even though it took a while for her to reply. It was frustrating but I was grateful for her apology.
