Even though my parcel was sitting at the post office waiting for me to pick it up, the company refused to give me a refund because of an address mix-up. It's really annoying that they wouldn't own up to their mistake, especially since the website did warn me about the problem after it happened. It looks like this company will do anything to dodge giving refunds, no matter what's going on.
