Opus Oak Furniture
We ordered a complete set of Opus lounge and dining room furniture. The table we ordered originally was out of stock but they managed to organise a replacement for us. The sales team were very helpful. The furniture arrived after 3 weeks, with prior notification from the delivery company and arrived at the time stated. There were 14 different boxes which were extremely well packaged and we have found no damage at all to any of our items (we seem to expect some damage these days, so this was a pleasant surprise). The furniture is all well made - the only work needed was to fit the legs to the table, insert shelves in units, and screw handles on. The only slight problem we had was the magnetic catches on the cabinet doors were much too strong, making it difficult to open the doors without rattling the contents of the cupboards. We modified the catches by removing one of the metal plates from each magnetic catch, and now the doors open and close easily. All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase from Oak Furniture House and would recommend our particular furniture.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommencing Oak Furniture House - I came across them online, looking for new button back chairs for my kitchen, in a grey linen fabric. I telephoned on a Sunday, left a message and had a call back within 5 minutes which surprised me. I ordered a pair to check the quality and colour - the whole process was trouble free - excellent delivery service unlike many major online companies. The chairs were perfect, excellently upholstered. I immediately ordered another 4 to complete the set. Had a very quick reply to confirm my chosen delivery date (thank you Julian). After a few hiccups with the delivery firm
( only to be expected at this current time ) my sales advisor Benjamin went above & beyond to make sure we received our products, emailing out of hours , just to keep me informed. Fair play an asset to the company.
The product is excellent quality & will be used a lot .
As a small business owner totally understand the nightmare with logistics at the present time , but the firm went out of there way to rectify the transport issue , which in theory isn’t there problem.
This service goes along way with me .

I recently bought an oak dining table and chairs set from Oak Furniture House, and I have to say, I'm really happy with how it all went. Ordering was easy and smooth, and the delivery was quick. The set came in good condition and was of really good quality. Putting the furniture together was a bit tricky, but I was surprised to get a refund for it, which was nice.
The courier didn't let me know they were coming, but the driver was friendly and patient, which I liked. Getting through to the customer service on the phone was a bit difficult, but the live chat option was effective and helped me get answers quickly. I bought a wardrobe from this company not long ago, and honestly, I was really let down by the whole thing. The customer service was really subpar, always giving me excuses for the delays and stock shortages. I even suggested picking up my order from the warehouse, but they just came up with more excuses. The communication was terrible, and I ended up feeling annoyed and deceived.
Pergola purchase
Recently, I bought a pergola that ended up being a complete nightmare. The company kept me waiting for three months before they finally mentioned a refund. And to make matters worse, I found out they were still selling the same item for a higher price than I had tried to buy it for. It was so frustrating and left me feeling like I had been cheated and let down.

Having ordered our grandsons bedroom furniture from you ,and being thoroughly delighted with it , we then decided to order a further suite of furniture for our guest bedroom ,, having only being able to see the items on line our expectations were more than met when the furniture arrived , outstanding quality at a very reasonable price , along with outstanding customer service , we had asked if there was any possibility of furniture being placed on a fast track order , and not only did you deliver ( in fact even earlier than expected ). I was somewhat concerned about spending such a large amount on furniture I had not seen in the flesh and with a company I hadn't heard of before but I needn't have worried. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication from the company was good, the dining set arrived within the promised timescale and was extremely well packed and of the high quality, I had expected from the price I paid. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Oak Furniture House. By the way I have now ordered an oak display cabinet from them!
Tall Narrow Oak Bookcases
We ordered 3 tall narrow oak bookcases from Oak Furniture House and are absolutely delighted with them. They're top quality and look great in the house. Very reasonably priced too! Delivery was great, we were allocated a Sunday afternoon slot (perfect as saves having to take time off work) and the driver called with a '15 minute warning' to let us know he was close. So great product, great delivery - highly recommend!
Outdoor furniture set
I bought some outdoor furniture back in July, but it didn't arrive until over 2 months later, missing out on using it in the Summer. Then when it did come, the table was faulty with a missing piece, and I still haven't had it sorted out as it's now January. The customer service has been terrible, they're ignoring my emails.
King size bed
I was after a new bed, yeah? I found one I really liked and thought it was just right. But then the company took absolutely ages to get it to me! First they said there were problems at the warehouse, then they said they were pausing sales altogether, finally they were meant to refund me but it never happened. I had to turn to my bank in the end for assistance! What a complete disaster.
Large sideboard order
I recently bought a big sideboard from Oak Furniture House and, to be honest, I had a bit of a nightmare with it. I ordered it online and paid in full on 26/8/23 for a Bentley Ellipse large sideboard. Even though the site said it was in stock, I didn't get a delivery date after waiting for 5 weeks. I tried to get in touch with customer service quite a few times for updates, but the communication was pretty poor. Most of the time, they didn't pick up the phone, and when I finally got through to a lady named Amber, all she said was there was a small delay with deliveries. After waiting for another 2 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything about the delivery. It was really frustrating and disappointing how they handled the lack of communication.
Furniture pieces
I've just bought some furniture from Oak Furniture House and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the whole experience. They kept me well informed right from when I placed my order, with clear and timely updates. The courier even gave me updates on the delivery time and was polite enough to give me a heads up before they arrived. It was all easy and hassle-free, which made the whole process a breeze.
Garden furniture
I ordered some garden furniture back in November, but it never arrived! I tried to email them to ask about my order, but they never bothered to reply. It's so frustrating! In the end, I had to contact my card company to make a claim and get my money back. It's just not cool at all!
Recent Order Experience
I recently bought something from this shop but haven't got it yet. I've been in touch with their customer service team quite a few times, but I still don't know when my order will arrive. I asked for a refund because of the poor communication, but they said there's a problem with their system. It's been more than a month since I asked for the refund and I haven't seen it yet. I've tried to contact them many times but they haven't replied once. I'm really let down by this whole situation.
Bedside tables and a dressing table set
I was a bit worried at first because I had seen some bad reviews, but my order arrived really fast and it looks amazing! The delivery folks were really friendly as well, they even gave me a call before they arrived.
Large order of furniture
Oh my goodness, I ordered loads of furniture from this one place and they promised it would arrive really fast but it hasn't! I paid for everything upfront and they keep assuring me that it's on its way soon, but it's taking forever. I'm so irritated and definitely wouldn't suggest using them. You're better off going somewhere else, honestly.
Bedroom furniture set
I am really cross with this company's terrible service. I bought a bedroom furniture set weeks ago, but I haven't heard anything about when it will be delivered. Every time I try to get in touch, the phone lines are not working or I just get unclear excuses over email. I'm beginning to think I've been ripped off. Stay away from this company, trust me!
