exciting shopping experience from Legend
I just got a new phone, and I needed a phone case for my phone. I called up a few of my friends asking them where I could buy a nice android phone case, the brand to go for, and the price because I wanted something affordable yet of great quality. After going through all the options that they gave me, I decided to shop from Otter box. I looked up their page and placed an order for a phone case. It was delivered to me within 48 hours and it was exactly what I wanted. I am satisfied with their product and will shop from them again whenever the need arises. I recommend Otter box to anyone looking to purchase quality phone cases, phone accessories, gaming, and outdoor products.
Replacement OtterBox case
I had a problem with my OtterBox case that I bought while I was living abroad. It got damaged soon after, but I was really impressed with the customer service I got. I contacted them to explain what happened and sent them proof of purchase and pictures of the damage. They sent me a new case in the post within a week, even though that model wasn't available in my country. The new case is great for protection and looks, and I'm really happy with it. I would definitely recommend OtterBox for their top-notch customer service and quality products.
Life-saving phone cases
My wife and I had a crazy experience where our car almost ended up in the water, but luckily our phones were protected by our trusty phone cases! We thought we had lost them both when the car went down, but the next day they were found submerged, still working fine! When I picked them up and flipped them over, they both turned on without a problem. Our OtterBox cases really came through for us and saved a lot of money in the process!
Phone case saved my phone from falling in river, still working after 3 days!
My phone actually fell in the river and got stuck there for 3 days before I managed to find it. Thankfully, when I finally got my hands on it, the phone was still on and completely free from any water damage! I must say, I am really amazed at how tough this phone case turned out to be. It definitely saved the day for me!
Defenders cases disappointed
The old OtterBoxes were brilliant - they kept my phone looking brand new for a good couple of years. But, the last two Defender cases I've had just haven't cut it. On both occasions, my phone ended up completely wrecked when I took it out of the case, with shattered screens and bits missing. I'm really let down by this and won't be buying an OtterBox again.
My new phone case
I bought a new phone case thinking it would be great, but turns out it's not. It doesn't fit my phone properly and it broke so easily. I've had much better cases in the past, so I'm pretty disappointed with this one.
Lifesaver for my S21 Ultra
Blimey, had a right scare earlier when me phone took a tumble off me motorbike doing 35mph! It bounced down the road, but luckily it was safe and sound in its case. Proper impressed with how tough and well-made it is, like!
Phone case replacement
I recently tried to get a new phone case through the warranty scheme, but was told that my model's case was no longer available. Even though OtterBox says they have a lifetime warranty on all their cases, they didn't give me any good options apart from a discount on my next purchase. It seems a bit misleading to me and makes me wonder if their warranty is really as good as they claim. If they can't give replacements for all their cases, then what's the use of having a lifetime warranty?
Screen protector for my phone
I bought a screen protector for my phone and it started coming off after only 2 weeks. I got in touch with customer service and they sent me a new one, but that didn't last long either - only 3 days before it started coming off too. Really not pleased about it.
Screen protector film for S23
The screen protector film for my S23 phone was really disappointing. The instructions they gave were so confusing, and all those tabs and covers on the film made it a nightmare to put on. When I finally got it on, there were bubbles and imperfections everywhere - not a good look. In the end, I just chucked it in the bin. And to top it off, it was way overpriced for such a rubbish product, and the delivery charge was a nasty surprise too.
iPhone case purchase
I bought an iPhone case from this company not long ago, but I still haven't got it even though it's been more than a week. The tracking number they gave me doesn't do anything, and when I got in touch with customer service, they said my order hasn't even been sent out yet. Nowadays with everything happening so quickly, I was pretty let down by this. If you're after a phone case, I'd say try looking somewhere else.
Phone Case
I recently bought a phone case from your website and I have to say, the whole thing was really disappointing. First, I kept getting loads of emails with offers, but when I tried to use a discount code, it didn't work. I had to contact customer service for help, and the person I spoke to just couldn't get my address right, no matter how many times I repeated it. Then, she just hung up on me, so annoying! After calling back a few times, they finally sorted out my order and took payment. But, can you believe it, 10 days later I found out they hadn't even shipped my order because they said they didn't have my address, even though I'd given it at the start of the call. This level of incompetence and bad communication is just not on for a company like yours. I won't be recommending your services to anyone after this experience.
Phone order difficulties
I rang up Customer Support to place an order but I was unsuccessful in reaching a representative even after trying different extensions. The automated message trying to sell me a medical alert device was really annoying and made me feel a bit offended. It was a totally unacceptable experience and now I am hesitant to order from this company again.
Phone case
I recently bought a phone case from your company, hoping for a smooth and efficient service. However, I was really let down by the whole process. I ordered over the phone, confirmed my email multiple times, yet never got an order confirmation. The only contact I had was about the credit card charge. Plus, when the phone case eventually arrived, it was the wrong one because the one I wanted was out of stock. They told me to find it on Amazon instead, which I thought was not great or professional. As a customer in an Assisted Living Facility who relies on Medicaid, this experience left me feeling really frustrated and disappointed.
Phone case
I recently bought a phone case from your shop and, honestly, I'm not very happy with it. The case just doesn't seem to be up to scratch - it doesn't give my phone the protection it needs. The design is a bit off too - it doesn't cover the sides of my phone properly, so it's at risk of getting damaged. And to top it off, the phone only stays in the case with a magnet, which means it keeps slipping out.
