    Nuuly Experience - One Year

    Nuuly has been a bit of a rollercoaster for me in the last year. I've had a few issues with my boxes, like the annoying random substitutions and items I want being out of stock. But I must say, the customer service team has always been brilliant - they've always sorted things out for me. One time they said I hadn't sent back a shirt when I had, but after I got in touch, they quickly gave me a refund.

    Whenever they make a random substitution, they give me a free bonus item in my next box to say sorry. The shipping has always been super fast, which is great. Overall, I think Nuuly has a good product and a great team, but they could do with adding more popular items and making sure the quality is top-notch. Despite a few bumps, I plan on sticking with their service.

    Quick delivery, good condition

    I had a really good experience with the company recently. I placed two orders and they both arrived quickly and in perfect condition. There was a problem with being charged my membership fee even though I had cancelled it. When I got in touch with customer support, they were really quick to respond and sorted it out for me. They apologised and gave me a full refund straight away. It looks like they've made some changes to their customer service, maybe in response to bad feedback in the past. I'm grateful for their help and will think about shopping with them again in the future.

    Clothes Renting

    When I first heard of Nuuly and their line of business, it was rather unusual although interesting. Renting a cloth sounded good to me because deep inside me, I knew they were some clothes I always wanted to own or at least put on but were far above my reach. So the discovery of Nuuly was now a relief to that effects, knowing I would be able to rent any clothes of my desire. I'm proud of Nuuly for being innovative and coming up with such idea which I now benefit a lot. Most of the clothes I was only imagining, I now have opportunity to rent and rock them as I want. Thumbs up for Nuuly.

The range of clothing available is really diverse, and I like how they're always adding new stuff.     I had quite a frustrating experience with my recent order. I ended up being charged for something I didn't actually buy, and only got my money back after I found the mistake and got in touch with customer service. I was a bit worried when they said the item wasn't in the box, as I definitely sent everything back as I should have.     I was pretty gutted with my experience using this service, to be honest. I couldn't find the outfit I wanted anywhere else, so I thought I'd give it a go for this wedding I've got coming up. But man, from the get-go, the customer service was seriously lacking. I could only talk to them through chat, couldn't even get a real person on the line. And when I tried to ask for a simple address change or upgrade, since the delivery time wasn't clear at checkout, they weren't much help at all. Unlike other places, I couldn't even pay extra for next-day delivery. I was so frustrated at how rigid and unhelpful they were. And then they just sent me to UPS for the address change, who also couldn't do anything. I was left feeling completely abandoned. It doesn't look like my first delivery is gonna make it on time, and I'm just disappointed by the lack of real solutions or even effort to help me out. This whole thing has just made me realise I'm better off sticking with other rental services next time.

    I've been using Nuuly for quite a while now, and I have to say, they really are the best when it comes to renting and buying high-quality, unique clothing.     Renting from the subscription service

    I've been using the subscription service for a while now and I must say, overall, I've had a really good experience with it. Being able to rent clothes and try them on before actually buying them is such a great feature.     Disputed charges and missing items

    My experience with Nuuly started off really well - I got my first two boxes filled with exciting new items and I even ended up buying a few things. However, my most recent box in December was a massive let down. Most of the items were old, pilling, and unwearable, with some even being all wrinkled. I was so surprised by the poor quality that I didn't even bother taking most of them out of the box. To make things worse, when I sent the box back, Nuuly said that some items were missing. I argued with them about this, they fixed it for a short while, but later I got a warning from my credit card company. They tried to charge me multiple times for the same things - they even charged me again for something I had already bought. On top of that, they charged me several times for each item I sent back. And to add to it all, they even charged me for the subscription that I had actually paused. I used to really like Nuuly, but now I feel very let down and annoyed by these dodgy charges.

    Travel clothes letdown

    I bought some really nice outfits for my upcoming trip, which I'm super excited about. But, when I was expecting them to arrive, I got an email saying they were already being sent back to Nuuly! Can you believe it? I had to really push to get my money refunded, and they were only offering me a tiny $24 discount for my next purchase. Not cool at all. Thankfully they eventually gave me a full refund after I sent a series of angry emails. Big shoutout to Olivia for being helpful, but overall, it was a major fail on their part.

    Fun clothes, slow help

    I've only been using this cool clothes rental service for a short while, but I've been really enjoying it. My first package arrived remarkably quickly, like within 2 days, and all the clothes were in top-notch condition. One of the shirts even still had the tags on! Unfortunately, this month it seems like UPS lost my package. The person I spoke to took quite a while to reply, more than 3 hours, but she was really nice about it. She gave me a refund straight away, so I could order more clothes without paying twice. She even added in an extra free item for next time. It's a bit confusing that you pay for a whole month but need to send the clothes back by the original ship date, meaning you miss out on a week of wearing them!

    My first clothes box

    It was the first time I ordered from this online service that sends you clothes to try. I was really looking forward to getting my box and trying on all the cool clothes. But you know what? A lot of things were out of stock, so I couldn't get the items I really wanted. And to make matters worse, they chose some strange replacements that I wasn't keen on. What's more, even when the one thing I ordered became available again, they still wouldn't give it to me!

    Terrible customer service, misleading charges

    The customer service was absolutely dreadful. I returned my order on time for a pause to begin, but I was still charged. It took days to hear back from anyone, and when they finally responded, they denied my request with a heart emoji. Completely unprofessional. Why not make an effort to rectify things for the customer instead of ignoring them? I have all the receipts to prove I am right, but they still refused. It's disappointing. The quality has definitely declined while the prices have increased. Not a good look.

    Subscription service experience

    I was really looking forward to trying out the subscription service, but I ended up feeling let down when one of the things I wanted was out of stock. They didn't even bother to tell me or ask if they could send something else instead, they just picked something random.     Damaged first order

    My first time using Nuuly was a major letdown. The clothes in my order were in terrible shape, apart from just two items. They were damaged, ripped, stained, stretched, or dirty - not what I expected at all, especially since I needed them for important occasions. Customer service wasn't much help either. I was told I could either keep the damaged clothes or send everything back, which didn't solve my problem as I didn't want to risk getting more poor quality items. On top of that, the items I wanted were already sold out. Plus, the customer service rep I spoke to wasn't very pleasant, adding to my disappointment. I was really excited about using Nuuly again, but after this, I don't think I will be.

    Late clothes, missing item, disappointing

    My mum usually uses NUULY for her clothes, but this time it was a complete disaster! She ordered her stuff well in advance of her trip, but they didn't arrive on time. When she got in touch with them, they said they hadn't even dispatched them yet. What a joke! She had to go and collect them herself, and then when she returned them, they claimed that one of the items was missing - which was actually mine! I saw her pack it in the bag. It's unfair to blame my mum for their poor packaging. She didn't do anything wrong. We won't be using NUULY again, and I'm warning all my friends to steer clear too!

    Petite clothes selection

    I was really looking forward to trying Nuuly because they have loads of cute petite sizes. But you know what? They kept running out of the things I wanted! Then they sent me something that looked like it came straight from my grandma's wardrobe 🙄 And the clothes arriving all crumpled up was just a nightmare. Seriously, do they expect me to iron it before wearing it? No way!
