    I'm absolutely thrilled with the amazing customer service I received from this company! I made a mistake with my order, ordering the wrong coils for next day delivery. When I called to explain, the lady I spoke to was incredibly efficient and quickly corrected my order with the warehouse. I couldn't believe it when the correct coils arrived the very next day! On top of that, when I mentioned that the mouthpiece for my vape had cracked, they surprised me by offering to send a replacement. Rikki went out of their way to post one out to me, making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely be a returning customer.

    Dual orders

    I ordered something online and it took forever to arrive, but it seems the delay was down to Royal Mail being slow. I let the company know, and they were amazing, sending me a replacement straight away via a courier! To top it off, the original one actually arrived on the same day, so now I've ended up with twice as much stuff. When I offered to pay for the extra item, they insisted I just enjoy it for free! Pretty cool, right? All in all, it wasn't such a bad experience after all. Big thanks to Nvee!

    Three sets of coils

    I've just bought three sets of coils - one for me, one for my son, and one for my daughter. Fortunately, I've managed to get my kids on board with these products too, and they're really liking them.     Faulty vaping products

    I've had a bit of a rough time with the vaping products I bought recently. Even though I did everything as instructed, both items turned out to be faulty and didn't work properly. The batteries charged fine, the tank was easy to fill, but when it came to putting them together, nothing happened. It was pretty annoying as I couldn't use the products like I was looking forward to. So, I'm planning to return them to the shop and I won't be buying this brand again.

    Vape pod purchase with non-replaceable black pod

    I bought a new vape pod recently, it's got a sleek black design and all, but here's the kicker - once the black pod runs out, there's no replacements available. I reached out to the company, and they said they don't have any plans to stock replacement black pods in the future. I feel pretty ripped off and annoyed, especially since I paid £19.99 for a product that's basically useless after one go. The clear pods they offer as an alternative just aren't the same quality or flavour as the black pods. It's really disappointing that the company isn't looking out for their customers and making sure they can keep using their products properly.

    Amaze NVEE products

    Oh my God, have you seen all the cool NVEE devices? They're amazing. I mean, I decided to grab an NVEE pod because I was strapped for cash and couldn't splash out on any fancy mods, and let me tell you, it's still going strong after three months. So, I went ahead and bought four more wick units because why not? NVEE really came through for me when my other mod stopped working. I'm definitely sticking with NVEE from now on, no question about it!

    Cherry nic salt

    I got the cherry nic salt as a backup while waiting for my favourite nic salt to arrive. What a disaster! It's the worst liquid I've ever tried. It tasted like plastic, wrecked my coil, and no matter how much I tried to get rid of the taste with another good quality liquid or nic salt, it just wouldn't budge. I won't be buying this liquid again, that's for sure. Avoid it and save yourself the hassle!

    This vape juice is amazing - the flavour is fantastic, and ordering it is so easy. On top of that, it's cheaper than purchasing it in stores, which saves me some money.     Pro device purchase disappointment

    I thought I was getting a top-quality device at a good price, but boy was I wrong. The battery life is absolutely terrible - it goes from fully charged to dead in less than 8 hours, even when I use it on the lowest setting. I don't vape all that often, and my old devices lasted me at least 2 days before needing a recharge. I won't be shopping at that store again, and I'll have to splash out on a new device because this one just doesn't cut it. Live and learn, I suppose.

    The vaping product I bought was great at first, with decent puff power and flavour, but it conked out after just 17 hours of use. I got it for £3 from a nearby shop, gave it a go a couple of times on the first day, and then it just stopped working out of the blue. All in all, it was a total waste of money, and I reckon vaping companies should be more regulated.

    Two faulty machines

    I bought two machines from this company, just one month apart. Both of them light up but they don't work properly. It seems like there's a problem with the connection to the coil at the bottom. The warranty only covers the metal shell, not the battery, glass, seals, or coils. Even though I have cleaned them as told and sent them back for repair, the problem keeps happening. I think there might be a problem with how they were made. If I were you, I'd go for a different brand because these machines might seem nice but in the end, they just don't work.

    Various Nvee vapes

    I was really looking forward to trying out the Nvee vapes, but to be honest, I was pretty let down. Even though they offered free shipping and it was convenient to get coils from my company, I found the quality of the vapes to be a bit lacking. I've tested out about 3 different Nvee vapes and all of them seemed to go downhill pretty fast. The charging takes forever, the coils don't last long, and sometimes they just give up on me completely. All in all, they just seem like they're not built to last, and they come across as cheaply made.

    I've been buying e-liquids from this company for more than a year now, mostly from local shops, and never had any problems. But when I decided to order directly from them because my favourite flavour wasn't available in stores, I was really let down. The five bottles I got had broken seals, tasted weird, and the liquid seemed wrong – it even messed up my coils. When I told the company about this, they sent replacements, but they were just as bad as the first ones. I asked for a refund, but they said no. I couldn't believe how different the product was from what I'd been used to buying locally.

    Faulty vape pen

    I bought a vape pen a couple of weeks back, but it has been a bit of a disappointment. The pen keeps spitting, doesn't always work, makes weird noises, doesn't produce smoke properly, leaks, and just generally feels unsafe. Because of all these problems, I have no option but to head to a vape shop to get a new one, as the original retailer won't replace or refund it. I would recommend avoiding these cheap vape pens because I reckon they might be fake.

    Faulty product, dissatisfied customer

    I bought a vape product not too long ago, but it ended up being faulty. Despite sending it back for repairs, it broke again after only two days of use. I had to keep pressing down on it to get it to work well, and that got really annoying. In general, I think the product was just a waste of money and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

    Late delivery and poor customer service

    My experience ordering from you lot was a total nightmare. I put in an order two weeks ago and haven't even got my stuff yet. When I spoke to customer service, they had the cheek to tell me to ring the delivery department because they said they didn't have my address saved. Can you believe that? I definitely gave my address when I signed up, so it's not my job to track down my own parcels. I was so annoyed that I didn't even want the stuff anymore and couldn't be bothered to ask for my money back. I won't be using this site again, that's for sure.
