Hydrating curl crème and enhanced hold gel
I absolutely love the products from this brand - they are just amazing! I can't get over how well the hydrating curl crème and enhanced hold gel work on my curls, they really do wonders by giving them so much definition and hold. I've never used anything like them before, and I'm always impressed with the results I see when I use them. And on top of that, the customer service is exceptional too. Every time I've interacted with their team, it's been such a pleasant and helpful experience, they really make me feel valued as a customer. Overall, I'm extremely happy with everything and I'll definitely be coming back for more.
Starter bundle
I recently got the starter bundle from this brand after doing their curl quiz. At first, I was kind of happy with the results, but my curls still looked a bit flat and stringy. I saw a video on their social media where a lady recommended using the super hold gel for wavy curls. Luckily, I got a sample of the strong hold gel with my order, so I thought I'd give it a go. And it actually worked much better for my curls! It would've been nice if the quiz had suggested this product instead. I contacted the brand's customer service through their contact form three days ago to tell them about my experience, but I haven't heard back yet.

I've been trying for ages to find stuff that actually does what it says on the tin for my curly hair, but I've finally hit the jackpot with this brand. I mentioned their website, which clearly stated that unused bottles could be returned if they were still hygienic, but they were not willing to cooperate. If we can't come to a satisfactory solution, I will have to take the matter further and contact trading standards. The lack of good customer service and the mixed messages from the company are really disappointing and unprofessional.

My experience with this product range wasn't great, but I know that everyone has different hair types and what works for one person might not work for another. My daughter really loves the mist spray bottle she got from this place, but she accidentally messed up by putting hot water in it, which made the bottle shrink and distort. I sent an email to the company, and they were really nice and said they'd send a new bottle for free. I also took a chance and asked if they had a discount code for my next purchase, being a bit cheeky! The products are amazing, and the customer service is excellent.

It was so wild that I had to wash my hair all over again. I wouldn't advise using these products, they were truly dreadful. Straight into the bin they went!
