satisfactory experience shopping from Kilie
I use to have terrible skin, my skin looked burnt and damaged. I tried so many skincare products and none seem to give me what I want, they ended up causing more harm than good. I lost my self-esteem and confidence. However, while I was surfing the internet one day I came across Nip + Fab skincare products, I went through their pages and reviews too I was impressed and decided to try them out. I recently bought the Vitamin C skincare collection that came with a cleanser, scrub, serum, and cream gel. I recently bought some skincare products from this company. The ordering process was easy, and I got a confirmation quickly. But the downside was that they didn't give me any info about when it would be delivered. So I had to email them to ask, and they sent me a link to track it with Royal Mail. When I checked the link, I saw that my package was already on its way, so I had to change the delivery day. If they had given me the tracking link sooner, I wouldn't have had to change my plans.

Large order, missing free gift

My order was just under the minimum amount needed, so I added another product to qualify for the gift. However, when my parcel arrived today, there was no free gift in it. I contacted customer service and they told me that some products weren't eligible for the promotion, but this wasn't clear on the website. I'm disappointed by the lack of transparency and feel like I was misled by the company.

hyaluronic serum 2%
I purchased the hyaluronic serum with 2% concentration and honestly, it was awful. It was really thick, sticky, and just impossible to layer with any other product. It even caused me to break out! When I reached out to the company to express my disappointment, they didn't show any concern because I hadn't bought it directly from their website. What a disappointment! I won't be buying from them in the future, that's for sure.
Breakout Rescue Pads
In general, I was really happy with buying the breakout rescue pads. The packaging looked really nice and kept the product safe. But, there was a problem with one of the pots not being sealed properly which made the liquid leak out and cause a bit of a mess. Apart from that, I thought the product worked well in fighting breakouts and making my skin look better.
Daughter's skin improved
I got this product for my daughter and her skin has improved so much in just a few days. She really loves it and is already talking about ordering more. It was definitely a fantastic buy!

I definitely think you should try the salicylic acid range if you have oily or combination skin. I got the XL wash and mask as a gift last year and it lasted me ages, so I bought more. The exfoliating pads really made a difference for me, my skin looks so much better now. And the quick delivery was a nice bonus too.
