Two orders
I placed two orders with this company, even though I didn't get any confirmation emails. I was worried about where my stuff was, like many people. But, when I messaged them on Facebook, they quickly replied and said my orders were on their way. Luckily, both orders arrived - one the next day and the other the day after. I was irritated by the lack of communication, but in the end, I was happy with what I got.
Jacket purchase
I bought a jacket from this shop not too long ago and I have to say I am really impressed with how good it is. The material is strong and the style is really nice, just like they said it would be. The size guide was spot on, so the jacket fits me perfectly. I'm really happy with what I got and I'd definitely think about getting stuff from them again.
jumpers
I bought a few jumpers recently, but I was really disappointed with the quality. After just one wash, the insides were full of fluff and the front had bobbles all over it. And after only two washes, they looked like they'd been worn for years! The stud holes weren't sealed properly and the stitching on the coat was falling apart. It's just ridiculous! So, if you're thinking of buying something, definitely check it out closely first. I definitely won't be shopping here again.
Delivery, Evri/Hermes, Lying, Theft
I had a really bad experience with my delivery from this company. They used Evri/Hermes for delivery, and not only did they keep lying about the status of my order, but they also didn't leave my parcel where I asked them to, even though it was an option on their website. And to top it off, it looks like their delivery people might be taking parcels because mine never showed up. I'd steer clear of this company if you don't want to risk losing your purchases.
Puffer coat purchase
I got this puffer coat as a Christmas present, but after wearing it only twice, it ripped. I tried getting in touch for days to sort out a return, and finally, I got a response telling me to send it back for a refund or exchange. It took ages to get the return code, but once I did, I sent it back. However, I haven't heard anything since then. I keep emailing to ask for proof of return, but still no response.
Blue Light discount Purchase
My time with this company has been really great. I bought a Rumarzo jacket not long ago and managed to get a discount using Blue Light. Got the confirmation email quickly, then a dispatch email with a tracking number. The delivery was super quick, arriving in just 2 days. Even though I saw some bad reviews before buying, I can honestly say my experience was spot on.
Jacket
I bought a jacket for my son recently, but he changed his mind pretty quickly. I tried to cancel the order straight away, but it was a real nightmare trying to get hold of customer service. I sent lots of emails and tried the live chat, but got no response at all. When the jacket finally arrived, I tried to return it, but the QR code on the returns form didn't work, the customer services number went to an American voice message that just hung up, and the online portal didn't recognise my order number. It was super frustrating and made me feel like this company was just wasting my time. I definitely wouldn't recommend them at all.
Coat purchase
This was actually my second order from the company because I had to exchange a coat from my first order. At first, they said they didn't have the size I wanted in stock, so they gave me a refund. But later on, I found out that my size was actually available. It made me doubt if the company was being straight with me or just trying to get me to buy the coat at the full price. Even though it was frustrating, I did get the refund quickly and ended up buying the coat at full price. The delivery was fast, and the coat arrived without any problems. I was pleased with the coat overall, but a bit let down by the mix-up with the exchange initially.
PUFFER PARKA JACKET purchase
I recently bought a PUFFER PARKA JACKET for £90 for my son, but it's not been great. After just 3 months, the stitches started coming apart. I had to take it to a tailor to fix the first one that broke, but then I found out there were another 5 or 6 stitches gone in different places on the coat. When I asked customer service for help, they said they couldn't do anything because I'd already taken it to a tailor. I'm pretty gutted about it all, the jacket still has loads of problems. Overall, this whole experience has been really frustrating and disappointing.
Returned sweatshirts
I can't believe how awful this company is! I had to return two sweatshirts that I paid £80 for. But you know what? I didn't get a refund, not even a thank you! They only gave me a return label for Asda, but it was no help at all. I tried sending messages, chatting online, and emailing them, but I didn't hear anything back. I even tried calling them but the phone just kept ringing and ringing. It's so terrible that I have to get my bank to help me sort this mess out. What a nightmare this has been!
Coat purchase
I was a bit worried at first when I saw some bad reviews, but I thought I'd give it a go and ordered a coat at the weekend. It actually arrived quite quickly, by Wednesday, and I have to admit, the quality was better than I thought it would be. Also, the customer service was really good, which was a nice surprise.
Three coats
I bought three coats from this company not long ago, and it was a real letdown. I waited 11 days after ordering and shelling out £300, but I haven't got any confirmation that my order has been shipped or the coats themselves. Even though their website promises dispatch within 24 hours, there's been no contact at all. I tried reaching out through live chat, email, and phone, but no one got back to me. It's clear that this company is dodgy, and I'd advise everyone to steer clear of buying anything from them.
Clothing items
I wouldn't recommend buying from this company if you're shopping from abroad. The sizes they provide are way off, so it's likely that the clothes won't fit you like they say. Even though they say they offer free returns, it's not that straightforward and you might end up paying a hefty return fee. When I tried to sort it out with their customer service, they were dismissive and refused to provide free returns. In my opinion, Zavetti turned out to be untrustworthy and not reliable at all.
Returned jacket for refund
I sent back a jacket to get a refund, but I still haven't got it. I've tried contacting the payment partner, but it's not working. It's annoying that I can't just call my credit card company for help. I'm starting to think I might need to complain to trading standards to try and get my money back.
Coat for next-day delivery
I recently bought a coat from this company for next-day delivery. However, my experience with them has been terrible. After placing my order, I didn't get any confirmation email or any communication about my purchase. I've been waiting anxiously for my order to come, but it's been days and still no sign of it. I tried getting in touch with them through live chat, email, Instagram, and Facebook, but I haven't heard anything back about where my order is. The company's lack of communication and customer service is really bad, so I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
Quick delivery, responsive customer service
I was really pleased with my experience with this company. When I had questions about my order, their customer service team was super responsive and really helpful. They went out of their way to help me, which was nice. The delivery was quicker than expected too - I was told it could take 2-4 days but it actually came the next day. Both my jacket and my husband's arrived without any problems. The only thing I'd suggest is having a phone number that's answered, as it would make things even easier when communicating.
Long puffa coat for son
I bought a really long puffa coat for my son the other day, and I have to say, I was really disappointed with it. The zips on the pockets both broke after just one day of him wearing it, and the hood was sewn on wonky with a wonky border that barely even covered his head. I couldn't believe that they were charging £200 for something so shoddy. Needless to say, I won't be buying anything from that brand again.
Jacket ordered next day delivery
I bought this jacket on a Saturday and decided to pay a bit extra for next day delivery. It showed up within 24 hours, which was really impressive! I did feel a tad concerned at first because I didn't receive an email to confirm my purchase or give any updates, so that's why I'm deducting one star. However, the delivery was lightning quick and the jacket itself was exactly as it had been described. I was surprised to learn that it actually came from a different store altogether.
Overpriced jacket
Don't bother spending your money on those expensive jackets that feel like they're made from really cheap material. The customer service is absolutely awful, they never respond and they're lying about sending out replacements. The tracking details they give you aren't even real and can't be trusted. There's pretty much zero communication from them. I'd definitely steer clear of this shady company at all costs!

I bought a jacket for my son but unfortunately never delivered. I contacted them several times but no reply at all . Very disappointing experience I would never buy or recommend this brand .
