    I recently bought a dress for a wedding, but it turned out to be too big for me. I decided to send it back and was glad to see that it reached the warehouse. Unfortunately, I didn't get a refund which left me feeling disheartened. Feeling frustrated, I got in touch with customer service and spoke to a person called Lemuel R. Lemuel was really helpful and sorted out the issue almost straight away. I was happy with the way he dealt with everything and found it easy to chat with him through messages. Despite the initial problem, I was satisfied with the great customer service from the team.

    Gorgeous coat that was faulty

    I recently bought a really nice coat, but unfortunately it came a bit damaged. I reached out to customer service and the team I spoke to - Abul, Ivy, Ronald, Kymberley, and Arianne - were incredibly helpful. They managed to fix the issue and were all really friendly. I had a great experience shopping here and I definitely plan on returning in the future!

    Faulty product exchange

    I had a bit of trouble with something I bought from this shop that turned out to be faulty. I couldn't get through to their customer service via email, so I gave Facebook a go. Luckily, I spoke to Joshua who was really helpful and sorted everything out quickly. He helped me get a replacement for the faulty item sent out. I was pretty amazed at how fast my problem was dealt with, all in just a few hours.

    Refund issue resolved

    I had such a frustrating time trying to sort out a refund for something that didn't work out. After going back and forth for hours and feeling like I was getting absolutely nowhere, I decided to contact the customer service helpline. Thankfully, I heard back quickly from Paul who gave me some really useful advice. Then, Erick took over and completely changed the situation for me. He was not only quick and efficient but also really friendly to deal with. Erick sorted out my refund in no time and even sent me a QR code to make the process super easy. I can't thank Erick enough for all his help and for making this whole thing much easier to handle.

    Vacation dress purchase

    I got a new dress for my holiday from this shop the other day. When I was getting ready to pack for my trip, I saw a little rip at the bottom of the dress. I messaged customer service right away and was really surprised at how quickly they got back to me. Within 15 minutes, they had sorted out everything and a new dress was on its way to me. I have to give a big shoutout to the amazing customer service rep, "Armina", for her super quick help. We definitely need more customer service like this in the world!

    Disappointing quality and online experience

    I've been a fan of this brand for ages, but I was really let down by their move to online. The quality of their stuff has really gone downhill and buying from them just isn't the same. They make you pay to return things and it takes forever (sometimes as long as 28 days) for them to sort it out. It's so annoying having to keep chasing them for updates because they're so bad at talking to their customers. It's a real shame to see a brand I used to love slide so far. I won't be shopping with them again.

    I picked up this black dress from *store name* and when it arrived, I noticed there was a strange mark on it. I was really disappointed because I was excited to wear it to a party.     I am so disappointed with the service at this place! I bought something a few weeks ago and it has been a total nightmare. They said they would sort out the IT issue quickly, but instead, I have just been getting passed around. The staff have been really rude and not helpful at all, which has made the whole situation really annoying. It feels like they don't even care about us customers. And to top it all off, they have now joined up with another brand, making shopping even more of a pain. It's obvious they care more about themselves than making sure we are happy.

    Trying to return clothes

    I had a right nightmare trying to return some clothes - the delivery company only went and lost my parcel! I was on the phone forever trying to sort it out, but they couldn't even locate it. Anyway, I reached out to Oasis and, thanks to Asha, they managed to sort it out really quickly. She was a massive help and got everything sorted straight away. I'm so relieved that my issue is all sorted now - really thankful! ❤️

    I'm really disappointed with my experience at that clothing company. Not only did I have to shell out for multiple return parcels for one order, but no one even told me I'd have to do that. Some of the stuff I wanted to send back was so uncomfortable, it was actually causing me harm. Despite all that, I still had to fork out for the returns, which really didn't sit well with me. And getting in touch with their customer service was an absolute nightmare. I could hardly find a phone number to talk to an actual person, they were so dependent on those annoying automated messages online. So, I was basically left on hold in a virtual queue for ages, which was beyond frustrating. To be honest, I'd recommend staying well clear of this clothing company to anyone.

    Big order, hassle with returns

    Well, I gotta say, I ordered a load of stuff and it arrived no problem. But man, when I wanted to return some bits, it was a nightmare. I had to go through three separate return processes for three different suppliers, even though it all arrived in one go. I'm crossing my fingers that I actually get my money back.     I had a truly awful customer service experience. I sent back an item more than 2 weeks ago and I've been trying to get my refund back ever since. Every time I reach out to customer service, I get a new person responding who doesn't seem to read the previous emails. They keep asking for proof of postage or just tell me to wait longer. It's really annoying and worrying that this seems to happen a lot with Oasis, with a lot of customers having issues with lost returns and slow refunds. As someone who has been a customer for a long time, I'm really let down and won't be shopping here again.

    Recent dress purchase

    I bought three dresses from this shop recently after not shopping there for a while, and I was really let down by the poor quality of the dresses I received. They looked like they were made on the cheap and didn't meet the standards I would expect from this brand. When I tried to return the dresses, the customer service was really not up to scratch. My return was signed for by the warehouse on the 24th of May, but then I was told there would be a delay in getting my refund because they needed to do some internal investigation. The customer service people I spoke to didn't seem too bothered about making sure I was happy, and they seemed more concerned with ticking boxes and following rules. It's been really annoying having all these extra delays added to the process, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I'd definitely suggest shopping somewhere else where you can get better quality and customer service, because the way things are at this shop right now really isn't great.

    The range of clothes in this shop is amazing - there are loads of trendy and one-of-a-kind pieces to pick from. I really like that there are so many different options, it means I can find outfits that really match my style. Oasis has a way of connecting you to world's leading online stores and brands without having to go directly to them. It's matter of just shopping from their store from the comfort of your home. I get designer clothes anytime and anytime I want them. It's as easy as that. sometimes I shop offline at my free time. There are incredible designs in their stores. I really won't stop shopping from them and never stop recommending them to females that needs upgraded fashion at its peak.
