    Gorgeous coat

    I recently bought a lovely coat from this store, but unfortunately, it turned out to be faulty. So, I had to contact customer service to sort it out. I have to say, even though it was disappointing, the customer service team was really great at handling my issue. I just want to give a big shoutout to the people who helped me - Abul, Ivy, Ronald, Kymberley, and Arianne. Their responses and support were excellent. Despite this little problem, I still believe that Oasis products are usually good quality and this was probably just a one-off. I will definitely keep shopping at this store in the future.

    Missing items in order

    I had a bit of a problem with my order from this company recently because some items went missing whilst being delivered. But when I got in touch with their customer service team through their messaging platform, I was really impressed by how quick and helpful they were in their response. Jenny, the person who helped me out, was super friendly and managed to sort out the issue in no time at all. I was really grateful for the great customer service I received and I want to say a big thank you to Jenny for all her help.

    Refund and returning goods

    I had a nightmare trying to return a few items because my parcel got lost by the delivery company EVRI. Dealing with EVRI was a complete disaster, as they couldn't sort it out even after a month of going back and forth. Feeling frustrated and hopeless, I decided to contact Oasis for assistance. Thankfully, my issue was quickly resolved by the fantastic Asha. She was really helpful and supportive, making sure my problem was fixed right away. I can't thank her enough for her excellent customer service.

    I recently bought a dress to wear to a wedding, but it turned out to be too big for me. So, I decided to return it. The warehouse got the dress back, but I didn't get my refund straight away, which left me feeling quite disappointed and annoyed. Thankfully, when I contacted customer support, a guy named Lemuel R helped me out quickly and sorted everything out. I have to admit, I was really impressed with the great customer service he provided. It was easy to talk about my concerns via messages too.

    I used to absolutely love shopping at this place, it was always my first choice for trendy clothes. However, ever since they made the move to online shopping, things have taken a turn for the worse. The quality of their products has noticeably declined, and the whole shopping process has become a nightmare. The delivery times are far too long, returns are costly and take ages to get sorted. I find myself constantly having to follow up with them as they rarely keep me updated. It's really disappointing because this brand used to be my top pick, but I won't be shopping here again.

    I popped into Oasis to pick up some new clothes and accessories and I was thrilled with the fantastic selection they had! I managed to find the ideal outfit for my mate's birthday bash and even picked up some adorable earrings to go with it. But the standout was the service - Rey was incredibly helpful and patient with everything I needed, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Big thanks to Rey!     Holiday dress purchase

    I bought a dress in February for a holiday this month, but found a small rip when I took it out to pack. I messaged customer service and got a quick response. They sorted the issue in less than 15 minutes. I was really impressed with the efficient and helpful service, and now a replacement dress is on its way. Big thanks to "Armina" for her amazing help.     Multiple return parcels for a single order

    I was really let down by my experience with this company. I had to shell out money for multiple return parcels for just one order, and I wasn't even given a heads-up about it. Some of the items I sent back were so uncomfortable that they were actually hurting my skin. And still, I had to cough up the cash for the returns. On top of that, trying to get in touch with customer service was a nightmare - they mostly use online automated messages, which meant waiting in a virtual queue for what felt like forever. I would definitely recommend avoiding this company altogether.

    Frustrating dress order

    I bought a dress and it turned out to be faulty, so I got in touch with customer service. They agreed to give me a 50% refund, which was ok. But then when I needed to return another dress, things got confusing. They kept saying they had refunded me even before I had created the return label, and now they are claiming they have fully refunded me, which is not true. I paid £40 initially, but they have only refunded me £14.00 and £2.99. Does this all make sense to you? I've been dealing with this problem since the 29th of March and I've sent them so many emails. I wouldn't recommend using this company, it's been a total nightmare!

    Large order, multiple returns

    My order arrived fine, it was a big one which was good. But, trying to return some items was a total nightmare. I had to do 3 different returns for 3 different suppliers, even though they all came in one delivery. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I get the refunds without any hassle, but after reading other reviews, I'm not so sure.

    I recently ordered six dresses from your website, but I must say I was really let down by my experience with your company. When I got home, I was honestly taken aback to see my parcel just left in my front garden. It was quite upsetting as I hadn't given permission for it to be left like that.     I ordered some stuff from this shop but it hasn't shown up! I paid for delivery but now they won’t refund me. The customer service people are really rude and are blaming me for not getting my order. I was home every day, so I know I didn't refuse it.

    Stuff never came!

    I placed an order on the 12th, but it still hasn't arrived even after 10 days. I've sent several emails, even threatened to report them, and I've also reached out on their Instagram profile. But, unfortunately, there's been no response or update. At this point, I'm starting to think about taking legal action.
